Nancy Ignazi was recommended to me by another friend who had been in a similar situation. She is a well-respected, knowledgeable attorney who vigorously advocates for her clients. Her expereince with DOR and how the law is written and how it should be applied is top notch. I tried to go at it alone once before and it was not a good or fair outcome. Devan Theiler of Theiler and Mourtos is an excellent choice for an attorney. She possesses admirable people skills and is extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn't know, she will find out! She has handled various and diverse issues for me. She views each client as an important individual regardless of how large or small your particular case is. She is approachable in spite of how trivial your concern may be and prompt to respond. She always keeps you in the loop regarding all communications. She is fairly priced and easy to work with financially. Devan is simply an honest and caring human being and she transfers those qualities to her law practice. I can’t say enough positive things about Chelsea. I was the party of a nasty divorce with a narcissist; which is the worst divorce to encounter. After having two previous attorneys that wanted to play games, I hired Chelsea to complete remaining items. She was thorough and direct on completing the issues and knows the law better than any other. I also compliment her on her integrity and class, both in and out of the courtroom. She has a positive reputation with judges. We highly recommend Tiesha Dyer, Esquire. We hired her to represent us in a old alimony case. I retained Sana as my attorney in my child custody case for my three kids. My divorce lawyer (in another state) did nothing but rack up my bill and cost me at every turn, while doing very little for me. Sana however did an absolutely fantastic job of keeping me informed and on track, helping me to make the right decisions when I wasn’t clear. She was able to not only help me navigate around an ex wife who is less than agreeable, but ultimately won me full custody of my kids as well.
To say she helped me is an understatement. She didn’t just help me, and she wasn’t just an attorney. She was able to see through a lot of the fog that was thrown our way, and helped me achieve something I never thought possible.
From my experience not all attorneys are equal, and from what I’ve seen Sana is by far better than any attorney I’ve ever dealt with.

Sana went above and beyond. She will get you ready and will test your arguments to help you know what you are up against. Sana cares. Sana continues to handle my case with poise and professionalism. Since the beginning, they were upfront with timing, prices, and possible outcomes. She works with you , and explains the process with everything that’s going on when it’s actually happening so you don’t feel lost. My particular case, at one point, escalated to another case and she managed it great. Francis did an excellent job on my case. The outcome was great but more important than the outcome is that she really cared about my children’s well being and not a dollar . She was very thorough and took the time to get to know the whole situation. There was never a time , weekends and holidays included, that she didn’t answer my phone calls or return them ASAP. I’ve had different attorneys over the years and I’ve never had one like Francis and her staff that i felt really cared like they did . I met with Brooke because she came highly recommended by a friend. I was very impressed. She clearly explained the process and where the concerns were in my case. After I hired her, we went to temporary orders because I needed maintenance ASAP. She was fully prepared. My testimony was clear and well thought out to address all of my needs. My ex's lawyer was not nearly as prepared, and when Brooke got to ask my ex question, she did such a good job of showing his lies to the court. I got more parenting time and temporary maintenance than I thought I would.

If I had listened to Iris when I first met with her, my divorce could have been quick, and very efficient. Instead, when we started less than 1 year later, we embarked on a 40 month, 29 hearing, and 2 canceled trials, that finally concluded with a 4 day trial, because my Ex refused to negotiate. Along the way Iris never mislead me, prepared me for all outcomes, and even spent her own time researching multiple complex issues. It's her preparation, legal smarts, and gut instincts you want only on your side. Iris found the way to present and prove the truth.
During this journey I got to know Iris on a personal level and she is a genuine, decent person, who cares about her clients, which I've learned is very important when dealing in family law. Iris is not just looking to cash your check.

