I contacted Pinnacle Law for assistance on a traffic violation. The firm referred me to one of their attorneys, John Rhude.
John contacted me immediately. He explained to me in very precise terms the steps that we should take and the expected outcome. Within 24 hours my violation was dismissed with no points on my license and no impact on my auto insurance.

Radha has been absolutely a wonder to work with. Her knowledge on any divorce matter is phenomenal. She is really professional but at the same time very relatable.

So this happened when my father was looking for a lawyer since the lawyer i had didnt have great communication skills. My father wanted to get a second opinion from another reputed lawyer. My father and i spoke to Jaye. She was kind enough to provide over 3 hours of free guidance. She didnt demand to get any payment (very unusal of a lawyer to give free advice). She knew she couldnt represent me as she didnt work with Essex county. She was always available to give me free advice and guide me in the right direction when i needed her support. Lawyers like her will keep your legal fees low and help you get out of the divorce as quickly and as elegantly as possible. She understood where i was coming from and more than that she understood what a father goes through during this tough time.
It is unfortunate she didnt work with my county. She is very competent, great work ethics and treats her clients like humans. Again if she can represent you in your county, please do not hesitate to reach out to her. She is the best out there.

The divorce process was already stressful, and the first attorney I hired has caused me more troubles and delays. I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vincent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

The mother of my son and I have been in court a year to date fighting over the custody of our 14 year old son. Once I got engaged and moved in with my fiance (now wife) she told me I couldn't see him again. Prior to my engagement I always had our son and his little brother (her child from a previous relationship) to help her out. I went from always seeing my son (prior to engagement), to never seeing my son, to eight hours a week on the weekend, to 50/50 in the summer time, to extended standard and now full custody.
Larry is an exceptional and well respected attorney. In the beginning I was so angry about what was going on and Larry advised me to keep my cool and let him "be the attorney". There aren't enough words to describe the joy I feel coming home every day to my son and having our family complete. Thank you, thank you, thank you Larry for all you have done and are doing! I sought the counsel of Carlos Salinas for an order of protection from my husband after a very terrifying situation. I was in a situation where there were many people that didn’t like me and chose to try and take me down for crimes that I didn’t commit Ms. Mockrin did the work to get details of my case revealed to prove my innocence went over all police records painstakingly watched over two and a half hours of video footage that was being used against me watched every second of it to point things out that ultimately proved my innocence she made sure she had a medical expert that had credentials to testify in a court of law in my defense he was able to explain to the jury the difference in some of the medical assessments done which also in turn further proved my innocence I am honored to have had someone that would take the time to look at my case and care she is a very passionate professional and I’m grateful that she isn’t one easy to push over because I’ll tell you things got very intense in there and she was able to keep me calm and focused the words I have written here are far from the words I can’t even find to describe my gratitude for this woman she fought for me when it seemed I had no hope

I am a client of R&A and we just wrapped up a post-divorce case where the adversary got stomped. Everything the opposing party asked for got denied outright AND I was awarded attorney's fees. My wife and I could not be happier and are truly grateful for the services provided by Mr. Joseph Wahl and his staff Lisa and Sophie. We live in Texas and were in immediate need of legal representation for our visitation petition case in the state of Delaware. I recently passed through a small town going faster than I should have (as I was honestly running late to a wedding). Ended up meeting a nice gentleman on the side of the highway and thought I would be looking at a speeding ticket real soon...
Well... I thought wrong, and I was actually looking at serving a 90 day sentence at the local bed and breakfast (correctional center).
I was referred to Mr. Nettles who “knew the law book from front to back.” I talked with him a few times and he went to work on my case. Later Mr. Nettles went to court on my behalf and took care of everything as he originally said he would. Scott really went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful (and yes his knowledge of the law is extraordinary).

When we were looking for an ethical attorney to represent our son, it was a daunting task. We interviewed many attorneys, but after meeting and speaking with Matthew Izzi, I knew that he was the one to represent our son's defense. I felt he would approach his defense with integrity and respect for our son, and he did. Matthew doesn't fall into believing false accusations of articles written, community pressures and opposing counsel stacked charges, he develops his defense based on facts, based on the truth for his client, our son. He assured our son of his defense plan and collaborated with our son on the best way to develop his defense strategy. Matthew's demeaner in the courtroom is professional, no matter how much opposing counsel tries to pull his strings, he remains calm and forthright. He addressed injustices that were made against our son and explained many facts, of the truth, that sheds a bright light for the jury to see and that light doesn't go out, for that is what the truth does, it shines bright. Matthew gave us hope, something the DA tried to destroy. The Shasta legal system is a process of delays, unnecessary jail time --for our son, questionable decisions made by appointed judges, unfair bail , this is 'not' a justice system in our point of view. This was frustrating for us and for our son. We experienced many injustices during my son's trial by opposing counsel and Shasta Sheriff dept. So you need a good lawyer when you are in Shasta's court system. If you are looking for a good defense lawyer consider Matthew, he cares for his client's well being, despite the uphill battle he faces when dealing with the opposing counsel's unprofessional behaviors, different judges and Shasta Sherriff/Probation dept., etc.. One more comment, if you read anything written via yelp, social media or in the newspaper, that is negative about Matthew's character, by certain people in Shasta county, don't believe them, they can't deal with Matthew being so good at his job and believing in our son's account regarding what really happened. God knows the truth and the yappers negativity against my son, will be dealt with by God.
When stacked charges are brought up against your loved one, you need an attorney who will represent your loved one, in an aggressive, professional, intelligent and smart manner. The highlight is-- you need Matthew who will believe in you and will work diligently to prove your loved one's innocence. Matthew helped me understand an area, that I wasn't familiar with, the legal system, this also helped our son fight the system for his innocence and to try to get through the difficult situation. Matthew's staff is friendly, listened to me through many phone calls regarding my frustration with the Court process, the DA and Sherriff dept. Mr. Mutimer assisted me in a rather "messy" matter which resulted in a favorable outcome.
Throughout litigation I was presented different options/routes to take to which Mr. Mutimer always took the time out to explain the effects these options could/would have on my future. I never once felt the pressure that he wanted to "just get this case over and settle for less."
