It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?

To start,
I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.
I will and I am recommending to anyone in need of an absolute beast in a criminal defense. PARISA IS THE ONE!
She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.
She is very genuine. She is the best at her job and she is a superstar lawyer that if I ever need again has my 100% loyalty.

I recently had the privilege of being represented by Attorney John Seed for a DUI. He was referred by a friend and there is no question he was the perfect attorney for the case. After reviewing the details, John made clear what to expect regarding timelines and court appearances. William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

I am so thankful that I chose Jillian to represent me in my custody case. I went through a HORRIFIC 2+ year long high-conflict divorce from a narcissistic man who verbally and physically abused me in front of our young child. Yasmeen was my 3rd lawyer and I am thankful to God every day that I finally found her. I could tell right away that she is a person of the highest integrity and retains expert knowledge of the legal process. Beyond those stunning traits, emotionally, she was my rock as she guided me through the incredibly traumatic process of extricating myself from my toxic marriage and fighting for custody of my child. My ex and his low-vibrating energy monster of a lawyer did everything in their power to break me: Manipulation, lying, defamation, disregarding court orders, twisting the truth, and hiring "expert" witnesses to try to discredit and demonize me. Yasmeen remained optimistic and unshaken, having full confidence every time I spoke to her that we would win. Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.

I was called for an attorney visit a very energetic bubbly blonde woman with a MCM bag begins to speak to me I automatically felt safe she told me her creditials and I automatically had a little hope. I can only say great things about Mr. pariente. Last July I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Mr. Pariente made sure these charges were dropped. He was always very professional, he provided me with his direct cell phone and I was able to get in contact with him at all times. I’ve been reading this forum for advice, and I finally decided to make a post. My scores were as follows; a year and a half ago I got laid off and defaulted on multiple cards/ loans. Finally getting the hands off it. Have a total of around $42K in debt, but $18K in charged off accounts. Have a decent paying job at $70K a year. My credit score was TransUnion 510 (FICO8) in Dec 2023, Equifax 490 (FICO8) in Dec2023, Experian 470 (FICO8) in Dec 2023. Had a milestone $700, Cap 1 plat secured $1000, a random store card for $300. I was looking for a way to raise my credit score. I read an article here about a deep web credit hacker called PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. I contacted him and it was like magic, this dude raised my credit score to TransUnion 805, Equifax 808, and Experian 811 and created an excellent credit history on my report.

My DUI case was very delicate and complicated concerning use of prescribed medications while driving. It wasn't a normal scenario whatsoever and he was able to get me a favorable outcome. I did not get charged with DUI or loose my license. Rather I agreed to a 3 year diversion program that required me to continue with monthly psychiatric therapy, random drug testing and recovery classes. This was much more helpful to my unique circumstances than me loosing my license, having a huge fine and therefore unable to afford private therapy as I have no medical insurance. Instead he worked the prosecutors DA and the judge to reach a more helpful outcome that would benefit my health physically and mentally and not set me back any further than the recent traumatic experiences and stressors had already done. He worked diligently, keep me well informed and appeared in court without me on all but 2 occasions as I live 3 hours away from Shasta County. This was a tremendous help financially. His rates were more than affordable and fair and I believe he genuinely cared and understood the bigger picture at hand. His assistant was very helpful and pleasant to work with and they made it easy for me to get the required documentation to them well before my court dates. I really appreciate his help. It made a huge difference in my life and the outcome was more of a help than a burden. It restored my faith in the justice system as there were some mistakes made by law enforcement in my case and the outcome could have been a major setback. He was through, competent and determined to get a helpful favorable outcome for me. He is wonderful, caring and serious. If you need representation for a unique complicated case, I would recommend Geoff and his law office. He even traveled all the way to Redding from Chico to handle my case. I couldn't be more thankful, after 1 year of diversion compliance and progress, the DA and judge agreed to dismiss all the charges. Amen What a lesson learned.

Received a traffic ticket (Radar/Laser speed trap) and hired Phil to defend me. I gave him the details of my case and after delaying the process (which was intentional), Phil personally met me in court to defend me. He prepared me in advance what to expect and prepared me for testimony. Once trial began, his questioning of the officer was top notch, and was so effective, not only did he get the case dismissed and my ticket refunded, he impressed others in the court room waiting for their case to be called (they actually came up to him to say so outside the courtroom).
