You will be hard pressed to find a more dedicated and hardworking attorney. She does not know the word quit. As a fellow practitioner I am consistently impressed with her work ethic and willingness to put in the hours to get it done. There are times I do not have all the answers and I have to pick her brain. She makes times for her clients and fellow lawyers. An impressive young woman to say the least.

Aaron did not respond to my emails, or calls. I went a month at a time without hearing from him. I've spent a lot of money to get things cleared up for court and its almost been 2 years and nothing is done!! Every time I called I got "oh ya! I'm working on your stuff right now!" and then I wouldn't hear from him for a month! He is ridiculous! Waste of time and money!

Aaron has helped me tremendously. He has been very honest with me throughout our relationship. He is very upfront in telling me whether we have a chance at winning, or if he knows we are fighting a losing battle. Aaron is very knowledgable of laws, and has given me many options involving directions we should take. He is personable, and feels like I'm talking to a person rather than someone who is just doing their job. I highly recommend Aaron Bellm

There were a lot of things he could've done to help win my case but he didn't. I even offered a lot evidence that he never brought up to help win my case. All he cared about was that I paid the legal fees and didn't try very hard to help win my case. I had tons of evidence against the other side that he ignored. I think his agenda was to drag the case out for as long as possible so to rack up the legal fees for me to pay him more over time as opposed to using the evidence to shut down the other side.

Called Leonard to let him know about a misunderstanding regarding a land deal. He was incredibly rude, even when I explained my reason for calling as being a courtesy for his information. Called me a jerk and then tried to force a deal. I felt like I was talking to a school yard bully instead of a 41-year professional attorney.

I responded to an ad to buy waterfront property out of a development on a nearby lake. The one day sale was set up to do mass showings then if you wanted to buy you signed a contract on the spot for the lot of your choice. The land was beautiful and prices were very good so I entered into a contract. The Seller made no provisions for any due diligence and set an aggressive closing date. After several months I got suspicious and hired Mr. Jordan to review the entire transaction. He found numerous issues with the covenants and restrictions rendering the property unmarketable. These issues were not apparent to me and I am an attorney with the experience of many deals under my belt. Mr. Jordan was able to terminate the contract against the Sellers vigorous efforts to force the closing, saving me from a terrible and expensive mistake. His knowledge of real estate law was immense and instrumental in causing the Seller to return my earnest money. His fee was very reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing real estate advice.

Scott H. Marcus is an awful lawyer. We probably did not realize how bad he was until we switched to a different lawyer. We were informed by our new lawyer that the case that Scott had been billing us for, for over a year, could have been dismissed initially. He was not even capable of understanding the dynamics of our case, and was very opinionated, and judgmental from the onslaught. We provided Scott with numerous financial documents to utilize in our representation. He billed us for their review. However, he indicated post our deposition that he couldn't understand anything in them. Clearly that was not the time for him to express that. He looked lost during the deposition, and in conversations he had with opposing counsel. I had an idea of how our case should be fought; given it was a family dispute. Scott went against our wishes and suggestions at every opportunity. If he was on target with his assessment, that would have been one thing. But, he was not, and his approach emboldened the plaintiffs, in a case that never had any legal justification. My only regret was in not switching lawyers sooner. I recently went to a fee arbitration hearing, to dispute his charges, and fight paying him a cent more. At that hearing; he came across like he was the plaintiff in our case. He never represented us with the passion he should have. I strongly recommend anyone from hiring his services. Trust me; you'll regret it! Scott fought harder to ensure I paid for his horrendous representation, than he fought for us.

I was sued over a $1,000 medical bill. I would much rather have appreciated my attorney telling me from the beginning go ahead and pay the invoice. My LegalShield membership turned me on to Tim's firm. A paycheck was soaked up for almost the same value as what I settled on over a years time. The day before trial Tim told me I should go ahead and settle. I could type a five page article on why not to use the firm but I'll leave it at, good luck if you hire Tim.

Shandon Tonry is a sleazy, dishonest lawyer, and usually, that is what is called for in a defense attorney, but her incompetence lost my case. Turns out she was too busy pimping out her 12-year-old daughter to some 15 or 16-year-old British kid. The things that'll keep your mind busy these days, amiright? The entire office is rude and has a terrible lack of communication. Actually, i take that back. It's not a terrible lack of communication it's actually non-existent. They NEVER follow through with what they say they'll do, and when you are forced to follow up with them due to their negligence, they have the nerve to be rude. And yes this includes the attorney Kenneth as well!! It's as if they're bothered that clients are actually expecting them to do the job that they've been paid to do! I would never in a million years refer anyone to this attorney nor do i wish to ever cross paths with them again.

