I Consulted Greg for DVPO and he was very quick and clear about communicating what needs to be done and very patient. He was also very empathetic to my situation and explained the possible outcomes and what my best options at hand. I wish I had hired him when I ran into issue the very first time. Highly recommend anybody who wants advice regarding DV to first reach him and talk to him even if you don't hire him. Not one of those attorney's who is money minded and does things only for the sake of business. A big thank you Greg!

Greg is a fantastic attorney. I hired him for a complicated case that I thought was resolved. It was very frightening to receive a letter out of the blue from the court but Greg was excellent at talking me through the specifics. He was honest and upfront about what could happen. The day before court we were able to talk and he had a comprehensive plan of attack that put me at ease after weeks of intense stress and worry. It’s clear he is respected in court and I was impressed by how kind and knowledgeable he was. I highly recommend Tom and am confident in his expert representation for any legal matters. From the first call, he was on top of my needs. Wonderful Service and Representation, exonerating of all false claims! I am not from Seattle, was traveling for business and was set up. Court Will and his team took the time to review my case on 4th of July weekend and helped defend me, even on short Holiday notice. My case was filed and by 5 minutes past 5pm, Court Will called me and mentioned he spoke with the DA and they’ve decided to withdraw their filing! When I needed legal representation, a mutual friend recommended Scott.
Although the case was not convoluted, it was considered criminal under OHIO law. Having Scott representing me during this stressful time, definitely diminished the burden.

We hired Scott to handle my son's DUI case. There was a mental health aspect to his case and Scott dealt with it with compassion and respect. His knowledge of the legal system when it comes to DUI cases is incredible then add mental health to that and Scott knew exactly what to do! He was able to get my son's DUI amended due to his mental health aspect. I do not believe other lawyers would have taken these extra steps. i hired Timothy Healy's firm for my criminal case.
I was recommended Duncan Lewis by Jason Benjamin who had represented me in my divorce and I trusted his opinion.
I had a review hearing for an old Physical Control charge coming up and I had had very traumatizing experiences with this court and jail. I was convinced it was just not a smart or safe idea for me to show up alone and was I very nervous. I hired Duncan as recommended and I'm so glad I did!
He validated all of my concerns and worries, and addressed everything I asked about. To me, he seems like a very understanding, agreeable and likeable man. We found ourselves in a situation where they didn’t know what to do nor where to turn, so we reached out to Mr Leary. Mr. Leary responded quickly to our request for guidance and helped us see things in the correct light, giving us a path forward to return to normality.
Frankly we really felt lost (and completely stressed out) before consulting with Mr. Leary, and afterwards felt like we had a true and incredibly experienced advocate on our side.

Tim helped me at one of the lowest moments of my life. He was able to swiftly take an exaggerated Assault 2 charge and negotiate it down to deferred misdemeanor which was eventually dismissed all together. Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. We had no legal experience at all and he patiently & thoroughly explained things to us. He knew right away our son was suffering from an underlying medical condition & he knew we needed to get him home as quickly as possible. His expertise and professionalism were amazing. Alex represented our son at the preliminary hearing so well, the plaintiff didn’t show to the actual hearing. We were able to get our son home and the cases were later closed.

I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer.
I needed to find a lawyer I felt confident would represent me well. I went to seven different lawyers accompanied by my brother, before speaking to Mr. Graves. I heard all similar things from the seven previous lawyers. They all seemed more interested in getting paid then proving my innocence. My first meeting with Mr. Graves we spoke for about two hours about my options and what his plan of attack would be. I felt very comfortable in his skills, ability and experience. My brother who accompanied me during this process felt Mr. Graves was the best for the job.
My case dragged on for almost a year and each step of the way Mr. Graves kept me updated. He was very prepared for different scenarios that might have risen and gathered as much information about the case as he could. After almost a whole year of dealing with my case it ended with a dismissal! I could not have been more joyous and relieved and I owed it all to Daryl Graves. If your looking for a lawyer with grit and honesty Mr graves is someone highly worth considering. Lastly, on a personal note, I was very impressed with him not only as a lawyer but as a human being.

