I hired attorney Karen Pittman-Pace for an entire year. It was a very complicated civil case. It was connected to another criminal case in another MO county. The Father was being denied access to his Baby. At first, it seemed impossible to get anything at court. But Pittman-Pace managed to win the case step by step, until Father and Baby were finally back together and happy. The whole family is now healing. Justice has been rightfully served in both civil and criminal courts. In addition, the Judge granted an Order of Protection and a Temporary Restraining Order in my favor, thanks to the work of Pittman-Pace.

Mrs Karen Pittman-Pace is a hard worker. I don't know when she ever find time to sleep. She returns calls and emails in a timely fashion. Her communication skills are excellent. She took on my case and my sons case in family court with compassion and professionalism. I was completely stressed out and felt helpless until she took over our cases. As the aforementioned ex wife, I highly recommend Carol. She was extremely professional while my ex was being his typical narcissistic, cocky, know it all. She found a way for him to actually pay for his son instead of tacking it on to his ridiculously large child support arrears from other children. It's unfortunate and sad that I had to get a lawyer in order for him to pay half of day care, which he brings him to everyday he has him and half of my son's health insurance. These are things any Dad should agree to pay for while having 50/50 custody. For anyone dealing with a manipulative narcissist as an ex, Carol will go to bat for you. I'd gladly spend the money again in order to get my son taken care of and moving along the divorce that lasted way longer than it should have while my ex leeched off of my health insurance and delayed the divorce for months. If I could give her ten stars, I would. Thank you, Carol, for giving me peace of mind and putting my son's well being first and foremost.

I was very pleased with Lakisha's professionalism and her willingness to explain all the issues I did not thoroughly understand. She is efficient and timely and exhibits great insight and strategies. Like many other people I had poor experiences with larger firms and attorneys who were more concerned with making money than getting to know the client and working toward positive results for the client. In my experience with Daniel, not only did he take the time to get to know me, my case and the results I was hoping for, he made valiant efforts to keep me updated and aware of what my options were at all times. Even though finances are a big part of how aggressive clients can be in attaining the results they hope to see, Daniel kept me aware of what my options were, what the pros and cons were to each and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me. I think that Daniel's compassion and genuine nature set him apart from other smooth talking attorneys who are more interested in your pocket than in you as a person.

My divorce was not contentious, but I needed someone to look out for MY interests, after my now-Ex retained a lawyer and tried to pass him off as a mediator. I don't think there was any mal-intent going on, but I needed to make sure MY interests were being preserved.
She listened to my desired goals, where I thought there could be some negotiations, and she handled it from there. It's a stressful time, and was glad she was there to help me through it all. The outcome was as expected.

My divorce process became more contentious than I originally anticipated and Patrice provided excellent guidance throughout while efficiently managing my legal costs. She was professional and well prepared for our temporary support court hearing and was also very effective in final negotiations with my ex-husband's lawyer which led to a quick pre-trial hearing in front of the judge. She shows compassion without prying into personal matters and takes the time to evaluate the case fully to determine the best outcome for her client. Patrice was with me every step of the way when I was going through my divorce. She was receptive to my needs, but also was very pragmatic when it came to actual litigation. I contacted Mr. Riddle for a criminal matter after speaking to several lawyers throughout central florida. I was in a bad spot and every one else kept saying they couldn't help me. I met James through my bankruptcy attorney
During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. I highly recommend Jim for any issues you may have. In addition I found him to be genuinely concerned with my well being. I also loved his sense of humor.

I write this review with my case still on-going. I feel that no matter the end result, my daughter and I received the best representation possible. I had a previous divorce attorney before hiring Mario. After exhausting my entire retainer and always feeling like they worked for the other side, I started my search for a new attorney/firm. I hit the jackpot with Mario and his firm. I know everyone involved in divorce believes that they are right and their ex-partner is wrong. I now know the difference when you hire an attorney that also believes in your rights and fights for your best interest without ever over-promising.