I hired Mr. Lee for a housing issue I was having. He told me he would write a letter to the other party indicating the concerns I was having as well as the statute that held them liable. I gave him the statute that i had gotten from another attorney so he didnt even have to look it up. After i hired Mr. Lee he attempted to contact the other party. When they would not respond he told me I needed to contact them and said he would help me write the letter. The letter he helped me write included the wrong statute and he assured me it was a different one that would help me. The letter was very simple, not aggressive or assertive enough for the issue. The other party replied with a response that the statute was invalid which after i looked it up I also found out that was true. Instead of addressing that and writing another letter with the correct statute Mr. Lee proceeded to drop me as his client and tell me he did not have the knowledge to assist me any further. He should have told me that from the beginning. I wasted my money and should have paid more for a better more experienced lawyer. Mr. Lee got me as a client because he seemed like a nice guy but trust me when I say you dont want him as an attorney. I now owe $3600, lost my case, and lost a lot more than that in the process. I had no time to hire another attorney by the time i realized Mr. Lee did not know what he was doing. Mr. Lee could have easily rubuttled to the other party's response with the correct statute and called them out on the laws they were not following. Instead he dropped the ball and left me stranded!!!!! He NEVER did that and thats what I hired him to do. He never should have taken my case and should not be an attorney if he cannot fight for a client's rights. I hope other people see this and do not lose like I did by hiring him.

I have never posted a publicly negative review, but as a scorned client, I feel it is my duty to warn potential victims of this firm. Stuart was hired for a case and nothing was done for almost 3 years, except for 34 ADJOURNMENTS, (all of which were billed for). I received multiple duplicate charges on my bills and specifically asked for him to file certain motions that were never done. I lost out on half of what I was entitled to, and had to settle with the other side just for my sheer sanity. This office is now threatening to sue ME for money owed, after I paid them over $5ook and lost in the end due to Stuart's incompetency. To any potential clients, find another attorney who actually passed Ethics in law school.

I hired Mr Markowitz two years ago when I had trouble with two of my commercial tenants/properties. Mr Markowitz was highly professional and gave great advice on how to handle each situation as they were completely different. He explained the process and all the possibilities that I might encounter. Although the process can be tedious the end result was successful. I gained possession of one my properties and Mr. Markowitz was able to collect all of my past due rent by his skillful negotiations with the tenant. He presently acts as a liaison one of with my tenants and often collects the rent and promptly forwards it to me. I would highly recommend Neal Markowitz because of his knowledge of the legal process, his ability to get the job done as well as his overall professional demeanor. On a personal level he is very candid, honest and is always available to help and answer questions as they arise.

I would not recommend him to anyone. He does not return Phone calls or Emails. He was not in touch with the primary conservator(My Father) for almost 4 years and now he wants to express his opinions on issues that have been resolved between the primary conservator and myself. He is holding up a Home and Land Purchase I have tried to reach out to him and he refuses to return E-mail or calls. I have asked the Probate Judge to have him removed. He is an adviser and I have the ultimate choice to make with the aid of my primary conservator who is my father who is fully on board with the land home purchase. He had not contacted my dad in 4 years now he want to hold up everything that has been in motion and planning for a year. I appreciate his advice however at this time I feel as though it is not practical for my current situation. It was my awarded money and I want to own my own property and home and help other Veterans through a NON PROFIT I am in the process of forming. I engaged an independent lawyer who had no involvement in my case and have a complete understanding of my actions. I ask that he just sign the needed documents and allow the money transaction to occur. But again he wont communicate so I can get any resolution. The conservancy is projected to be dissolved in the spring of 2015 and he is still holding up my ability to purchase my own place to live and continue with the next chapter of my life . I was the one who asked for a conservator in the beginning of a legal settlement and it was understood that it was only temporary until I was able to process the legal situation and now I am now 45 years old and of sound mind fully capable of making my own decisions. All I ask is that he allow the primary conservator and myself to move on with the project at hand. But his failure to communicate properly is causing us to have no way to redress his concerns. Thank You

My wife contacted Mr. Robinson's office to see if he would be a good attorney for a matter involving a bank breaching a settlement agreement since he advertises that he specializes in consumer law. We were scheduled for a consultation, but when I emailed him to ask about why his initial consultation fee of $300 was so high and explained to him that no other attorneys I have spoken to or used in the past have ever required an exorbitant fee for an initial consultation and asked if he offered a free consultation, he emailed me back telling me that he closed my file because of my question and said that I could certainly seek free legal services if I wanted free advice. I emailed him back to explain that I was not asking him to close my file or seeking free legal advice, but just wanted to know if he provided legal advice during the consultation and asked for an explanation of the fee. His response was that he can no longer provide me with help with the matter which my wife initially contacted him for or any other matter. He told me that I'm not the type of client that he wants and he's not the type of attorney I wish to engage and that my question was previously answered by his paralegal. I had never spoken to or emailed him before. My wife had only spoken to his paralegal. I asked my wife if she had asked the paralegal why the fee was so high and what services he provides during the consultation and she said no. When the paralegal mentioned the consultation fee, she only asked if that was something we could handle, but she never explained why the fee was so high or what we could expect during the consultation. Mr. Robinson's response was rude and uncalled for, especially since this was his first and only communication with me. A potential client should be able to ask questions for clarification. Mr. Robinson came off as arrogant which was unexpected since he claims to be a consumer advocate.
