I hired Mr. Daley of the Innocence Legal Team last year (2012). My case was quite unique as there was virtually no case law relating to my situation. Mr. Daley was in constant communication with me in regards to the approach we had to take in order to resolve my issue. He explained to me in detail every aspect of what had to be done, how it would be done and other avenues we may have had to take if our initial case argument wasn't given merit through the case law available at the time. Mr. Daley did an outstanding job of finding pertinent case law that pertained to my situation and was proficient in representing me in court. I found Mr. Daley to be honest, communicative and extremely capable in his profession. I wish I could fully convey my thoughts about Scott. Scott took on my case midway through the process when my previous attorney quit my divorce. I found myself in a really bad spot having to find a new attorney that was willing to go to trial with a judge that was not in my favor, and against my ex’s attorney who was free. Scott had good graces knowing that I came from an attorney that honestly loathed him, and he took up my banner in the middle of his heavy case load. I cannot tell you how indebted to him and his team for making the impossible possible.
By the time my trial came my case had been completely revamped. His partner Mckail worked diligently on my exhibits for my case and spent the time to really prepare all my witnesses before trial. We walked in to court with a better case than I had in the last year, and Scott’s acumen in the trial was shrewd and well informed. His arguments consistently met with the approval of the judge, and he deftly handled my ex’s attorney when they tried to sneak in testimony that was underhanded.
In the end I got what I fought for two years for, my kids and the equal right to be involved in their lives. My children and I are the direct benefactors of Scott’s skills and help. I absolutely give my recommendation to Scott as an attorney worth working with.

Niccole is an amazing attorney and I would highly recommend her. My case drug out for 3 years with lots of things that don't normally happen in a criminal case. During the few months that my case was processed, Jason went the extra mile to help me to understand exactly what my situation involved. He took the time to relieve my concerns and explain in terms I could understand, exactly what my options were. A few months back my ex and I got into an argument and before I knew it she had called the police. I ended up in jail and was arrested for domestic abuse, assault and battery. I know that it's a cliche but I never touched her and was only defending myself! A friend of mine told me about Lipton Law Offices and I asked him to contact Mr. Lipton on my behalf. The charge against me was a misdemeanor hit and run. I was very nervous and fearful, because I have never been in trouble with the law. I knew right away that I had to find a knowledgeable attorney who truly cared about representing me to the best of their ability. I interviewed multiple lawyer's and found that most of them were all talk and no action. After interviewing Mr. Lipton and reviewing my case together, i was immediately relieved. He explained, in detail, what every section of the police report meant in a clear and concise manner. He was prompt and kept me informed on a constant basis. He also comforted me and made me feel at ease. I felt like a human being, not a criminal like other attorney's made me feel.
The District Attorney handling this matter was very reluctant to reduce the charge, but with Mr. Lipton's diligence and investigative skills he was able to pin point many areas in which sufficient evidence lacked. I am a business owner who has lived primarily out-of-state since 1981. I have a second home in Minnesota. My situation occurred in 2017, after a cop harassed me for nearly an hour in a parking lot. Unfortunately, this occurred in a suburb whose cops are notorious for harassing innocent people. I was "guilty" of driving with expired plates, and knew it; I'd been out of town working, forgot to renew the plates on the car I keep in Minnesota. I apologized to the cop but he continued harrassing me. Oddly, he did not write me a ticket. Instead, he spent nearly all of his time asking me irrelevant personal questions (e.g., about other cars I own but do not drive).
Months later, I received a court document that I did not understand. According to the document, I was facing several thousands of dollars in fines and a jail sentence. Without hesitation, I retained Mr. Sessoms. The conclusion was that the judge let me off with a year's probation- no fine, no jail time. This would not have happened without Faison Sessoms's exceptional creative thinking and guidance. An important PS is that I have twice before seen Mr. Sessoms in action; throughout the years. I don't know of another Minnesota attorney with his experience- he really knows his way around the court systems- and knowledge of this state's judges. (It was actually a retired judge who recommended him to me.) I have not hesitated to recommend his services to others, who were equally pleased with his services- and hence I am doing so, now. Dan's law firm helped me with an embarrassing charge for which the prosecuting attorney wanted ten years in prison and at least ten more years of registration, a felony B. At the initial consultation Dan very professionally and courteously outlined a plan how to defend the case. He and his partner Joe Flees fought a long fight to bring it down to an amended charge of a felony D (E on current statutes) with no registration and I got probation.
