I had a DUI case and a resisting arrest charge. Although this was my first offense, the city where I was pulled over and ticketed is known for being very strict. However, Eric was a formidable advocate. He successfully got one of my DUI counts dropped and the resisting arrest charge reduced. His communication and strategy were impeccable. I was referred to him, and I will always recommend him to others.

In the interest of Justice, he did everything correctly to prove my innocence. He contacted people, made calls and went to speak to the dective and the district attorney directly. He put all his effort to get my name cleared and I was so scared that my life was over. I thought my career was finished and he saved my life! Literally, so thank you out of the bottom of my heart ! I have a Dental License from the Dental Board of California and he made sure, that I was proven innocent.

If you are looking for a Lawyer that cares about you than the money. You should hire “Bubba Head “. I had hired another Attorney that gave me little to no hope of winning my case. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s expertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. Mr. Head went to bat for me and had my charges reduced to a lesser offense. Mr. Head is one of the hardest working Attorneys out there and he will work hard for you. You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew how to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Besides being the most competent attorney you can hire he is the most compassionate attorney you will find. I was referred to William Head because I am out of state- I could not have been more pleased. I am young, had many questions and was very concerned. He treated me as a person, not just another case. I have worked with rob in the past and had a last minute issue happen with ending of my probation. Mr. Geller did an amazing job with my case. i was facing some serious time and some very serious charges. Geller showed so much compassion for my life and my story this man cared about me and he genuinely wanted nothing but the best for me i was going through a lot at the time of the crime and we utilized these things in my defense yes i was guilty but i am not a bad person and without Mr. Geller on my side i don't think i would have been able to tell my story i wouldnt have had a chance to show people i have a heart and i am human and i made a mistake i would not have had the same outcome had he not been in my corner fighting for me. he was also constantly in contact with my family keeping them in the loop checking up on them making sure everyone was doing ok and keeping my family calm. he would also come to see me personally while i was detained in our county facility he hand delivered all paperwork pertaining to my case and he went through everything with me to ensure i was 100% informed on everything so i was aware of all possibilities good and bad he relieved a lot of the stress i had once i knew what was going on because in that situation the period of time when you dont really know what will happen is painful there are so many things running through your head at that time it drives you crazy and he put all that at ease i highly recommend acquiring his services god bless you sir and thank you for all of your help this case was a win in my books!

I had a bench warrant that was ongoing for quite sometime. Upon doing my research, I kept coming across Mr. Geller as one of the best lawyers for my situation. I made the call and I’m so glad I did. He took care of everything for me and expeditiously. He wrote a letter to the state’s prosecutors to have it thrown out. If you find yourself in need of an outstanding criminal defense attorney, look no further than Leah. I chose the one with all 5 star reviews with an office located across the street from the Van Nuys court house. I figured she might know people there which could be a good thing. When I called her with my issue, she was out of the office as her daughter was having a baby. I left a message (crying hysterically) on the voice mail. She called back within 10 minutes and kept me on the phone until I could get set up with immediate face to face help (with her partner in the office). I could literally hear a baby crying in the background. Maybe she was in the delivery room? So the baby and I were BOTH crying--me from the mess I got myself into, and the baby for more obvious reasons. I went in that same afternoon to speak with her legal partner, Mr. Melnick, and they immediately began to work on my case to ease my nerves. They are very good with anything psych related. She went to court--over and over again, without settling for anything less than a dismissal with some community service. This was no easy task as it was a very delicate, difficult, embarrassing, case which had to be presented with kid gloves. This lady knows how to seamlessly deal with the client, DA, and judge while developing rapport in a most sublime way. It would have been in her favor $ and time wise to settle (sooner) as she does not get paid extra money when this is drawn out as it was--but no, she really does care about the client, and drawing this out eventually helped to get this dismissed. I sweat bullets for months and I know it was not easy for her, either, but she is too kind to admit it. She is calm and cool, always maintaining a positive, professional demeanor. When I thanked her, she said, "No need, I love doing this sort of thing". The fact that she apparently has lots of children probably works in her favor (as well as the clients) since she understands all the complexities that one can have and how a mostly good person can get into a legal snafoo. She is anything but judgy. Lastly, Leah actually saved my life. I was ready to jump off the cliff at Universal Studios (although I would never admit to such a thing) because I literally saw no way out when I called her. How she knew this, I don't know. Why she would stay on the phone with me when she was on leave for the birth of her granddaughter is beyond me as well. That said, if you find yourself in a desperate situation, give this lady a call. She may even save your life as she did mine:)

