After finding myself in active addiction, I had made some poor decisions and found myself in legal issues. Therefore I wanted a better life and sought treatment. My largest challenge was felony and misdemeanor charges for my questionable behavior. I learned of Kerri’s hardworking efforts in the addiction arena through her advocation of the drug court in Forsyth county. A person assisting me with my recovery directed me to her. She listened with a caring ear and passed no judgement on me. She understood my bad decisions were motivated by my addiction. She represented me to the court as a human being that was seeking assistance to be the great person I was intended to be. She understood their were consequences for my actions and pled to the court that my consequences would be proactive, effective, and assistive in me bettering myself. Her explanation of my character and the person I truly am encouraged the court to hand down a lesser charge and lesser sentence. Understanding the length of time it takes to recover from active addiction she went one step further. She pleaded to the court and recommended that part of my consequences for my behavior would be to be legally responsible to complete my treatment program. I had never had the experience of an attorney treating me as a human being and expressing my value as a person to the court. The fact that she went above and beyond and recommended to the court to hold me legally responsible to complete my treatment demonstrated to me that she really cared about me. This was but a glimpse although a large hurdle of one of the challenges I faced in my early active recovery. Kerri’s action and compassion have assisted me in being a person in long term recovery. Ms. Sigler is not just an attorney she is a humanitarian. To this day she still reaches out to me after the case has been closed and I have completed my legal obligations. I would only pray that other representatives of the legal system follow her lead. My gratitude and thankfulness could never be expressed enough. Thank you Kerri.

The mother of my child came after my family and I hard. She made accusations against my family, my friends and myself, claiming whatever she could to get full custody of our son and have a ton of restrictions put on me. I must have called at least a dozen lawyers, many of whom were either not accepting new clients or were charging insane retainer fees. I had my consultation with Kiley shortly after contacting her firm. She was extremely professional and seemed more knowledgeable than most people I'd talked to. Since hiring Kiley, she has helped me get an order of protection against me denied, a very favorable family plan ruling and is currently helping me deal with a child support issue as DCS has the wrong information about my income. I would absolutely recommend Kiley Anderson to anyone who's in need of a family law attorney. She prepared an eloquently written and factually accurate argument. She pointed out every little inconsistency in the other parties claims, and there were a lot of them. She completely outclassed the opposing attorney and by the time she had finished talking to the judge I was simply ecstatic that I'd chosen to hire her.
Her paralegal Liz is extremely responsive and friendly. During an emergency incident on a weekend, she took my call and worked me through what the situation was and what steps I should take next. I contacted the office to discuss a real estate transaction. Mr. Tamburino was extremely patient dealing with me, as this was my first home purchase. The realtor was so eager to close the deal she was not protecting me. Mr. Tamburino stepped in and took my back. I was so impressed by his compassion not to to see me railroaded. And he made a house call for my aging parents who needed to have their wills done as well as a medical directive and power of attorney. Ms Barbara is a very "no nonsense", efficient professional while still being a caring and concerned individual.I was recommended to Barbara by another attorney, and I cant express how glad I was to hire Barbara. From our first meeting I knew she was who I wanted to represent me! She was very patient with me and was very helpful through everything. Jennifer Matthews Is a phenomenal Lawyer. She worked with me on my Traffic (DUI ) case, and helped guide me every step of the way. She was very patience and understanding of what was a very sensitive case for me (Due to my secret clearance and military background ) . I was worried, and nervous about what was going to happen to me, and I also thought it was going to hurt my career. Jennifer was very discreet while working on my case, which was very reassuring.
Before I decided to look her up, I visited quite a few lawyers to talk about my case, and needless to say they were less than helpful. Most of them made me feel more like a number than they actually cared. I was running low on time and I went to go this one lawyer who was going to have me just take the quick and easy way out (take a deal / Plea), and was going to charge me an astronomical amount to do so. Needless to say I was thinking about just representing myself that is until I came across Jennifer Matthews name on a review website. I was going to give one last person a try, because it was starting to become draining seeing so many people and explaining the case. I started by giving her a call and talking to her on the phone, I already within 5 minutes of talking to her felt a little more at ease. To be honest I was still skeptical though, most of the people that I spoke with on the phone sounded nice and like they cared... at first. I went to meet her in person (still skeptical and nervous) and as she introduced herself and I sat down I felt more comfortable than I did with any of the other people I talked to. We reviewed my case together and discussed what my options were at that time, and what I needed to do to get the case moving forward. She was straight forwarded with me from the start. She didn’t sugarcoat anything, and she put everything on the table. I knew everything from our first meeting, which was nice. I never felt like she was going leave me hanging or charge me extra later. I really liked how she talked to me as a person, not belittling me or treating me different because of my case. I can honestly say I trusted her.
As my court date came closer, she kept in touch on a regular bases and making sure we had everything we needed for the case. I never felt unprepared nor unimportant. The day of the trial she met me at the courthouse where she was fully prepared for the case. She knew what she was doing. She kept in contact with the court the whole time. Oh and not to mention her attention to detail, she found some inconsistencies in the reports on my case, which was for my benefit. Needless to say I would consider my case a huge win and I don’t think it would have ended the way it did with any other person by my side.
I’m sure this goes without saying I would most certainly recommend Jennifer to anyone who needs an amazing defense lawyer. She will be by your side every step of the way, and will not leave you hanging. She is the best, and It would be in anyone’s best interest that is in need of help to look her up.