The most vicious and evil people in the world are not just those who commit blatantly overt crimes, but also those who masquerade as do-gooders, for the purpose of deceiving and robbing others of their time, money, and peace of mind. On the outside they appear to say and do all the right things, as they pursue cover-up careers, and titles that make them look altruistic and charitable to those that don’t really know them. Sometimes they even pretend to be advocates for the bullied and less fortunate. These sorts of people are highly skilled in the deception game, and are extremely convincing actors because they live inside their own heads, and believe their own lies. They lack integrity and ruin lives. Our opponent was such a person; however, she was not able to fool Iris Finsilver, nor was she able to browbeat, or outwit her.
Iris immediately saw our opponent, for the con artist she was, and developed a strategy that exposed her falsified statements and web of lies. Iris uncovered and provided irrefutable evidence that verified that our antagonist committed perjury.
Truth won out because, Iris not only uncovered the lies, she substantiated the truth. We won our case and we were able to move forward with our lives, quite happily, and successfully, and unencumbered, despite the attempts of the most shrewd and crafty con artist we ever encountered.

Miss Gomolson worked on my case for 4 years, I didn't know a divorce and custody battle could last as long or get as ugly as it did. Miss Gomolson operates on a strict policy of sticking to the truth and not swaying even a little bit away from it.
My Case involved just about anything you can think of from child neglect, child abuse , drug abuse and mental health issues. Kate also had to deal with a ton of false accusations throughout the entire process not only did she take them on she proved each and everyone of them out to be false discrediting the petitioner every single time. Miss Gomolson filed motions only as needed always trying to keep my finances in mind. The petitioner in our case had a total of 4 lawyers and we had a total of 6 judges throughout the process making Kates job very hard and frustrating. Kate never seemed rattled and took every lawyer and judge on as if it was a normal thing, with all the judge and lawyer changes it seemed like we were starting over at every court appearance having to bring everyone back up to speed. Divorce is an ugly thing and I do not want to go through it again but if I do Kate would be my only choice of attorney. Throughout the custody battle Kate was able to get my children out of danger and in to my custody. Not only did she get me full custody she got me in to the proper therapy and made some really good recommendations to help me through the tough times. Miss Gomolson is a stand up lawyer and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. Although my divorce is what I consider the worst experience of my life, I have to give my attorney, Ms Debra Bryan a lot of credit,, for keeping me on track. The entire process was such a emotional roller coaster, and i whined entirely to much, but at the end of this process, my attorney (who I nickname mom) was able to secure me, a very nice and fair settlement. Ms Bryan, made sure that i was sure about me decision, to get a divorce. She asked the hard questions. Because of the attention she paid to me and my situation, I didn't even have to open my mouth to say anything in court, because Ms Bryan did exactly what she promised to do. After years of trying to have a baby , my wife and I had the opportunity to adopt a child. Debra was there for us from start to finish. I used Mary Katherine In 2010 and since then have had to use her on and off for a coulpe things after my divorce. She was wonderful to work with and always did what she said. She understands this is a difficult time even after the final divorce and walks me through what I need to do. I retained Zach as my attorney as I was in a custody battle after my divorce. I had been going it alone for about six months and although I felt I had a good case, there is always the "what if" Many factors regarding my case brought me to Zach. I had relocated to another state, had a new job, paperwork to locate and file, many things had to be addressed and considered. It was overwhelming.
From the moment I made the decision to get help, I knew that Zach was the attorney to represent me. The initial conversations we had by phone were comfortable and productive. The fact that I was 1400 miles away and that I was placing my children's future and well being in someone's hands was scary at first but Zach, I felt, was the one that could get it done for me.
The biggest concern I had was that I had given him less than 3 months to prepare. In that short amount of time he compiled all the documents, filed all the paperwork, conducted the interviews with the witnesses. He did that and so much more. When we entered the courtroom I was confident and WE were prepared. In court Zach was direct, to the point and was able to "paint the picture" for the Magistrate. He asked the right questions of every witness called to the stand and when the proceeding was complete there was no "what if" left in my mind.
When the court made their decision and I received the call from Zach that we had won, I knew I had made the right call. I cannot express enough my gratitude, nor the respect I have for Zach. I put my trust in him and he delivered. I could not be more pleased.