My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. These victories gave our son an opportunity to be rehabilitated rather than just incarcerated. Today our son is healthy and clean for almost two years. I was wrongfully arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, now mind you, I'm an older gentleman who has some physical disabilities and I've never in all my years had a run in with law enforcement whatsoever, and I had no idea how to get out of this mess. I'm 48 and my husband is a trial lawyer, so I have been inside a lot of court rooms and I've never encountered a lawyer like Mr. Fenchel. I hired him on a very simple matter but watching him interact with his court appointed clients I realized he is a unicorn... a lawyer that genuinely cares what happens to other people.
It is very clear that the judge and DA respect him, but I also respect him for the human kindness he showed not only to his court appointed clients but to their loved ones and to me as well. I can't believe I just handed a lawyer all my money and thought 'wow that was awesome' but here we are. I'm almost glad I got a stone cold sober DUI just so I could know such an interesting person exists. Mr. Corso was an amazing lawyer. I was charged with misdemeanor of solicitation of a prostitute. The charge was embarrassing, unjust and it screams first amendment violation. However after going to court and going thru the judicial system, Mr Corsco got my case dismissed. He was reasonable on the cost and he did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and he was always prompt on answering questions. I am not sure some people here have had a problem with him, but you cannot make everyone happy. I will highly recommend him to represent you.

I had an excellent experience with Corso Law Group. Both Megan and Chris were very knowledgeable and responsive in terms of answering any questions I had. My particular situation was one that I had expected to have to face more serious penalties than I wanted to, however Chris was able to convince the judge to allow me to enroll in a diversion program, which simply means having to take a driving class. As long as that’s completed the charge will be dropped and my driving record will remain clean. I 100% percent recommend Corso Law Group.

Got a red light camera ticket while visiting Scottsdale. After some research online I reached out to Corso Law Group. Megan Hawkins was very helpful. She described what the laws surrounding red light camera tickets were, what their approach would look like, what the timeline would be, and then kept me informed all throughout the process. Finally, about eight months after I originally received the ticket, Corso Law Group got it dismissed. All I had to pay was the well earned attorney fee.

I hired Mr. Kessler in November of 2022 to represent me in a DUI arrest case. He met with my husband and I at, needless to say, a very stressful time in both of our lives. I had never been arrested before and I didn’t know what was ahead of me. I instantly felt at ease, for the first time, since the arrest when we sat in his office discussing the case and possible outcomes. Mr. Kessler came recommended to me by another lawyer and boy was I not disappointed! This man is the cream of the crop when it comes to criminal DUI defense attorneys. He is an expert in his field. He and his wonderful staff, Morganne, Victoria, and Lindsey all helped me navigate a scary landscape. Everyone was so approachable and helpful! They were excellent at putting me at ease. Mr. Kessler got my charge reduced to the lesser charge of Reckless Driving and I did not lose my ability to drive, ever! I was so grateful to be able to find this wonderful law firm. Mr. Kessler is a known bulldog of a trial attorney which I didn’t fully understand at the time. I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!

Made a few calls on Saturday morning to several firms. Mind you, we already had an attorney which was just going to submit a motion to try and move date sooner. Mydock, answered the cell phone, I could hear a kids soccer game in the background. I had no contact with inmate. He must have gone to the holding facility that same day. Made contact informed us of a plan and by Monday morning he had executed a resolution. What more can I say 5 star Mydock.

Working with Attorney Philip was an amazing experience. Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I had called the lawyer who had worked on my case and tried to get him to Seal and Update my FBI CORI but his response was “there’s nothing we can do.” That is when I went online to do my research and that’s how I landed on attorney Philip’s website. I read through the testimonies on his website but I had to say, I was skeptical at first because not everything that’s on the internet is real. I followed my gut & called attorney Philip’s office. Philip was extremely knowledgeable about the FBI Sealing and Updating CORI process and he was able to answer all my questions. It felt great working with a lawyer that was confident in his work. Philip returns phone calls and emails promptly. Once I handed all the required documents he needed to work on my case, it took him 5 days to give me the exciting news that my FBI CORI was sealed and that the FBI update will be effective within 17 weeks. I contacted him regarding my employment case. I found him very smart with an excellent memory. He will fight for you. He evaluated my case and accepted. I went for a trip and he had a second thought about my case. Then he advised me to find a lawyer for other possible claims too. I contacted a couple of lawyers. Ultimately, the other lawyer followed the same strategy. If he accepts your case, sign the contract the same day. He is a great fighter.

There are many corrupt or problematic lawyers that you need to watch out for but with David you are in good hands.