I hired Rhonda to represent me for a follow-up divorce related matter. My prior experience with the original divorce attorney left me feeling that they were fine with the administrative aspects of the case, and pleasant to work with, but it mostly felt like I was working with a divorce "production house."
With Rhonda, however, the contrast was striking. She showed a genuine human interest in my situation, helped me develop a strategy, and positively challenged my assumptions. Ms. Rosenthal handled my case expertly and with care. She answered all my questions and took care of everything for me. Whenever she could, she gave me the option to handle some of the paperwork myself so I could save money rather than her doing it for me. I hired Karen to handle my divorce. A divorce, in and of itself, can be a very trying experience. It is a lengthy, time consuming process, with several emotional highs and lows. It requires a good line of communication, which Karen provides, to allow for the appropriate strategic approach to each of the the significant number issues that arise. I found her to also have a balanced awareness to the cost benefit of those approaches. I never felt rushed, however, I never felt there was any time being wasted. Karen helped me manage and stay on track with my divorce. She is knowledgeable with various aspects of asset division that involves stock options, buyout of marital property, health insurance, IRA, etc. Without Karen, I could have easily lost out in this process. She is caring and sensible with the emotional ups and downs of a divorce--probably due to her background in clinical psychology--which helped me stay cool and focus on the tasks at hand, which was to get the divorce finalized as quickly and as fairly as possible. There were times that Karen would work after hours and over the weekend when there were urgent documents to review and edit, not because I gave her the pressure, but because she recognized that we had momentum and cooperation from the other side and should just get it done and over with. She paid great attention to details with documents, with careful edits that helped protect my interests in all aspects. I would highly recommend Karen for her excellent experience, knowledge and professionalism!

Having dealt with several over the course of my professional career which left me ever so slightly,.. unenthusiastic,.... about retaining one for my own divorce.
If I was religious I would "thank God" that I chose Mr. Bouquet. His experience AND expertise were starkly apparent from minute one and remained so to the conclusion. There is no way in, ...wait, I said I wasn't religious, ...there was just no way I would have fared so well in this nightmare of a life changing event without him.

After many years of marriage my wife and I separated and decided to divorce. Ed represented me through a difficult divorce. As a business owner the separation of assets was contentious. I have known Mr. Bouquet in a professional capacity for over 10 years. As a family law practicioner in the same jurisdiction as Mr. Bouquet I have been involved in several matters with Mr. Bouquet. While advoacting vigorously for his respective clients, he still always maintained a courteous and professional demeanor to me as his counterpart. Accordingly, while we both fought for our respective clients, his representation did not resort to posturing or other form of grandstanding. In one of the cases that we had together, my client suffered from a rather serious addiction. Mr. Bouquet was appropriately sensitive to those issues and that party's needs without impeding representation of his client. Overall, I have found him to be one of the best family law practicioner's in our county.

Bill is an excellent attorney who helped me through a high-conflict divorce with his strategic and calm approach. He is very patient and thinks before he reacts. Dealing with Landlords can be a scary thing. Your entire household is on the line. Gary was calming and patient and explained what could and could not be done; what my options were; the best course of action and WHY. Legalese can be very tricky and landlords have the upper hand and lawyers of their own AND they have dealt with this kind of situation multiple times. So has Gary. I hired Molly Murphy because my ex kept pushing for more child custody and support. Molly was always available to talk to me or update me. If you have to go to court and go through a lot of court dates, you want Molly on your team. She knew everyone at the courthouse, including the Judge. Ashlyn is five stars!!! A dear friend recommended Ashlyn to help navigate a dispute between my ex husband and myself. They say getting divorced is never easy. Add to that getting divorced after 10 plus years to a very mentally ill spouse during a pandemic. I could not have done it with out Ashlyn. During the consultation with Ashlyn she did something that she may not have even realized. She gave me hope, with her understanding of the mental illnesses that my ex spouse has. Ashlyn gave me hope by her experience being a guardian ad litem (an attorney representing the child and what the best interest is for the child.)
After she took my case, Ashlyn used her skills and ability to calm down the bull dog attorney that my spouse hired. In court Ashlyn represented me and my interests exactly, and was able to speed up the divorce process. (At that point my ex was stalling wanting to move forward.)
I pray that no one ever has to divorce their spouse. If they do, I hope that they are lucky enough to have Ashlyn or an attorney of her caliber represent them.
