David was great in helping my boyfriend and I close on a house. He is a very patient man and very helpful in understanding that my boyfriend preferred to email/text instead of call. During the closing process, David helped us understand how everything works in layman's terms. He also made sure to check in every now and then to see if the lenders would push through earlier, but again, David was very patient even when we were not.
Overall, David Liberty is the guy to go to when you want something done. He does well in explaining everything and will make sure that you are getting what you need/want for a good reason. I thank those who introduced me to David Liberty since he is a genuine man to work with.

I was in a very difficult situation where I purchased a house during the pandemic that was tenant occupied. The tenants barred me from conducting a professional inspection prior to purchase due to Covid concerns as one tenant was elderly. Against my better judgment, I purchased the house without a professional inspection and had to wait over a year after purchasing for the tenants to “feel comfortable enough” to allow an inspection. Had my insurance company not requested it, I don’t think they would have allowed it at all. Upon inspection, we discovered very extensive damage caused by negligence on the tenants part. Half of the kitchen was required to be demolished all the way down to the crawl space. After completing the work, I hired an attorney to represent me in an eviction on the basis of waste caused to the property. This attorney mishandled my case in every way imaginable. From being impossible to get ahold of, missing court deadlines, misplacing evidence, rejections of filings due to simple clerical errors, filing paperwork under my name for other cases, etc. I became so overwhelmed and ill with stress that I searched for a new attorney to substitute. I consulted with about 15 lawyers total and Tiffany Travillion was by far the best. She took on my case even though it was going to be difficult based on the errors and negligence in filings from my previous counsel. Not only was she thorough and promptly up to speed on everything, she was incredibly easy to get ahold of and really went the extra mile when she took the time to assure me, an anxious emotional mess, that she would not mishandle my case like my previous attorney. I finally had peace of mind and that meant the world. She kept me informed in real time on the status of my case and filings. She was easy to talk to and I finally felt like someone had my back. Her staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. We worked on this case for nearly a year and in the end, she won my case and got my house back. I was months away from having to cut my losses and sell my house at a huge loss. I can’t thank Tiffany and her team enough. I don’t know where I would be without them.

I would highly recommend Attorney Neil Crane, especially in the area of real estate Foreclosures, where his talent was utilized. Within the last 40 years, I have retained no less than a dozen attorneys from Connecticut to Washington, D.C., one of whom successfully represented me in a Connecticut “Supreme’ Court” case. During those years I found only one other attorney that stacked up to Attorney Neil Crane’s ability and tenacity. He was a labor attorney in Washington, D.C. with an AVVO rating of 10.0.
Attorney Crane brought a foreclosure action (on my wife’s and my behalf) within the speed of light (that’s 186,000 miles per “second”)!
Along with other tactics, he legally finessed the other side to settle our issue in a most favorable outcome. He is an example of pure work. Since “a lawyer’s time is her/his stock in trade,” it is important to the client’s wallet to retain an attorney who not only is extremely expert in her/his field, but also possesses a tireless work ethic and most importantly---has a high degree of integrity. If one does their due diligence, I believe one will find that Attorney Neil Crane fits that bill.

Neil Crane and his team are the best. I was forced into signing my mother into a nursing home. They told me only my mothers assets would be affected. They lied they took her house and wanted mine as well even though my mother had nothing to do with my house. My husband had a heart attack and other things that caused him to be disabled and not be able to work anymore. I was very reluctant to hire a bankruptcy attorney, for a few reasons. First, there's a service in the internet that takes you through the whole process for free (although you do the filing yourself). Second, too many "attorneys" out there. Well, the best decision I've made lately was to hire Stephen. He's very knowledgeable and supportive, and (very important!) ALWAYS replies back in a timely manner. I engaged Mr. Orchard's services initially because I received a court document naming me as a defendant in a foreclosure action. Having no idea that I was attached to the property, I needed a local attorney's help, as I live in a different state.
Mr. Orchard patiently explained the legal meaning of the documents to me (actually more than once). Further, in assessing the implications of the documents and their impact on me, I had to share very personal and emotional family issues of estrangement and family wounds.
Previously, I hired a PI to assist with the family issues, but he turned out to be a scammer. I hired a different atty years before for the family issue, who provided bum advice, blew through the retainer, and said that was all he could do. I contacted the sheriff's office, who said there was nothing they could do. I was ready to surrender.
Long story short, Mr. Orchard was able to assist in discovering the familial information I was seeking and absolutely needed (and failed to obtain), and continued to work patiently with me to educate and coach me on the legal recourse I had with respect to the foreclosure. Additionally, I found him to be extremely fair and reasonable regarding the retainer I paid and the manner in which it was used.
His services began in April, 2021, and effectively ended in August 2022. Throughout this time, Steve communicated with me regularly, kept me informed regarding actions taken and actions needed, and represented me in an honest and dependable manner. In fact, I trusted him completely, and felt he always acted in my best interest.
In reality, he went out of his way to ensure I received the surplus funds I deserved from the foreclosure. Plus, he did all of this work over a 16-month period ON A CONTIGENCY BASIS! He even consulted with other attorneys that specialized in a completely different area of law (that was a factor in the claim) in order to ensure he was advising me correctly.
I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Orchard again, and you shouldn't either. If you are looking for an attorney that sees you instead of your money, I highly recommend Mr. Orchard. I found him and his lawfirm to provide excellent service, sound and helpful advice, and to have the best ethical integrity of any lawyer I've engaged!