Brian performed well above any expectations considering what the courts were trying to do to me. I was facing serious felony charges of hate crime in 2021 ; as you know a very difficult time for such accusations to be judged fairly. He boiled it down to the facts and wasn't shaken by the blocking of nearly all my evidence by the prosecution. In the end he exposed the lies through incredible witness cross examination. He is an amazing trial lawyer and i would recommend him to anyone facing criminal prosecution. I am now able to breathe easy and i felt comfort knowing he had my back. Joni is an outstanding defense lawyer. I was arrested on trumped up charges for a DUI, but unfortunately for me there was not a lot lot of evidence to back up my side of the story. Joni knows every angle to approach a case from and successfully reduced it to a traffic violation. I thought my life was over, but Joni saved me. I have been searching and searching for a lawyer that could help me with my situation. I had 2 misdemeanors on my record and I actually moved to Idaho, so it was nearly impossible for me to go down to Temecula. Or riverside to deal with this. In searching for someone that can help me. I landed upon this lawyer and I must say the care and help that they gave me was remarkable. The day that I called they started on my case and kept me in the loop with everything. A lot of attorneys that I have contacted wanted to charge me upwards of 3500 and of course, a single mom, I could definitely not afford that. This is the first time I actually had to hire an attorney to help me and it was very daunting, but coming across this attorney made it effortless. I didn't have to do much and living in a different state made me concerned that it was even possible to do. The cases were dismissed so fast I honestly couldn't believe it and the cost was actually very reasonable that I could even afford. I am very grateful for meeting Mr. & Mrs. Combs they are very nice and work greatly as a team. Mr. & Mrs. Combs always updated me on my case. They made sure to instruct me properly on what to do with certain forms and anything I had to do on my end. All of my questions were answered and they understood my situation.
Mr. Combs told me something no other lawyer told me, he said he will show up to court on my behalf, knowing I was out of the state. My warrant was removed without me having to be there. The next court date my felony would be dropped which was another court date I did not have to attend. This helped me out tremendously! It would have been very costly for me to travel back and forth since I'm preparing for university. Knowing that, he worked really hard for me to not have to show face.

