I can't sing the praises of Mr Berardi enough. He always made himself available, and responded to emails and phone calls almost immediately. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and I never felt that I wasn't his top priority.
He was responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. I couldn't have chosen a better attorney.
Our case also required a lot of running around to take care of small, but important tasks and Mr Berardi took care of all of them. It really helped to limit the amount of stress I was under to take care of these items, and it was a huge weight off my shoulders.
Simply put, he is fabulous.

I had a problem with a credit card company taking a debt settlement agreement that was made, but they took my money and sold my account to another company who then attempted to collect the remainder. I was lied to and needed justice. I talked to almost every civil lawyer in town and none would take my case. One told me that there just was not any money in it. I was more worried about my record being set straight rather than getting monetary damages. Monetary damages would just be a bonus. It turns out all those other lawyers just didn't have the knowledge or experience. They had no idea what to do. Mr. Roper took my case and he knew exactly what to do. I handed him all of my documentation and paid his retainer. He was kind enough to call me and give me status updates every few weeks even though I chose to not call him and let him concentrate on his work. A couple months later he won me a check for a couple thousand dollars. All I can say is that he was amazing. When no other lawyer had the time or experience to handle my case, he turned it into a chunk of money. When we split the money, his office manager noticed at the last minute that I was "overcharged" a couple hundred and re-did the paperwork. I would never have noticed (out of a couple thousand), but Mr. Roper was such a good partner that I sometimes feel like I should've let them keep the math error as a good tip for being a stand up guy. This guy has a lot of experience and is an honorable person to work with. If you choose to hire him as your partner and attorney on your case, I am glad to say that you have one of the best people on your team.

Mr. Roper handled a car purchase that was fraudulently done by a car dealership for me. He went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that I got the deal I was supposed to get. He made sure all documents were legal and met with my approval. My call to him was was an answered prayer. He made sure the dealership did not take advantage of me again. I am eternally grateful for the representation I received from CASP. After a horrible experience with a dentist, I wrote a review on Yelp! so that other patients could avoid what I went through. Unfortunately, the dentist filed a SLAPP against me and claimed my review had caused her to suffer economic losses. I was terrified at the thought of being punished financially for simply posting my opinion online, but after thoroughly researching my options, it was clear that CASP had the greatest expertise and success record with this type of case. Having had an issue with my employer, I contacted numerous "big" firms in Denver. When I mentioned my employer, nobody wanted to assist but many recommended "small, independent" firms. Finally, I contacted Atty Rathod. He had me come in, and listened to my situation. He was matter of fact and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within two (2) weeks he called to say he would take the case, on a contingency basis. (This indicated he was thoughtful and believed in my case.) Some time later, he called to say he wished to bring in another law firm (The best for my particular situation -Sawaya.) Four (4) years later, the first of two (2) legal actions has been resolved in my favor.
Atty Rathod and the firm Rathod Mohamedbhai LLC are there for people who have a case and need the best representation. This "small, independent" firm has grown in stature because they will represent the common man against whomever, large company or municipality. He investigates, does not sugar coat or paint rosey pictures. When necessary, they find the best to assist them, fees not being the motivator .
Generous with his time, accessible and concerned. In the four (4) years since I first met Atty Rathod, he and his firm have had great success defending "the little man" in many cases (some rather high profile) in the Denver area. If Atty Rathod is not interested in your situation, quite possibly you don't have a case.

I got Eric lee as my lawyer for one of my court cases pro bono. I retained Eric as my lawyer for several court cases that I had. Which included obstruction of justice, a violation of restraining order and a burglary charge. For the obstruction of justice I just had to pay a small fine. Eric was able to get the violation of restraining order dropped down to a disorder persons contempt. Which I had to plead guilty to and received a years probation and minimal fines. For the burglary charge Eric was able to enter me into pti, pre trial intervention and I plead not guilty to the burglary accusations. So as long as I didn't get into anymore trouble it was as if the charge never happened. Which was good because I was looking at 2-5 years of jail time. I was entered into pti and received another year of concurrent probation and $125 of fines. I would highly recommend Eric lee for any criminal cases you might have. He was very helpful in my court cases and kept me out of prison.

I was facing horrible accusations and was arrested. Facing a life sentence for something I didnt do. I met Mark by chance outside the Durham County courthouse the day before my traffic violation court date. We had a lengthy conversation about the case and, while waiting for him to conduct other business, I had a chance to observe the goings on in court. I hired Mark and he immediately got to work, even working into the night (the 1:30 am text let me know). The outcome achieved in court was, I believe, the best possible. I will recommend Mark to friends, and I will retain his services if needed in future.

I first retained Mark Simeon 15 years ago, referred by my auntie. He handles all the traffic tickets for my whole family. We all knew he was an excellent lawyer, but after what he just accomplished for my fiancé, I must say he's the absolute BEST!!
Long ago, some people in town started calling him "Houdini" because he can make license suspensions disappear off drivers' records. Now I see why -- my finance's license was suspended PERMANENTLY, several time over, and now, all the PERMs are gone! It took some time, and honestly, more money than we can afford, but it was so, so worth it. Simeon has a system, and it works.
I hear he recently started a nonprofit law firm for NC driver license restoration so that he can help people who can't afford him. Let's hope they get the grants and donations they need to stay afloat because it's too many people out here driving on revoked licenses because they just don't have the money for lawyers like him.
Anyway, Mark Simeon gets my top vote. I'd give him ten stars if I could!

I retained Rachel when I was going through a bitter divorce and custody battle. Her 20+ years experience as a family law attorney gave her incredible insight into my case. My father retained Mrs. Johnston for a juvenile criminal matter. Mrs. Johnston was skillful and persuaded judge to try me (a first time offender) and co-defendant (who had a considerable amount of criminal history) separately. A class "A" charge, carrying a 2-5 year sentence was dismissed and I entered a plea on a remaining charge that was a class "C" offense.
Over the years my family has been in contact with Mrs. Johnston who has made her wisdom and legal services available to us. I was badly injured and hospitalized two years ago, which shortly after leaving the military (12 years of active duty).