My son Officer Michael Weiskopf of the St. Petersburg Police Department went in to the hospital with Covid 8/1/21 and his wife would not let us have any contact with Michael. She would not let us text him, call him, face-time him or visit him. She told the nursing staff not to give us any information on my son's condition. If we wanted any updates, we would have to go through her. She was giving us erroneous information and that is when we found our Guardian Angel Matt. Matt worked miracles and we were then able to get correct information on my son's condition from a reliable source. He also helped us get an object in my name that Mike's wife didn't want to give us, even though it was her husband's wishes that his brother have this object. My son's wife never told us that my son died and that there was a funeral planned by the St. Petersburg Police Department.
Matt is one of a kind. He is compassionate, kind, caring, sensitive and is a super Professional. He knows his craft and he gets things done. I did a lot of research before hiring an attorney to assist me with the probate process. I ultimately chose Matt because I liked his website. He has plenty of videos that explain “legalese” for people like me who have no idea what it all means and he seemed really involved (something that a lot of attorneys aren’t). It turned out that Mr. Weidner was as involved as he seemed and he didn’t hesitate to answer any one of my million and one questions about what was happening during my daughter’s probate. Even though she had planned out her estate before her death and put everything in order and I had agreed to be her estate executive I have to admit to not having any idea what to do. I had agreed to the role because she asked me to, but luckily I came across Mr. Weidner and he made the whole thing seem much easier than the other lawyers I talked to.
In the end probate went well. Actually, it was draining and devastating but the process itself was easier than I thought it was going to be which was one burden lifted. When things have settled down for us in our new life without my daughter, I plan to go back to Mr. Weidner to talk to him about my own estate planning. Now that I’m raising my grandchildren, I have a lot of changes to make and I’m hoping Mr. Weidner can make it as easy as he did our probate.

Scott Needleman went above and beyond to help us. We were an incredibly unique case. We did not pass the means test for a Chapter 7, but Scott went to work and made it happen. Another twist to our story, my mother died the day after we filed. Associated with her death were some payable upon death beneficiary accounts. I called Scott he told me they would be the property of the bankruptcy trustee. The typical attorney would just give up at this point. Scott researched and found court cases in which these types of funds were treated like lottery winnings, they get to keep it. Scott presented his research to the trustee who agreed we could keep this large sum of money. Scott’s work for us made us feel like we won the lottery. Every attorney we interviewed immediately stated we had to file chapter 13 and I have no doubt we would have also lost the money my mother intended for us. Scott will work hard for you. He is worth the Money!!!!!!

After trying to handle the Polk County case on my own we kept ending up with no progress. After years of nothing changing Laura has been able to make huge strides in a short time. She gave me her personal cell number and is always reachable directly via call, email or text. During our first strategy call she was already extremely familiar with my case. She offered her opinions and expert advice citing the laws and rules that would fit my situation. There are some things I didn't want to hear such as having to try mediation again but she informed me that we have to be sure to follow the right protocols if we want the right results. I will update my review after the case is closed, but wanted to share with others struggling with a Polk County or nearby case that Laura is more than an attorney and has truly been advocating for me from the start. She even moved her entire schedule to be available for a hearing that had already been scheduled with short notice. She was ready to hit the ground running and I can't recommend her enough.