I can not thank Kirby enough for helping our son get through his court case. It was such a scary and traumatic ordeal, but Kirby was right there with our family the whole way through. I contacted Kip to represent me for a domestic violence charge. Colorado law requires mandatory arrest(s) be made if there is a 911 call related to domestic violence. That arrest happened to be me even though I was the one that walked into the police station to fill out a report. Ironically I was never allowed to complete my report before taken into custody. There was never intent to file charges from either parties involved but Colorado law rarely dismisses a case once there is an arrest. I thought about representing myself but these are serious charges and I wanted the best to represent me. I found Kip online and his great reviews convinced me to pick up the phone and call. I'm glad I did. Kip was great. He was very professional and helpful. He explained things to me and worked hard on my case. He negotiated a very generous plea agreement but I have a hard time agreeing to something that in my opinion is untrue and unfair. I had a photo radar ticket question...I called the office and within minutes Ryan called me back. I was very stressed due to the fact of having a clean driving record. Our story with Wallin and Klarich started when we had a serious accusation thrown at a family member. I called them on a Saturday evening, left a message; I immediately got a call from Jonathan Lynn, one of their senior lawyers who made an appointment with us even on a Sunday. He then referred us to one of the partners of the firm, Matthew Wallin, and after our first meeting, we knew that we were starting off on the right path in having this firm at our side.
Matt was always there for us. I know he is a top rated lawyer who handles a lot of cases, but he never made us feel that our case was any less serious or less important. I was pulled over for doing donuts in an empty dirt lot, and the police officer told me I would get something in the mail. Almost a year later, I got a court summons telling me I was to be charged with misdemeanor reckless driving and vandalism. Adding insult to injury, the DA’s office made me court date AFTER I had moved out of state for school! After consulting with and retaining Matt Wallin, I could not be happier with the outcome. Ok to start I have literally been using Julie Kert's services for years now, and since I found her she has NEVER let me down! I first hired Julie for a dui that I received in Cobb County almost 10 years ago. I was praying to beat the charges but because I had heard of how strict cobb County can be I knew I needed a really good attorney. I never had hired a top tier attorney at the time but because of the circumstances I knew it would be the best decision for me to do so. I received a ton of letters via mail from all sorts of attorneys and for some reason Julie's stood out to me. I went and met with her for the initial free consultation. I felt very confident with her and I could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable to the point that I decided to hire her that day. I apparently had made the correct decision because Julie was able to get the charges totally dismissed which was amazing, and at that point I knew that she was worth every single penny that I had paid her. Fast forward down the line I had a a situation come up with an ex that I had been living with who had acquired a small misdemeanor marijuana charge at the home that we shared, however even though I was not there when the incident happened the police decided to charge me as well along with the ex who had already admitted to the marijuana. I found out later that I had a warrant from those charges that I didn't know of and was arrested. I called Julie and hired her and when we went to court she was able to have all charges dropped due to the fact that the charges had already been previously charged to someone else. What I have learned in my experience is when hiring attorneys you are paying for the experience and knowledge which is what will win cases. A lesser experienced attorney might not know all of the intricacies of the law to be honest. Given Julie's history and prior work experience as a prosecutor I have no doubt that she knows both sides of the field which is what I think has been very successful in helping me with my cases. I received another DUI years later and decided to go with a friend because I thought that it was a simple case. At the time I technically had never been convicted with a DUI and it was a refusal to blow so I knew there wasn't any hard evidence. Needless to say I went to court and lost that case which should have been a very simple case. The reason being is the attorney was inexperienced. Years later I received another DUI and I decided to hire another attorney again because I didn't think I could afford Julie, however I lost the case and wound up spending more money after the case than what I would have spent if I would have just hired her. And now, what brings me to this review, I hate to admit it but for the sake of this review I will expose that that I have caught the third and final DUI I will ever catch in my lifetime and I made sure to hire Julie because I did not need this DUI to stick because three would be very bad, as if the 2 prior wasnt bad enough. This time however I really felt that I was innocent. Let me tell you that Julie Kert was able to get the DUI thrown out by the judge due to circumstances that only she in my opinion would have been able to execute due to her exemplary knowledge and experience and legal intelligence in the courtroom. It is an honor to watch her work and witness her masterful execution in the courtroom. She has literally saved my life this time around. The earlier situations I was very young and making stupid decisions and this time I really did get caught up in a bad place at the wrong time and she saved my life for me and my family! I was accused by police for abusing my son. I admit that I am a tough father but I am not the "abuser" described by the police. When I was released from jail I started seeking an attorney on AVVO. Mr. Nakano's experience drew my attention. However, my stereotype about lawyers reserved me from making immediate decision to hire him. After looking through his website, I told myself "why not give him a chance, and give yourself a chance". Because of our similar ethnic background, he could look at the situation from my perspective. Not only that, Mr. Nakano suggest me started to makeup for my mistake before the court date. He recommended Parents' Group, a group therapy that help distressed parents. In addition, he recommended me seeing professional counselor, who had taught me a lot because he had already went through the path that I am going through. Had an extremely complicated driving history and needed someone who could confidently manage a citation that was previously adjudicated 4 years ago. This man is worth every single penny. WORTH IT. I have never seen an attorney more prepared and ready to attack in court. Custody court was mentally the toughest thing I had ever gone through along with living 300 miles away. Mike helped me through every step. He made sure I was clear on everything and understood what was going on at all times. We had telephone conferences and I only had to come in office a few times.