My son was arrested for some pretty serious charges. I had never had to deal with anything like that before and didn't know where to begin. A friend who had Jennifer for a DUI recommended her. She was amazing! She helped us find a bail bondsman in the middle of the night. Met with us as soon as he was released. She really listened to us and took an immediate interest in the case. She took all the time necessary to explain the process, the court system, everything until we felt comfortable. We retained Katrin to obtain Grandparent's visitation rights to our grandchildren. Katrin first outlined a course of action to avoid going to court if possible. When that failed, she advised us as to the best way to be successful, with realistic expectations. The was empathetic to our situation and kept us appraised of the progress or lack thereof. She also was good at working with the opposing attorney, reaching a good compromise with the parent we were having difficulty with. While always professional, she also was very understanding and helpful in her dealings with my wife and me.

I've known Eric for many years. He took care of me when I went out on work men's comp. I was lucky to have found him when I did, because I was being forced back to work when I could barely get around. Being a preschool teacher you need to be quick on your toes. They are highly knowledgeable professionals, and a very client service focused firm. Spoke to John’s Legal Secretary about my ticket situation, gave me a price $$, sent over contract, signed it, paid. Within a couple of hours, she told me (via phone) we had a court date set. She assured me that I wouldn’t have to appear in court, but be by your phone, just in case. I received a call from John’s Legal Secretary an hour after my court date appearance, with some great news, CASE DISMISSED. I totally forgot about a court date in Refugio county. The court put a hold on my license and charged me with failure to appear. Due to just losing my job, I couldn't afford to fix this problem all at once. Elvia and John helped get me deferred adjudication while establishing a payment plan with the court and their firm. I'm a single father who has been through countless false accusations by the mother of my child. My son's mother wanted to pass my son off as another man's that she had been dating on and off for years. She started all of the false accusations right after I had her served with court papers to see my son for the first time and be involved in his life as his father. Attorney Huddleston was in my corner every step of the way and fought hard for me and my little man. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have even had the chance to meet my son, know what he looked like, bond with him, or anything. It is because of Attorney Huddleston that my son and I were granted 50/50 joint custody time together and get to enjoy our favorite meal of tacos together! I am so grateful to Attorney Huddleston for all of his help. I have worked with some lawyers who have taken my money but then only half represented me in hopes of getting more money or flat out failed me in court costing me more money and then they have had the nerve to demand more money from me after their complete failure. It's downright unethical and immoral. Attorney Huddleston is not that kind of attorney and any money spent for his services is well worth it. He really does put his all into fighting for his clients. Even though I am still fighting in court against false accusations from the mother of my son claiming that I am molesting my son, beating him, and abusing him mentally, while she continues to refuse to bring him to pick ups and drop offs, slander me to doctors and therapists that she's set up for our son, and continues to file orders of protection (all dismissed) with her 4th one just dismissed recently, and not knowing how my son is doing or haven't seen him since October, I still hold true to faith that something will change. Having Attorney Huddleston in my corner through it all has truly been a blessing. Attorney Elliston is the consummate legal professional with a stellar reputation to add and decades of a winning record in criminal defense work experience to match, frankly, he is the real deal.
What I liked most about having Mr. Elliston as my attorney was how I didn't have to be my own lawyer - on the job training, at fighting my own case, not good. I never left his office confused nor feeling like I’m stupid or as if he didn't really listen or hear me, but more importantly - he proved over and over again to be a staunch defender and supporter of my innocence and as my lawyer, he didn’t let anyone else forget it - not even me, in other words - he’s not going to allow you to hold your head down, he makes you feel like now that he’s onboard, your chances just increased 100% so hold your head up high! It’s little things like that that meant the world to me.
I liked that Mr. Elliston was also patient with me, once a very nervous and confused client, he was compassionate and understanding, often knowing exactly how I would be feeling throughout this situation and helping me to overcome the doubt. He would always remind me that he was on my side and that we are in this together. He just took over! He was good at “exposing the other sides hand & helping me to understand the prosecutor’s/accuser position and what they’re most likely up to in cases like mine and why the system works like this or like that, etc.!” So many reasons I chose to hire him - he told me to go back to work, to take care of my health and to start eating again, to stop worrying and go back to living life and enjoying my family and to now “let him go to work on my case”. He would often get me to relax by saying “you told me the truth, you gave me all that I've asked of you, we fully understand what the plan is and now let me go and show you how we're going to fight this thing”! We’d talk and strategize, then we’d talk more and again find more to be uncovered and analyzed, and then researched, always in constant communication with me - all efforts were always leading towards our strong end game. And throughout this process, not only did I witness how very detailed oriented he is but I soon came to realize what a great a communicator I had in my lawyer. And not to mention how his people skills shined through when we began to build a coalition of friends and advocates/witnesses to help with my case.
He went to work - on my case, never making me feel as if he had “a ton of other things do!” He pushed on, perseverance, creative thinking and just flat out persistence - he didn’t let up and he doesn’t let up until he gets what’s best for his client!
My case was no-billed and I eventually got my record expunged. I can’t thank Mr. Elliston enough - he's my friend. I've made sure that my friends and family have is number on hand.

Just when I thought I lost all hope Mr Coppage was assigned to my custody battle case for my son. I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.
My divorce was so messy and my first attorney made the mess even worse instead of fixing problems. Raunak changed the whole direction of my case. It was such a breath of fresh air. Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. My family was so lucky that Doug got handed our case!! He saved my ex-husbands life and we could never ever thank him enough. I had contact with them so much it felt like everyday.
