Mr. Black has provided a variety of legal services to my family and me over the last several years. I initially contacted him for advice relating to certain of my business matters, but more sought his services regarding a personal injury accident in which my daughter was involved. She was struck by a negligent driver while she was riding her bike on a city sidewalk. She sustained multiple serious injuries and required extensive hospital treatment and medical follow-up. I love this guy. Against a lot of obstacles he was able to win our case in a all day trial. We were up against the attorney generals office and my ex- wife's private attorney in a Dallas Family Court with the odds stacked firmly against us. His research and professional demeanor over came those odds and we won the trial and a request for retrial was denied. The case is now with the 256 th court of appeals and I have the utmost confidence in Mr. Brooks to get us through this as well. Mr. Brooks took our case when no one else would and was able to convince the judge to rule in our favor. I have and would highly recommend Mr. Brooks for any legal needs.'

Maintaining offices in California, as well as Texas, seems to be done seamlessly and all in stride. I contacted Sandra shortly after my father passed away in 2012 and wanted to make sure that: 1) My father's name is removed from their home title, and 2) to make sure my mother's will is up-to-date and we had all the necessary powers-of-attorney/living will/et al in place. We had these done several years ago in Georgia, but wanted to make them current for Texas.
Sandra was very responsive and helpful with advice on what the next steps were for both issues. She made it very clear, simple, and straightforward for us and her fees were very reasonable in comparison to others we had contacted.
I will using her for my own will and estate plan. She doesn't try to impress you with legal mumbo-jumbo to make it look as though she knows what she's doing...she takes the time to take you thru the steps and is happy to explain any questions that come to mind during the meeting.

I got a DUI back in 2014. Without getting into the details, my DUI case is not the typical DUI case and the DA was playing "hardball." Annie spent over a year fighting for me, filed motions to suppress evidence and was ready to take my case to trial. She refused to take just some plea deal. Annie was always on top of my case and kept me informed and updated. I don't know any attorney that would have put in as much time and effort as Annie did. I have spoken with Attorney Harris on several occasions and he truly impressed me with his knowledge and ability to understand and interpret the law and wording of legal matters. He was able to explain it to me in simple words what certain aspects of a contract meant . Some of the things may not have been what I wanted to hear, but is better to have a lawyer who tells your the truth, rather them mislead you. I hired Attorney Pagliara for a issue i was having with a tenant. The tenant was trying to seek attorneys fees for his attorney and seeking a counterclaim and defense of retalitory eviction. Mr. Pagliara worked quickly and got opposing counsel to drop his attorney fees that i may have been on the gook to pay and drop the retalitory eviction. I never seen an attorney get such quick results. I am 1000 percent pleased. He is tenacious and very knowledgeable and diligent and aggressive. Took him 2 hours from taking my case to get results. I would hire him again and recommend him.

As a seasoned business professional, I have retained at least 10 attorneys in the past for matters such as bankruptcy creditor actions, partnership disputers, labor law defense, customs disputes, commercial real estate and copyright actions.
Of all the law firms my businesses have retained, Sally and her team at West Themis are by far, the most astonishing. They work 10x faster and more efficient than all of the attorneys and law firms that I've used. Sally's methods are very concise, methodical, and strategic. She filed a certain motion in a case that my former attorneys at a larger firm never did. With her firm, I got answers, strategy, and results at much lower rates.
Sally is the managing partner at West Themis Law. This law firm has a team of attorneys and professionals that handle different related areas of law that helps them strategize and attack each matter with different areas of law. They don't do copyright.
All in all, I am very impressed. I think their secret to delivering quality, fast, and affordable representation is because of Sally's management style and use of technology. In seeking help, Max's staff was very professional in providing me responsive help from Max himself. When I spoke with Max on the phone for the first time, Max was already familiar and knowledgable about how to help me. Max even went out of his way to meet me in person to provide me that free consultation and Max was spot on about my situation. During that consultation, he gave the pros and cons of the situation and advised me of all possible options available to me. I was willing to hire him on the spot but he recommended that I evaluate my other options before I hire him.

I called Mr. Cimino looking to see if he handles traffic tickets out of a nearby city. He took the time to listen to what was going on and explained that he doesn't normally handle this type of a case. He provided some awesome information and took the time to explain things to me. Enrique assisted me with a demand letter to my apartment complex. There were issues with a leak in my apartment, that they could not fix, which resulted in mold. My furniture was damaged, and the humidity from the leak caused mold to spread everywhere. Enrique informed me of my rights as a tenant and was able to get the apartment complex to reimburse me for the damages and cost of moving to the unit.
