What can I say? I was involved in a crash over a year and a half ago, it turned out that I had some pretty severe back issues as a result of that. I immediately contacted Simeone & Miller, within 2 days I was in their office meeting with them. I was extremely nervous, didn't know how this would all turn out, knowing what medical bills are these days, Mike and Kiara (paralegal) kept me calm and educated throughout the entire process. There were some tough conversations and things that I didn't want to hear. The one thing Mike kept telling me was this all takes time. Well he was right, I can't say enough great things about this firm. I feel like we just ended a personal relationship with the conclusion of the case. I hope I never need to call them again other than to say hi. However, if I do I know once again I will be in great hands.

Mr. Painter is by far the most thorough investigator and aggressive criminal defense attorney I have seen. He successfully suppressed the evidence in my case, effectively cross examined the Commonwealth's witnesses and, after motioning the Court to have a special hearing regarding a confidential informant and law enforcement, got the charges dismissed.

Mr. Painter defended my case with more intensity and thoroughness than I have witnessed with any other attorney. The co-defendant in my case wanted to fire his attorney and have Mr. Painter represent both of us, although Mr. Painter informed us that this was not in either of our best interests. His investigation, suppression hearings and trial work was the best I have seen.

I met Craig as apart of Bosson Legal Group... so this isn't as much a review for him ONLY as much as at is for the entire team: (I couldn't find the entire group on AVOO) :(
At the start, my case truly felt insurmountable. I had never dealt with needing an attorney for racial discrimination in the workplace before and had no idea where to begin. Not to mention, I had only heard horror stories from others who'd had to hire an attorney for various reasons. People warned me that with my case in particular, the entire process would take FOREVER and that I would more than likely deal with a "lying thief of an attorney" because "they [were] all the same" anyway.
I am BEYOND pleased to say that this was NOT AT ALL the case dealing with Craig and Bosson Legal Group.
From the very beginning, Craig made me feel nothing but safe and taken care of. He listened to my story in full; Never once rushing me, belittling me or hurrying me. He even offered numerous, sincere apologies for what I had been through. I couldn't believe that I was receiving such authentic and genuine empathy from a LAWYER. What's more, is that he worked with where I was financially and allowed me to pay him in "good faith" when I couldn't afford it.
As my case progressed, I was passed from Craig to Tim but not in a way that even once made me feel discarded. Craig made sure he let me know that he remained accessible to me and Tim was just as WONDERFUL.
It seemed that as soon as I would get antsy, before even having the chance to bring it up to Tim, he would read my mind, reach out and say, "Hey haven't forgotten you. We're still fighting for you!" And that's exactly what he and his entire team did.
My case was resolved abnormally fast, which I believe is because I was in such excellent hands.
The only thing I would've like to see a little different was that: I often wonder sometimes if I should've fought a little further/a little harder for more compensation that I deserved. But during some conversations, I wasn't confident that we could win if I chose to go further which is slightly disheartening.
But to be fair, that doesn't necessarily mean it's reflective of Tim's abilities. It could just be that it truly wasn't going to benefit me to keep going forward. I only had one other slight concern with how my ending balance made a little bit of a jump that I wasn't anticipating. But, Tim did send me a breakdown explaining this later.
Trust me when I say...
You simply will not be in better hands with anyone else than you would be if you were with Craig Welkener and Bosson Legal Group. I mean that sincerely. They are the dream team. I can't thank you ENOUGH, guys.

James Henderson did am amazing job withawvwral of my traffic and a minor criminal charge.When contacted or needed him to get back with me he always returned calls or emails within a very short amount of time. All my traffic and the minor charge were either dismissed or pled down to very small fine and no points off license! Hopefully I wont get anymore but if I do, I kno who I'm calling!!

I had issues with my newly purchased home, and with the previous home owners/realtor. Therefore I needed someone to help me. I hired Rory, and I highly recommend. He asked me all the right questions, his assistants were pleasant to work with, he used his time wisely with MY MONEY. He sent me biweekly statements, I knew exactly how much money I was using up. Which was helpful for me. He was stern enough with the other lawyers and did everything in a timely matter. Bob Christie is a great attorney and an even better person. I have worked with him twice.
The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
I was so impressed with Bob that I employed him recently on a certification hearing. He was again very impressive in this hearing and he won this case as well.
Both times I worked with Bob he was always the most prepared attorney in the room.
I would recommend Bob to anyone; all other attorneys should strive to be like Bob.

Lisa Atkinson has been my attorney for several years. She has helped me with my family's estate planning, probate for my step-father and my mother, creating wills and creating the contract, all legalities and set-up for my own SCorp business and then several years later did the same for my second store and partnership. I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective. It was obvious in the courtroom that he was respected by the judges who heard various portions of the case. Joe has a high standard of principled ethics that enable him to provide excellent representation. This lawsuit dragged on for over 3 years, & yet my stress level was minimal because I was extremely confident of Joe's abilities to bring about a favorable resolution in my defense. He did not let me down. Another great thing about Joe, is that being the man of integrity he is, I KNOW he would have never chosen to represent the type of individual who sued me--no matter how much they would have been willing to pay him for the representation. When I was blind sided with a BOGUS anti harassment restraining order out of the blue, I was unsure what to do or where to turn. I was referred to Walter Potebnya by an associate of his. What I liked most about consulting with and then hiring Mr. Potebnya was that he listened to me, was able to see me almost instantly, and heard me through my concerns for about 2 hours before ever discussing fees unlike most other attorneys who size out your wallet first. He took a strong interest in my situation and explained that he had experience in the area I needed professional help with. I was very hesitant in hiring a lawyer for my car accident case but things became so overwhelming I knew I couldn't handle it alone. I called around and talked with a few different lawyers and just didn't feel like they were really listening to me. After losing all of my appeals I contacted Tiffany Smith in regard of a clemency project. Tiffany took time and patience to Investigate my case. She went on to write a Clemency that rightfully describe every aspect of my situation. As a part of a clemency project it involved numerous attorneys and other women that were incarcerated for killing their abusers. Myself and five others were granted hearings by the parole board. I received a unanimous vote from the parole board leading to The only clemency granting immediate release by Governor Kasich in 2019. This is all due to the hard work and determination of Tiffany Smith whom I love and respect going much further than my attorney but my friend And Family.
