Bob Christie is a great attorney and an even better person. I have worked with him twice.
The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
I was so impressed with Bob that I employed him recently on a certification hearing. He was again very impressive in this hearing and he won this case as well.
Both times I worked with Bob he was always the most prepared attorney in the room.
I would recommend Bob to anyone; all other attorneys should strive to be like Bob.

Lisa Atkinson has been my attorney for several years. She has helped me with my family's estate planning, probate for my step-father and my mother, creating wills and creating the contract, all legalities and set-up for my own SCorp business and then several years later did the same for my second store and partnership. She did all these things in a very timely fashion and kept me in the loop.
She is very friendly, approachable, informative and makes sure I understand all the specifics and answers any questions I may have.

Lisa prepared wills and the associated documents for my husband and I, and later helped me set up an LLC for my business. She was very professional and responsive and got the work done quickly and for the quoted price. As a CPA, I have referred her to a number of my clients who needed to update their wills, incorporate their businesses, or needed help handling a parent's estate. I have heard only positive comments. I am a homeowner who was sued by a neighbor who filed a "spite" lawsuit against me. Joe successfully defended me against "over-the-top" allegations, by skillfully & methodically debunking the claims. He persistently unraveled the plaintiff's legal maneuvering to attempt to construct a case out of fabrications. To do that, Joe used thoughtful strategy in his presentation of the actual facts of the case, and continually maintained a low-key, articulate professionalism that was very effective. It was obvious in the courtroom that he was respected by the judges who heard various portions of the case. Joe has a high standard of principled ethics that enable him to provide excellent representation. This lawsuit dragged on for over 3 years, & yet my stress level was minimal because I was extremely confident of Joe's abilities to bring about a favorable resolution in my defense. He did not let me down. Another great thing about Joe, is that being the man of integrity he is, I KNOW he would have never chosen to represent the type of individual who sued me--no matter how much they would have been willing to pay him for the representation. Joe Diaz gets an A-plus in my review.

Brian Dosch was my appointed public defender and I could not have asked for a better attorney. After losing all of my appeals I contacted Tiffany Smith in regard of a clemency project. Tiffany took time and patience to Investigate my case. She went on to write a Clemency that rightfully describe every aspect of my situation. As a part of a clemency project it involved numerous attorneys and other women that were incarcerated for killing their abusers. Myself and five others were granted hearings by the parole board. I received a unanimous vote from the parole board leading to The only clemency granting immediate release by Governor Kasich in 2019. This is all due to the hard work and determination of Tiffany Smith whom I love and respect going much further than my attorney but my friend And Family. I am so grateful for Tiffany Smith and all of her efforts in pursuing justice for me. I love you Tiffany!!!

So having to find an attorney is always stressful, especially after you have been though a series of events that undoubtedly were painful enough that led you to now have to look for the right person to represent you.

Dave has always done right by me and always looked out for my best interests, He isn't one of those Attorneys that sets back and watches your bill climb without getting results, If Dave thinks you are throwing good money at bad he will look you in your eye and tell you. Wow, what an honor it is to write this review. Without him knowing, I contacted several law firms who were publicly known in the area and they all failed. For example, they talked to me instead of with me. Another example is that I felt like another number in line, and as though they had more important cases than mine.
Micah J. Clatterbaugh has been my go to ever since. I have had three instances where Micah assisted me. Each of those three cases, he allowed me to be the driver and respected my thoughts about the case. On one of the cases, we worked on it for over a year and we gathered all of the information needed. When it was time to sign the form, I decided to back out and I never felt like he pressured me to reconsider. On my second case, we spent at least 6 months working on it and when we were coming to the end of it, we both realized that addressing the issue in court was not in either of our interest anymore. On the third case, we spent just a few hours on and he said, "we don't have to meet up, just talk with me on the phone about it." He soon called my alleged person and followed up with an email; my alleged person fixed the issue on the spot.

I hired Attorney Harrison for a personal injury case. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Harrison kept me informed and eased the anxiety that often came with the financial, physical, and emotional burden of a car accident. She was always available for questions, and I never felt she was too "busy" explain a process or advise me on the next steps. The settlement took about a year (with COVID-19 being a prominent reason), but there was never a time I felt my case was not given priority. Through Mr. Langone I was able to bring a class A misdemeanor down to a petty crime with only a fee for the court of ~$250 and 40 hours of community service. Everyone else who I know who has been to court for the same problem as i have has had to do at least a few sessions of driving school and has paid usually twice as much. He knew how to handle the case and through his expertise I was able to get over it with minimal difficulty. Highly recommended

Joel was the first attorney that believed in me and I felt comfortable talking to about my case. He did everything that was asked of him and that he promised he would be able to perform. The police wanted me to come in, Joel picked up the phone, talked with the officer and came along with me. Joel cleared one of his typically busy days and met with me and the officer.
