When I was charged with possession of a gun in California. I didn't know who to call me being from out state. Mr. Dumars is compassionate about his clients and works hard to get the best results. We hired him for a family member who was facing at minimum 39 years and Mr. Dumars was able to get charges significantly reduced and our family member received 6 months and 3 years probation. I have never been in trouble with the law in my life. So, when I was charged with multiple class B felonies, it was incredibly stressful. Mr. Churak was able to get me a reasonable bond amount; lower than what I had researched for similar charges. Mr. Churak took care of all my hearings; I did not have to appear in court at all. It took a couple of years, but in the end, he got the case dismissed. I feel the amount he charged was more than reasonable, especially given the outcome. The total was $10,000, and honestly, it was the best money I've ever had to spend. I would definitely place my trust in him and his abilities again should the need ever arise again. It's not easy to decide whose hands you should place your life in when facing serious, potentially life changing criminal charges. I wholeheartedly recommend you seriously consider Mr. Gary Churak should you find yourself in legal jeopardy.

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I was charged and held "without bail" along with 5 others. And though the charges were "trumped-up"...I thought I would never be with my family again nor see the light of day!
Retaining Margaret Mead was the best decision I could have made at this precarious time. Margaret Mead rescued me and represented me for my Bail Review. Though the State tried to paint the worst picture of me and recommend I still be held without bail, Margaret Mead had me released in hours. The others charged were not so fortunate.

In a time when my husband and I were left devastated by a crime that he had committed and while other consulted lawyers described his case as desolate because of his early confession upon arrest, Christy Jack and Letty Martinez provided perspective and comfort. Christy was the first lawyer to express that my husband was not defined by his crime. They were both prepared to utilize his confession as a mark of integrity and we felt confident in their defense and plan from the beginning. While it is obvious by their notable careers that we were not their only clients, they never stopped fighting for us as if we were. They were never tempted to settle for less than probation, despite a nearly 4 year process including a global pandemic, unexpected changes in Judges and their other pressing cases. Michael Phillips was a savior in my DUI case. I would not have received the right judgments without him. He went through my case throughly and knew that I was treated unfairly. He went above and beyond all expectations. I won my DMV Court Hearing, which saved me from losing my license. To be honest if I lost the DMV court hearing I would of lost my job and my long distance relationship with my now husband would of suffered. He lived in San Diego and I lived in Huntington Beach, so driving to see each other was important. My court case was then dropped from a DUI to a Wet In Reckless.
Now he is helping me expunge my case for a great price. I don't really need the expungement because I own my business but for such a great price, I can't say no to the offer.

I was immediately impressed, as he was willing to take my consultation call after hours, and was very straight-forward with no sales pitch, scare tactics, or too-good-to-be-true promises. At my initial Divorce consult with Mr. Saginar, I was extremely impressed by his patience on wanting to understand my case. He was a great listener and asked me thorough questions that no other attorney, I had retained in the past, had asked. He provided a clear understanding of my options going forward and did not give me false expectations. He came across honest and caring. He even advised me, based on his personal experience, not as an attorney. He could sense my insecurities about my marriage and provided me with very wise advised. He was knowledgeable about the law and straight forward. I felt comfortable and at ease that Mr. Saginar will do his best to protect me. I wished I had met Mr. Saginar earlier in my case. Mr. Saginar remained close by our side, the entire case. He was present in the court. He spoke to the judge privately. Mr. Saginar understood our side, and the need to ultimately have the entire proceeding expunged. --And while it did take months (as Mr. Saginar said that it would), ultimately the case was fully removed. As our lawyer, Mr. Saginar followed the case diligently. (He told us that he would check on the process every few weeks, and he did so). His knowledge let him know how long the process would extend. ---And how wonderful is it, when your 'advocate,' your lawyer, even joins you for lunch during the proceedings, to outline his immediate and long-range plans. Edwin really goes above and beyond in his practice. I used him for my custody case with my son. It was drawn out over the span of a year and he really didn't miss a beat. Mark Jordan, Steven Nelson and their team are the best hands down! No need to look elsewhere. When they tell you what it will cost, you will probably be think that its too good to be true. Well ITS TRUE! I first hired Steven Nelson 20+ years ago, I remember being in court and the judge did a few other cases of people with attorneys. He then noticed Mr Nelson and apologized to him and said he would have taken his case first but he didnt see him. I knew thats who I wanted after I saw that. I hired him, and he delivered. Since then, I had to use their services 3 other times. Mark Jordan did my last two which were 17 years apart. I was falsely charged in 2021 for marijuana distribution & was facing up to 5 years in the Big House. A couple months ago, Mark Jordan got the prosecutor to offer me a plea of disorderly person, waive the fine, and $23 court cost. I DENIED THE PLEA OFFER! Mr Jordan told me its up to me, and was very transparent & said if it goes to trial it would cost much more in attorney fees than $23, but that he was confident we couldnt lose the case. We never went to trial, so it wasnt any additional atrorney fee, and the case was dismissed. Ive referred 4 or 5 other people to their office, and every single one of them was more than happy. It doesnt matter if its a felony in superior court or misdeameanor/oridnance/tickets, etc in municipal court. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!

