I want to truly thank Nathan for his help seeing me through a very challenging chapter in my and my child's life. Nathan's support was critical in navigating a highly contentious custody situation with an uncooperative ex-partner. Nathan helped guide me through the whole process which thankfully ended in favorable outcomes for myself and my child. I cannot say the process was easy nor if family law a clear-cut area where you will absolutely know going in what to expect. I will say Nathan was an invaluable partner in this process and helped me feel confident we were doing what was right for my child each step of the way.
My ex-partner has a history of withholding, unilaterally making medical and educational decisions without informing you, as well as most recently filing baseless CPS claims against me. Needless to say, this created an extremely contentious situation. After years of trying to handle things amicably for the sake of my child, the situation reached a boiling point when the CPS claims were filed, which was an extremely scary experience. I feared losing access to my child and damage to our relationship.
Nathan was instrumental in guiding us through this terrible chapter. He helped me successfully hold my ex in contempt of the parenting plan, address the unacceptable conduct around medical appointments, and ultimately gain significantly more parenting time with my kiddo.
While the process was not easy, and family law can be complex with uncertain outcomes, Nathan served as an invaluable partner who helped me feel confident that you were doing what was best for my kiddo throughout.

I can’t express enough how thankful I am to have met Josh. I’ve worked with other attorneys for what I assumed were simple modifications and spent thousands, only to find out later that the orders weren’t enforceable, even though a judge signed them. So, when it came time to modify my child support, I knew I needed a lawyer who would get it right.
Initially, I wanted to try and handle things through the Attorney General’s office, but given my luck in the past and my ex-husband’s difficult nature, I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. I met with several lawyers before Josh, and most charged steep fees for brief, unhelpful consultations. But my experience with Josh was different from the start. He invited me into the office, spent a full hour with me, and was honest about my options. He even advised me to save money by filing with the AG’s office myself—until he heard about my ex-husband’s behavior. At that point, he agreed that having a lawyer was the better choice.
I hired Josh the same day, and within a week, he had started the paperwork. From the moment he contacted my ex-husband, the usual games began. Josh told me not to respond to any communication from my ex and that he would handle everything. He did just that—professionally and effectively, even managing to stop my ex’s harassment, which I hadn’t been able to do myself.
Josh’s approach in court was exceptional. He called me the week before to walk me through everything, even doing a role play of how things would go on the stand. What seemed silly at first turned out to be invaluable preparation. Thanks to Josh, I felt confident and knew exactly what to expect.

I found Sameer on google while looking for an immigration lawyer and I was sure that I wanted to work with him after reading his reviews, he helped me initially in getting my green card and helped clarify all my questions about it.
I reached out to him again to take help in getting my green card renewed where he guided me about the entire process on getting the condition removed from my marriage based green card.
Unfortunately due to my budget I could not work with him (which I really wanted too) but

Even when things got a little sticky in my first time DUI case, Mike knows the right things to bring up and knows how to handle what gets thrown at him. I’m impressed by the confidence, composure and knowledgeability. He knows the right people, which is the biggest name of the game because if you don’t, you don’t have a defense. I’m thoroughly content with how he handled my case and if you are in the south sound area I would strongly advise to at least consult with the guy. At a fair price I doubt there are much better options. My only problem was lack of communication within his own office. I wasn’t able to get ahold of him as much as I would’ve liked to (since he’s busy handling business), and it seemed like one of his representatives didn’t have as much experience but Mike still handled it well.

I was originally referred to Maureen O'Brien at O'Brien, Thomas and Bibek, LLC law firm by my personal attorney. Maureen was unable to take my case due to illness but she recommended David and he accepted my case.
David provided invaluable professional and discreet assistance in the court room while handling my case. He spoke to the judge and the district attorney on my behalf on several occasions while we were both in the court room. He negotiated a reduction in charges with the district attorney that changed my potential conviction of a felony to a misdemeanor. David also led me through the required paperwork and after I fulfilled my court ordered probation requirements, achieve early termination of my probation.
