Jerry at Salcido Law Firm did miracles for my family. He treated my husband with kindness and respect. I only was able to meet with him once myself, but he was kind and knowledgeable toward me as well. He believed in my husband and fought hard for him. Last year, 2017, I had called the police because I was assaulted after being asked to move a vehicle. Despite the fact of being injured, I was arrested due to false allegations made by a third party for the benefit of the "victim". I was facing a Malicious destruction of property charge and an Assault and Battery charge. Through Mr. Miller's Strategic coordination and preparation we won the case and the verdict determined NOT guilty on both charges. Mr. Miller, went above and beyond to defend his client. He will work with you to get the job done and to get it done correctly. Mr. Miller was able to convey a message to the Jury of what actually happened despite all of the odds being against us. I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I would not have known how to respond and properly defend myself without Marc’s assistance. Finally, Marc was always responsive and his fee for service was reasonable. The value of legal service with winning results is exceptional. Thank you, Marc.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Marc; but I will give my best attempt for anyone going through challenging and distressful legal matters to completely give him your trust!!! I truly did not believe my case would result in being COMPLETELY DISMISSED, and somehow Marc was able to get it done!!!!!
Filtering through my options of attorneys, Marc gave me the best offer of anyone and had my interest even more when he told me he was previously a prosecutor for several years.
I just followed everything Marc guided me to do. He constantly walked me through everything every time we met. The justice system is certainly intimidating, and he made the experience simple from the beginning. He explained what was happening, every outcome and exactly how they came to be, what things to expect, what things to prepare for and how to prepare for them.
Facing a number of F1 charges, getting caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, I was anticipating that I'd have to do probation in the VERY least. I hired Marc Chavez for a Title XI case I was named a Respondent for. To put it briefly, he was incredible. He was present at all of my interviews with investigators and provided me with useful legal counsel throughout the entire process. Marc without a doubt is in a class of his own. On the day of our hearing, the Complainant tried pulling a fast one on us by having a surprise witness show up to testify against me. Marc handled the situation amazingly. He managed to stay calm and continue to present our case in a clear and concise manner. Monique is an amazing lawyer, she really listens to her clients and gives them her honest opinion on the case. I was referred to H. Manual Hernandez (Manny) by another attorney as I was being investigated based on allegations made that I had committed Elder Financial Exploitation.
This was unequivocally the worst fear that I had ever encountered. I could literally write volumes in this review regarding how well Manny conducted my case. I appreciated him never patronizing me by sugar coating issues. He always articulated very clearly the issues regarding my case. He was fastidious regarding being well prepared and was outstanding regarding how he respectfully interfaced with the lead criminal investigator, as well as numerous others. He consistently demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism. I felt that he was sincerely my advocate, not just my attorney. He always treated me with dignity and respect. Manny is extremely intelligent and has impressive credentials such as, having been a Federal Prosecutor for numerous years; he has a substantial knowledge of numerous areas of other legal expertise and is highly regarded by his peers. He is a credit to his profession. Manny is a very ethical attorney and I was impressed with his core values. Regarding his law firm, his paralegal is outstanding and as well as his investigator. Attorney Spindle is simply an awesome lawyer. He literally went to bat for me on the legal frontier at the Loundoun courthouse. What a day to remember! Knowing that I wouldn't have to see the inside of a jail cell was blessing enough but to go the extra mile and further negotiate with the tough police Officer to reduce pending court charges on me was for lack of a better word phenomenal. Attorney Spindle went from persuading both the Commonwealth attorney, Cop and Judge that a "not guilty" plea was in my best interest accepting all fault to winning the court case for me when the judge, the final authority decided an improper driving infraction was my charge. That was a slam dunk of a court conclusion given I had been charged with reckless driving and an accident. I don't advocate for what I did, in fact I apologized to the judge but to have the blessing of a Spindle will always go a long way. Definitely highly recommend Attorney Spindle's legal brilliance. Was blessed and plan to maintain! Thanks Attorney S for granting a husband and career man a sound opportunity to life.

Mr. Spindle helped me out tremendously. I had a very bad DUI, where the victim was pushing to go to trial and attempt to get me upwards of 30 days jail time. Mr. Spindle was able to get me only 5 days jail time, after a continuation, and with all facts pointing against me. One of the best and would highly recommend.

My family and I would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to my lawyer, Randall Page, and his partner, Lisa Wong, for the immediate resolution of my felony domestic violence case resulting in the outcome all in our favor. Upon identifying that my mental health issues played a significant role in the case, Randall immediately gathered all necessary psychiatric records and personally contacted my psychiatrist and requested her to prepare a report containing all pertinent details as required by the court in order to divert my case from criminal to mental health. The report was submitted and the petition for mental health diversion was granted at my next court hearing without any opposition from the DA.