I Absolute LOVE Block Legal Services. Mariah is very professional and sweet. My Attorney Nick DiUlio is wonderful. He was hired to handled two major issues for me, and I will continue to be a client of this Law firm.
The fees I was charged were fair, and the services I received were outstanding. I needed some repairs done on my home and needed to take out a loan. I was told that it wasn't going to happen until I went to probate court. Esq Nick DiUlio advised me that I did not need probate court, alI I needed was a simple form it took 24 hours and it was done.

They say miracles happen, and Mr Kevin Collins made them come true with his outstanding vast knowledge and his REMARKABLE REPUTATION AT MANY COURTS. I was in a situation where no one wanted to take my case or even tried to listen, let along the emotional support. Miraculously Kevin Collins was an angel sent from heaven. My story started when my Crazy EX went off the deep end after I ended the relationship, she used all evil ways and lies simply to see me in jail. She first started with an emergency restraining order and Mr Collins got it dismissed. Right after leaving the court house my ex starts to threthen and harass me and Mr Collins had a harassment order granted on her for ONE YEAR AND TO BE EXTENDED! She then files for Larceny over 1200 (that’s a automatic felony and reason why she filed for it is to have me deported because of my pending immigration status) again Mr Collins got it dismissed, it didn’t stop at that! She went right after the court hearing and filed for Larcent under 1200! The case went to the DA and the state of Massachusetts now still a larceny under but its a minor offense that would hurt my immigration status BADLY even if it’s dismissed and I still could be facing deportation if it enters the record. Thank The Lord I was blessed with Kevin he had the case just simply dismissed but DISMISSED PRIOR TO ARRAIGMENT! I couldn’t ask or expect more! Now I would say pheeeew it’s over! But no! She filed for 2 more restraining orders and Ofcourse when you have a Genius attorney like Kevin Collins you can just have faith and relax (both were dismissed). SIX accusations and the outcomes were ABSOLUTELY IMMACULATE! His sympathy and professionalism makes you feel that you’re working with a family member. I hired John Forsyth to help me get my husband out of jail after he was arrested on a fugitive warrant when, unbeknownst to us, charges were filed against him in another state. It took us 9 very stressful days to get him out, and I don’t know what I would have done without John Forsyth. At every turn, John gave practical, sound information and advice that empowered me to make decisions about next steps… pros and cons, implications of various decisions, etc. He cut through the quagmire of legal jargon and procedure to help me understand what was going on and what I needed to do. Hiring John to defend me in my case was the best thing I could have done. John is a true professional through and through. He is hard working, diligent, tenacious, and extremely knowledgeable. He is a straight shooter, and very focused, and keeps his clients informed at all times as to the goings on involving their case, no matter how small the detail may be.
John and his amazing defense team represented me in a sexual case where I was falsely accused, and was facing multiple charges that would have resulted in possible life sentences. My case dragged on for 3+ years in part, due to the closure of the court system due to the pandemic, and John stood by me every step of the way. Throughout the entire ordeal, John worked on my case with true professionalism, and always kept me updated as to what was happening, and what was the next step we would be facing as the proceedings continued. Knowing the severity of the accusations I was facing, John also acknowledged my fears and anxieties throughout the case, and displayed a very compassionate side as well by always encouraging me to stay strong.
As the prosecution continued to try different tactics ( ie...attempting to raise my bail, adding charges ), John always had answers that negated all of their attempts. John and his team responded to every "curveball" the prosecution threw at them in a timely and professional manner.
Ultimately, a plea was offered for a much lesser charge, and we agreed, as this would be absolutely the best possible outcome to what were the original charges. Although I didn't receive the full exoneration I had hoped for, I owe my freedom an my life to John Forsyth.
To anyone who is facing criminal charges of any kind, I highly recommend you look no further than John Forsyth. He is amazing, and between him and his team of professionals, I personally can not imagine you would find anyone better than John.

I hired Jeff Siefman to represent me on a domestic dispute that led to my arrest in October. Jeff was very upfront and informative when I came to him about a no contact order that was placed that neither myself or significant other asked for.
