I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

Gabriela Asrow gave me my freedom.
My divorce and post divorce was extremely complicated to say the least.
Gabriela jumped in head first, knows the law and my allocation back and forth, and represented me with gusto and professionalism.
I was often shocked by the information she knew in an instance about my case in particular. Only because it seemed knowledge that I would have front of mind, and no one else should. Gabriela did.
What I truly appreciate about Gabriela is that she listened to my wants and needs, told me what was reasonable and what was not, and WHY!
Understanding the why allowed me to be more flexible and realistic in my expectations and needs.

My divorce was extremely contentious to say the least. Negotiations were extremely difficult. However, Ms. Gabriela Asrow never gave up. The mere fact the divorce was finalized in a little over a year is a testament to her hard work. I appreciated her vast knowledge of the law which was very helpful during this difficult process. This was a tough settlement. However she got it done and was tough with me when necessary. She also cares deeply about children so I highly recommend her if should children / visitation an issue.

Hiring Gabriela for my pre-nuptial agreement was the best decision I could’ve made. Not having a legal background, she quickly brought me up to speed on the critical concepts covered in the agreement & ensured I understood the risks to each.

Jeffery has helped me and my family through a long series of family law, litigations, divorce, paternity, custody and adoption procedures. We brought Ryan on after we were with another Attorney for over 2 months. During this time the previous Attorney didn't consult with our son at all in person. We hired this amazing Attorney Ryan Couzens AFTER he made an in person visit with our son. Yes he took the time to meet with and listen to our son prior to receiving retainer fee. Hired 9/22/24 for sentencing hearing on 10/3/24. Ryan knew more about the case than previous council and argued the case like he was representing his own son. He did what I think an Attorney should do (communicated) with us and our son the entire time. He took the pressure off. I just can't say enough. Our son was looking at a prison sentence and Ryan the miracle man came through for him. Our son received a short jail sentence and probation. We are and will be forever grateful to Ryan James Couzens.

Mr. Ridings has excellent work ethics, is incredibly knowledgeable in the field of law given his background as a police officer/lawyer/judge, is compassionate and understanding, gives you his 100% and more, and overall an amazing person with a good heart. Every lawyer I contacted told me about how they would get me a good plea deal but Seth was the first one who said "I think we have a case" and "I didn't become a lawyer to take plea deals." And man did he deliver.
Throughout the whole process Seth would respond to texts quickly and kept me informed about everything. I recommend you tell Seth EVERYTHING, even medical things. There's things he can use in his case that you might not think are relevant but could be game changers. If Seth thinks you have a case, he'll tell you, but he wont recommend you to take the risk of going to trial, you have to make that decision for yourself.
In the court room I saw dozens of people with similar charges to my own, each of them taking the exact same plea deal that the other lawyers wanted me to take. Seth was the only one who took it to trial and he fought hard. As the trial went on, Seth would do research on the fly based on the prosecution's arguments, to poke holes in them, all while playing 4D Chess, positioning his arguments for all possible scenarios, going on for hours without letting up. In the end, it was the simple evidence he provided in the beginning that won the case, the rest was... theater? strategy? A mix of both probably. It worked.
The point is, all charges were dismissed. Seth is the best lawyer I've ever experienced.

I was being charged with a DUI and 5 hit and runs and Quita St. John got ALL CHARGES DROPPED COMPLETELY. Not only were all my charges dropped but my drivers license was never suspended nor did I have to get an ignition interlock device. Quita always remains professional and puts 100% into everything she does. I can not speaker higher of her both as a human and as a lawyer.

Timely correspondence, knowledge of family law, especially in custody matters, and actual care of the situation were all an 11 out of 10. Attorney Noll and her team represented me for both my custody agreement and subsequent child support filing. When I say her and her team are the absolute best, I mean it! I had partial custoday of my childern and she helped me get 50/50 custoday when my kids mother was being extremely difficult. Heidi answered all my questions and helped me navigate what all I needed to do. After successful completion of the custody agreement she suggested I file support against my ex. I agreed and was astonished at how much I was owed in the 50/50 agreement. Carlos is an excellent attorney. He actually cares for his client and has the knowledge and skills to actually fight for them. I work in the courthouse and see defense counsel sell out their client daily to be friendly with the prosecution or because they are just lazy. Carlos is not one of those. Facing serious charges from the worst night of my life. Never dealt with criminal justice system, let alone Chickasaw Nation that just started doing significant amount of cases. Mr. Henry was a Chickasaw Nation court expert and seemed to know all the lawyers on both sides of the aisle and all the judges. Almost like a celebrity. We found out later that he is the Chickasaw Nation drug court defense lawyer too. He seemed very busy but kept in touch and most importantly got the felony dismissed and a wonderful no jail misdemeanor....Great Lawyering!

WOW! I just don’t have the words to express how grateful I am that Attorney Marcus Sermons agreed to take on the lawsuits brought against me as the executor of my brother’s estate. I live in NH and my brother lived in Florida. Unfortunately, my brother’s biological and estranged child flew into Florida within 24 hrs of his death believing she was entitled to everything… regardless of his will and final wishes. Her deceitful and aggressive actions only added more sadness and trauma to the loss of my brother.
I could say Attorney Sermons gave me 110% or 150% or 200% … but it was more than that.
• First, he took on the case which was already messy from two previous attorneys… and I had been warned by a paralegal friend that no attorney would care to wade into a small, yet complicated estate lawsuit

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!
