I've been with Mark for over 22 years alone for just the legal work needed for those Real estate transactions I've done for both my commercial and residential needs. He has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in this and the related aspects need to safely and smartly navigate these and other my legal needs. I cannot say enough on this point. I have been very happy with Mr. Cherry's paralegal Sylvia. I recently hired Mr. Cherry for selling my parents' house. Sylvia fielded all my questions. She got all of the paperwork together promptly. She knew about the closing out the home equity loan and ensured that the bank was involved. And on top of that Sylvia is personable. Mr. Cherry also found issues with my contract and corrected them. He was able to represent me at closing. The buyers wanted a concession, but Mr. Cherry negotiated it away.
I have bought two houses before. I have sold a house before. This is the first time I feel like I had someone looking out for me. I would recommend contacting Mark Cherry for your real estate transactions because the Sylvia paralegal rocks!!

I contacted Mark Cherry because I wanted to sell a rental house privately, but needed financial advice in the handling of it, and I saw that he had CPA experience. Attorney Ozment and his staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through my Chapter 7 case. From the first meeting, I knew that I wanted his office to represent me. He outlined my options, explained everything about bankruptcy and filing simply and clearly, told me how much it would cost and payment options, helped me to understand the differences between the various chapters, and followed me through the process every step of the way. A week before my trustee meeting, his office scheduled an appointment for me to talk with Atty. Ozment by phone so he could explain the trustee meeting, how it would work, what questions I might be asked, and to go over information in my petition to make sure I understood all the details in the document. I really appreciated the time that he took to do that as it helped me be less nervous for the meeting. The staff in the office were also very helpful, kind, and supportive throughout the process. I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands. He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality.
I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case.

First of all, do not tackle filing bankruptcy on your own. It's a very complex process. Hire an attorney. Deciding to file for bankruptcy was initially an emotionally daunting task, but it was the right step in the right direction, and I'm glad we did it with Kathyrn.
We were referred to Kathryn by a good friend who successfully achieved their bankruptcy goals under her services. Kathryn demonstrated empathy and a deep understanding of our situation until we received our Chapter 13 discharge papers at the end of our four-year repayment plan agreement.
She was thorough in her processes and incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. Even though she was our attorney, she embodied the role of a therapist and helped guide us through those stressful moments. She always brought a lighter perspective to our doubts and continued to clear the path before us— and it was a long four-year stretch.

I found Diane Drain just by going through Google and looking for an attorney who can help me understand bankruptcy. She was quick to reply to my questions and clearly explained what will be expected of me. Mike Ziegler and his team are simply awesome! I was sued by a debt collector and didn't really know what to do. The first two lawyers I reached out to were "too busy to take on the case" but I finally made contact with Ziegler Diamond on the morning of my court appearance. He took over everything right away and went to court for me about 45 minutes after taking the case. In the end, he settled the debt for half of the total cost which is exactly what I asked for.
