I retained JohnPaul to get something expunged from my record. At first he didn’t think that I qualified for expungement, but after some interpretation and reading more into the law, he felt that he had a valid point to argue. Well, he was right.
He argued the point and was able to convince the court. My record is now expunged and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. JohnPaul is knowledgeable, professional and prompt with communicating.
If I ever need legal assistance in the future, he will be the first person I call.

We had an issue that required us to hire an attorney. This was a first for our family and we reached out to Mr. Ivec. He was professional through the entire process. He explained to us what we should expect and helped us through the entire process.
We were required to make appearances twice in court and he was with us both times and handled things efficiently.
In the end, everything happened exactly as was expected and we were very happy with the legal outcome in large part due to Mr. Ivec's assistance.

I hired Peter for my 1st DUI which he was able to get me supervision for. Unfortunately, I landed myself a 2nd DUI offense during the supervision period and a felony offense for driving on suspended. Peter got me a deal that amended the felony to a misdemeanor AND the 2nd DUI to Reckless Driving. Really couldn't have asked for much more

Well, I actually started my case with a public defender. But as we all know the Pc's job is to try and get the defendant to take a plea. All attorneys in K3 co. run together, so how do I receive a fair trial? Call Attorney O'Connor. Filled out a questionnaire online and within minutes got a call! I'm very impressed with his professional outlook on my case. Made sure I understood everything. I will leave another review as my case continues. Mind you, I'm scared outta my mind. Never had charges like this, but Attorney O'Connor made me feel better after speaking with him. And he didn't try to get thousands of dollars out of my account. Gave me an affordable down payment price. I'm going with this man for the big win!

My daughter found herself in a world of trouble after a New Year's Eve gone terribly wrong. She was arrested and charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors. After doing searches online, I am beyond grateful we called and Joe Messineo was on the other end. Joe told my daughter what she need to do immediately in terms of seeking treatment, documenting her efforts. I wish I could give 10 stars. Engaging Barry to help me with my 2 DUI cases was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Barry handled my cases effectively and gracefully. He has helped me to get the lightest sentences possible !!! I actually think the results were better than the lightest sentences possible. I was facing sexual assault charges and had plead guilty to a misdemeanor with another lawyer. With the plea, I was required to register as a sex offender. this was the absolute worst time of my life. My only chance out of this situation would be a successful reconsideration appeal. I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. He did not make grand promises in the beginning and always gave brief answers, to the point, but he acted quickly and got me started on some classes proactively. Mark had to fight my charge for a long time because I refused to plead guilty, and the entire time Mark made me feel like I had a friend—a legal friend—fighting in my corner. Mark is a skilled, 10 out of 10 attorney and legal advisor, and his retainer fee was very reasonable. I will always be grateful for how the negotiations he did for me changed the trajectory of my life. Lisa Haines understood the significance of mental health problems where the judicial system fails to. We had a case that was clearly untreated mental illness & NOT criminal. She was able to show the judge evidence & get the charges completely thrown out. Charges that should have not been in the criminal system to begin with! Mental illness is unfortunately a sad failure with the police & the courts. Lisa Haines did not give up until someone finally looked at the evidence. It took two years & she never gave up. I had a possession - cont sub <1g, had served 2 years of my probation as well as completed all fees, classes and appointed programs. Unfortunately I relapsed after my mother passed, and had 2 dirty UAs. They revoked my probation and wanted to send me to State Jail. I found her in Avvo and read her credentials and reviews and just had a feeling she would be the one that could help me. I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. I called Mr. Hirsch recently to ask for help in a potential fraud case. After spending an hour calling one department of the Atlanta police after the other and getting nowhere, I called Mr. Hirsch in desperation. Even though I am the victim of the fraud and Mr. Hirsch is a defense attorney, he seemed to care greatly for my well being and for my predicament. He provided me with a ton of good information and made me feel better about the terrible situation that I have found myself in. I am speechless when It comes to how much Mr. Brodsky is able to help. I was looking for a good criminal defense attorney to defend me in a domestic violence case. It was a case of total misunderstanding and the cops acted totally out of context against my wife's wishes. Facing severe consequences, I consulted so many attorneys until I consulted Mr. Stepen Brodsky.
Unlike others who sees every case/consultation as an opportunity to earn money, the most striking quality about Mr. Brodsky is that he is very understanding of my situation and took the time/effort to help me understand my legal options and how to proceed even before I was his client. I believe he doesn't measure all cases with the same yardstick which comes from his vast experience and genuine nature to help others.
His approach from the onset was very efficient. He acted quickly to minimize the damage so that the case doesn't blow out of proportion. Based on our situation, he devised the best possible defense and convinced the DA to understand the truth in our case. He made sure that the DA sees our case with a different perspective as our situation was due to a total misunderstanding. One thing I want to mention here is that he never look at us (me and my wife) separately, but rather as a young couple in trouble. Even though technically he is defending only me, he always acted in the best interests of both of us, which I could defintely say is not how any other attorneys would have done.
Ultimately he was able get the charges dismissed which is very important for us. We couldn't afford to have a case like that as it would have haunted us for the rest of our lives. Some charges are more serious than others. But, the severity of any criminal charges could only be assessed by how adversely it affects the one facing them. Sometimes, the smallest of charges would do severe damage to a law abiding person's life. I believe the attorneys at My Criminal Defense law firm understand it better than anyone.
I was falsely accused of something that I didn't do. All the attorney's before I spoke to Mr. Stephen Brodsky, thought of just accepting a deal with minimum damage. They didn't even care to understand how much even accepting something like that would damage my reputation, career and ultimately my life. I can only say, with all my heart, thank you very much! I came to see Attorney Marilyn Colon's after having hired two different attorneys who I felt were not representing me to their best extent.

I originally retained an attorney that came highly recommended from other attorneys in the area. I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case.