We tirelessly searched the internet for a lawyer for our son and we are so glad that we found Cornelia! My husband and I live in Pennsylvania so we're we're nervous about coordinating our son's legal defense from such a distance. Ms. Honchar made it easy. My name is Mary, and I am writing this review to let anyone who is in need of an excellent lawyer Ms Cornelia will not disappoint you. We hired her in a self defense case for my son he was charged with 4 aggravated assaults, all felonies it was a very hard time in our lives, not knowing the law or what to do. Ms Cornelia was a godsend to us she is a compassionate caring person, my son was facing up to 30 years he is 22 so that was devastating to us. My son was determined to go to trial and Ms Cornelia felt confident he could win the case, but again if he lost hence the 30 years or more!! Words could never express what this wonderful woman did for my son. At some point of him being in jail he was threatened by other inmates and put in what they call the towers very traumatic for him and us his parents and siblings, there is absolutely nothing you can do!! Totally helpless feeling, Well she got him out of solitary confinement and transferred to another what they call pods, He did well for the rest of the time he was there. To anyone who reads this, Ms Cornelia is a lawyer you want standing by your side, To end this we decided not to go for trial, not because we did'nt trust her but for the fact that if he lost, well she got him a plea of 3.5 yrs with 1 yr credit. We will forever remember her in our hearts!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Mr. O'Keefe. I was looking for lawyers regarding a DUI on-line and he called me within hours of requesting information! He was able to schedule an appointment to meet the same day and cover some information on me. I selected him as the lawyer for my case, and even though it was a short notice he was professional, thorough, and extremely supportive of me the entire time. He worked with me and walked me through every step of the way, including preparing me for any future steps of this ordeal. He knew each miniscule piece of information to put my mind at rest, who the judge was and her personality, and freely answered all of my questions.
Mr. O'Keefe provided me with resources and tasks to complete before my arraignment so I was prepared for court. He pushed for an earlier hearing for me so I wasn't waiting months for my sentencing after my arraignment. He also had recommendations for me on where to do my court ordered community service. While at the court house it seemed like everyone knew Mr. O'Keefe which just showed what his recognition is in the local industry.
I would recommend Mr. O'Keefe to any of my family or friends without any hesitation. He was not only confident in his abilities, but he provided me with the tools and support in the court room to alleviate the stress of my first offense, and also assisted in getting a shorter probation for me. Again, I can't put into words how happy I was with my entire experience using Mr. O'Keefe.

Unfortunately I had 2 incidents within a 6 month period that I needed a lawyer for but fortunately I had Ms. Corcoran! For the first incident, a felony hit and run she reduced it to a misdemeanor and I was able to keep my license in addition to just being such a calming energy in the midst of what felt like the worst storm ever. Recently, I received a misdemeanor marijuana charge and of course I called her and not only did she give me a break financially she took care of the case quickly and efficiently with the best possible outcome in my favor.

Ms. Debra Desmore Corcoran esq. was able to take time out of her very busy schedule to consult with me on a matter that I was continuously hitting dead ends on for numerous days & it was exhausting and disappointing. I was arrested for a duii while visiting Portland Oregon. I called his office the day I was released from booking. He called me th hat night. Attorney Lesh explained everything to me in a way that was so easy to understand and he gave me all the time I needed to let it all sink in. He was so nice and didnt get frustrated when I asked him to repeat his explanations (sometime more than two or three times). Since I'm from Massachusetts he was able to get the judge to allow me to return home while waiting for mg court date. He even was able to reschedule my date to a week I was returning to Portland. Once in court he advised me and was able to get me into the diversion program which when completed would get my case dismissed. He was even able to get th he judge to allow me to complete the program in Massachusetts. I would highly recommend David to anyone needing representation. He is down to earth and very approachable. He is always available via phone or email and he always returns calls if he is unable to talk at the time. I dont want to say how much he charged me, but I spoke to 4 others before selecting him. His cost was very very reasonable and I feel I received as good or better service than any of the BIG FIRMS... I hope I never need his services again but if I ever get into trouble again I would not hesitate to call his office. Please give him a call... you wont be disappointed!!!

Paul Kendall was referred to me when my husband needed a lawyer in Brazoria County. It was 2 days before the hearing when I contacted him. In a time when my husband and I were left devastated by a crime that he had committed and while other consulted lawyers described his case as desolate because of his early confession upon arrest, Christy Jack and Letty Martinez provided perspective and comfort. Child custody case took are money 4500.00 dollar never returned calls or txt messages leaving us hanging, never got back with us on important paperwork that had to be completed for the case .
Causing us to retain new counsel. Costing us more attorneys fees. Will be reporting him to the MS bar association and BBB in hopes of recovering some of the cost. Beware of this attorney don’t know how he picks and chooses his prey :(
