I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. All the DA's and judges know him and respect him. That is just who you want reprenting you. He was thoroughly prepared, had spoken to the DA in advance and my case took all of ten minutes for the judge to follow the recommendation of the DA and find in my favor. Mr. Wallin is very personable and knowledgeable. Just what you want in an attorney!

I was pulled over for speeding (most likely legit), and ultimately arrested for DUI as well. After meeting with the prosecutor a couple times through the court process and reviewing Paul's motions, evidence, etc. the prosecutor dismissed the DUI charge. Paul was also able to get the speeding ticket dismissed via a paid dismissal, and both charges expunged as well (since the case linked both charges, the DUI could only be expunged immediately if both were, so the prosecutor agreed to expunge the whole case). Paul was very knowledgeable, aggressive, and the final outcome was the best possible outcome. Highly recommend.

The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs.
Adam, Manny and others have done it again! Great job guys and thanks a million!

Mr. Daley assisted me on 3 separate occasions over the years, and he recently saved my butt when I needed his help the most. His expertise in the judicial system and experience with the prosecution resulted in the best outcome for me. The worst outcome would have been 90 days in jail, and Mr. Daley was able to reduce the penalties to NO jail time and NO public work service. Mr. Daley was always available to communicate by email and text through the entire 3 month court process. His paltry retainer fee was absolutely worth it, and his professionalism showed during the court proceeding as he handled the judge (I only had to pay administrative court fees, saving me another $1500-2000).
If you want the best possible outcome for your case, hire Mr. Daley and follow all his suggestions. He will support you and save you as he has done for me and countless others.

Rob fought hard and victoriously for me to get a bogus trespassing case dropped without me ever having to step foot in a courtroom. I never had to follow-up or do anything whatsoever, as Rob took care of everything on a case that dragged out for greater than six months. Mr.Bourne was with me for 2 YEARS. He helped fight my DV case and got me a deal that is pretty much unheard of no probation, no time served, fees waved & got it expunged off my record. He’s quick to respond and keeps you up to date on any new information as soon as he gets it.

I was arrested and charged with a felony. When I spoke to my public defender the best option she could give me was to plead guilty for the felony and take 2 years of felony probation. I contacted attorney Bourne and explained my case to him and he got the the charge dropped down to a misdemeanor, unsupervised probation and I didn’t even have to pay any court fees! Thanks Josh !

I hired Joseph Lawrence to represent me in my divorce. He was confident without being arrogant, exceptionally knowledgeable and able to fully describe possible outcomes, procedures, etc., and was able to talk me off the ledge when I became worried. I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.
I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did.
First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be.
Leading up to court there were many times that I had questions about our strategy and Elliot was always available to reply via email, and take my calls. It felt like I was his only client.
In front of the judge where it matter the most, Elliot really came through. When my character came into question, he argued fiercely on my behalf. That's when I was 100% sure that I had made the right choice.
In the end I received my best possible outcome, and I have Elliot to thank for that. Out of 4 cases (1 Felony and 3 Misdemeanors) that he handled for me I received positive outcomes in each. I'm extremely fortunate. Every scenario is obviously different and I can't guarantee your outcome. I can however tell you that you can have a little more confidence with Elliot behind you.

I had a very complicated case. A 1st degree felony with intent to deliver. My future looked bleak. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.

I had a very complicated case. The first time , I looked at him and said to myself ,He is too young ,does He have experience. Then a found out He is an expert, a very good listener, respectful. Florian stepped into the middle of my case after my previous lawyer had made a mess of things. As a father himself, Nick knows how much our children mean to us. His reputation and more importantly, his relationship with his own kids is one of the reasons I felt so confident in consulting and ultimately hiring him in the first place. Nick represented me in a custody conciliation hearing and was able to get exactly everything we asked for. Nick is a no-nonsense lawyer. He did not promise me the world or inflate our chances and then not deliver. Nick told me exactly how the process would work from start to finish and how he expected things to go based on his vast experience. He was not wrong. In the hearing, Nick worked well with the master assigned to the case and the other party had really no other option but to acquiesce. The question above all is, how accurate is it and is Scott the right lawyer for me. Well I can certainly tell you, if you are looking for a straight shooter, someone with enough balls to adamantly argue the facts and exercise all angles of your case, ultimately ending up with the best possible outcome any legal liaison could have done. You have my word you’ve got the right guy.
The reality of the situation is about 70% of us found ourselves in a jam, be it right or wrong; and now need a legal specialist to tailor fit the truths of evidence and mold them together with all those multifaceted nuances of legal ins and outs. And get us out of this pickle! Which is exactly what Scott flawlessly did for me; and I am ridiculously grateful to him for it.
Having grown up with a family full of cops, detectives and FBI. I am a pretty fair candidate to have seen the good and ugly of both sides of the law.
