I put my family and career at risk when I got arrested for a DUI. Based on a word of mouth referral, I contacted Mr. Grace. He really put my mind at ease. He explained the process in an easy way to understand and knew exactly what to do to put myself in position for the best outcome possible. Mr. Grace also knows a lot of police officers when he worked as a Fraternal Order of Police attorney. In the end, everything worked out and I still have my job and life. Mr. Grace was terrific!

I have used this attorney for my divorce and for a job misconduct issue. Always knew his job and related issues in court. Very smart and has a very quick sence of changing the tides on opposing counsel. Well worth the money. I usually dont recommend lawyers to anyone because as a police officer, they are the enemy. Now as for Chris Grace, he is top notch and you should fell lucky to have him.

I met Chris Grace during a difficult time. My marriage was ending and I didn't know where to turn. Initially I interviewed two lawyers and was ready to choose one to represent me in my divorce, then I met Chris Grace. Immediately I knew that Chris had not only my best interest at heart but also my young children interest at heart. Chris Grace walked me though all the legal obstacles and gave me sound advice throughout the entire process.

Mr. Landon helped me through an extremely difficult time (of my own doing) without prejudging me. He was there by phone, email, and in person whenever needed and got me a fair sentencing. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

Chris Childers has been a Godsend for me in my times of need. Jill Anderson did a great job on representing involving child support and spousal maintenance errors in my original divorce decree. Jill along with her team was able to amend my divorce decree and correct the errors n the original court document. It was more than I could do and it was affordable, quick and professional. I was referred to Mrs. Kelly by an attorney that felt she would be the best at representing me throughout my divorce.
I am not a very wealthy individual to say the least. I am pretty much your typical middle class worker struggling to get by. Mrs Kelly was very understanding and very "real". She was very honest and frank with me from the start and I truly respected that.

We have been using Aimee since 2006 when we first contacted her to obtain custody of our grand daughter. In that time she has provider execellent services to us in obtaining custody, getting the father to provide child support and eventually in getting the father and mother to finally give up their parental rights so that we could adopt her. Aimee also helped us in preparing our wills so that all our childern, both natural and adopted, would be equitably taken care of when we died. She also helped in setting up the legal and medical care of my wife's physically and mentally challenged younger brother. I want to tell everyone how awesome Raquel Abel is. I was going to lose my daughter but Raquel came in and helped me gain full custody of my daughter. Not only she helped me gain full custody she also helped me keep my parents away from my daughter. I first met Lauren about nine years ago when looking for a mediation lawyer to facilitate my divorce process. From the many lawyers I talked to, she was the one that inspired the most trust and confidence, and to this I do not regret the decision of working with her.
Those who have been through a divorce know that a divorce is always a messy emotional and financial process. This gets magnified if people do it the "traditional" way with separate lawyers alienating the couple even more, expensive litigation, arguing back-and-forward endlessly, etc. At times this process can take years.
But with mediation divorce does not become an adversarial process. It is a process in which both parties communicate in ways that are healthy. Lauren is excellent and very skillful at facilitating this type of communication. What I appreciated the most about working with Lauren was her kind spirit and empathetic presence. While working with her it felt like she must have received training as a counselor at some point in her career due to her excellent listening skills. It made the divorce process go smoothly, and it was significantly cheaper than a traditional divorce.
I am grateful for the support Lauren provided during a rather difficult time in my life. I highly recommend her professional services.

I was in need of a divorce attorney. This web site and a google search led me to Robert Reeves law firm and Mr. Cody Burgin. I come from a culturally different background and this would play a very important part in my divorce. Mr. Burgin was extremely professional and respected this making me feel understood and comfortable. He was always calm , very well prepared, honest and kept me grounded in my expectations regarding the outcome of the divorce. He never gave me any false hopes. He was very prompt in his responses to every one of my questions(believe me I had an expansive list ) at any given time of the day. My situation was very different in the sense that I was on the other side of the country, yet he worked with me very patiently with all the constraints.
I have heard of horror stories about people's experiences with divorce attorneys which made me very apprehensive. But Mr. Burgin never once gave me any instance to doubt him or his intentions with regards to my best interests as his client.
Two months after the divorce was finalized, I ran into a problem. I hesitantly(I was no longer his client) contacted Mr. Burgin to ask for his advice. For two days straight, he helped me through it and brought a swift end to the problem, which, without his help would have dragged on for a long time.
If, in the future, I ever find myself needing legal representation, I will choose Mr. Burgin at a moment's notice. I will also recommend him without any hesitation.

My experience, as the majority of the reviews I have read and would agree with, are nothing but spectacular thoughts and feelings regarding Mr. Kloosterman.
I want everyone to know that my personal experience with Mr. Kloosterman on two legal cases we faced with Mr. Kloosterman, in my opinion, and many others who I know, that know him, is that he is one of the best attorneys not only in East Tennessee but possibly the whole state of Tennessee.
Mr. Kloosterman has honor and integrity; I have witnessed this in and out of the courtroom and in trial. He fights for his clients, but at the same time, he also knows what is right not only as an officer of the court but also as a man of God. Everyone I have ever spoken to regarding Mr. Kloosterman, including other lawyers, judges, and state representatives, all have said nothing but the highest regard and respect for Mr. Kloosterman. He is very diligent and respectful to all. In our cases, he was very thorough, doing legal research citing the law to opposing counsel and the judges. He advised us of our options and potential outcomes in both cases and allowed us to make very informed decisions regarding our cases as we moved forward.
I have and will always continue to highly recommend Mr. Kloosterman as he genuinely cares for his clients, is an excellent lawyer, and, more importantly, a fantastic man. He has always made himself available to us after hours and even weekends! Mr. Kloosterman has taken calls from me well after midnight in emergencies and talked to me after hours for extended periods of time. This is a committed lawyer whom you can trust and who truly cares for people, and it shows.
Mr. Kloosterman is not only respectful but very courageous. He is highly intelligent but humble, which does not mean he will not stand up for you. In one of our cases, I witnessed him shut down the State Attorney and a high-ranking attorney from Nashville, Kingsport, Johnson City, and Carter County in the same hearing where the judge agreed with Mr. Kloosterman's legal arguments in support of his client, which happened to be me.

Kloosterman helped me to have visitation with my only son while a scumbag named Todd tried to delay it for two years so I couldn't even see him ever, Dylan is very happy and doing well despite Todd. Dylans whole life has turned around for the better, me and his mother are getting along and would like to pursue damages against Todd and his little law firm. I'm hoping that Stephen Todd will be disbarred and dismissed for unethical behavior as I had to blackmail him into showing up to mediation because I had photo and video evidence that he was intentionally delaying meditations for over 4 months. I was having major issues with my landlord and I knew that I need an attorney who could help me terminate my lease based on the condition of the home. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is so attentive and assertive in what she does and takes her job very serious. During my custody case, my son was being majorly abused being in the company of his mother and her associates. The home was a very negative environment and toxic to my son and the custody case was only brought about because of his constant running away from home and ending up at my doorstep. I had no experience in the transitional phase of obtaining custody but Mrs. Mandel made it so easy for me. So easy that on the first court appearance Veronica was so prepared and was so determined, I got temporary custody of my son on the first go!! As a dad I didn't think it was possible that quickly. She even took the time out to make calls whether it was 4 in the afternoon or 10, 11, 0r 12 midnight to check up on me and make sure everything was ok with me and my sons transition.
