Was assigned to be a public defender for my in my case. Did not care about the case obviously, did not even view the video evidence i provided him, lied to me. Basically an extension of the DA's office. Should not be allowed to practice law.

He had no interest in defending my case. All his interest was to strike a deal with the prosecution. I asked for a jury trial on 4 M4 charges and his response word for word was "I'm not taking this to a jury trial, that's stupid."
He told me at my first hearing "Let's get Discovery and we'll go form there" Two weeks later at my second hearing, "No discovery, let's schedule another pretrial." Two weeks after that, I called him the day before the pretrial and asked about the discovery he simply said "No." I asked him to file a Motion to Dismiss on grounds of The 6th Amendment, right to a speedy trial, and again a simple "No" I asked why not and he said "I signed a time waiver" I asked him "Why would you do that without my consent?" His response was, "I'll see you tomorrow" and hung up on me. The following day in court, he filed a motion to withdraw from my case, and lied to the judge saying that the repeated disputes over the phone was the reason for his withdraw. I talked to the guy 1 time on the phone through my entire case.
He also called me a "Jailhouse Lawyer" because I refused the deal that he made with the prosecutor and asked for a jury trial that he thinks is stupid.
My personal experience with Mr Borst is he has no interest in defending his client. He simply wants to make a plea deal and cash easy money checks.
Extremely unprofessional.
Nasty attitude.
Rude.
Disrespectful.

I was dealing with a case that involved the rest of my life whether it be incarcerated or free (literally). I had several other attorneys before I met Drew louviere, four of them where public pretenenders one was one the state hired for me which was a joke. And the last was a great attorney but he passed away by the name of Martin Reagan. That's when I was referred to Mr louviere by this point I was a basket case to say the least I was out of pocket almost $20,000 and then had to come up with Mr louviere's feel which was very reasonable I must admit I had my doubts at first cuz he is a very busy man but he does not have time to talk on the phone and make you feel better about your situation .That does nothing for your case. If you want someone to coodle you he is not the right attorney for you ,but if you want someone who's working practically miracles behind the scenes and this is your man. My life was literally in Mr louviere's hands and the God above of course. Mr louviere is an outstanding member of his community and a Christian man with the moral compass that goes without saying. The day of trial we had a plea agreement I already worked out, but at the last moment the prosecutor tried to pull some funny stuff like they always do. I was a nervous wreck but Mr louviere told me to relax, settle down I got this. Mr louviere did not accept what the state had in store for me store for me. I was innocent of my charges but that doesn't seem to matter anymore the only thing that matters in today's judicial system the only thing that matters is another notch in their belt. Mr louviere took what could have been a 99 year sentence for me, to a year probation, he is truly a God's gift to the defendants aspect of the judicial system. I would recommend Mr louviere to anyone not just a stranger ,but to my closest family members if they ever needed his assistance .He goes above and beyond to fight for his clients like I've never seen in my life. So if you can't sleep at night and you worry all hours of the day and your situation consumes your every thought then call Mr louviere and in the end I can promise that he will fight for you like no other attorney out there and I'm not just saying this. I have lived this. I take my hat off to you Mr louviere and thank you for everything you've done .Keep doing what you do. Thanks

I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed paid over 12,000 to represent my husband and hubby has only saw him twice no appeal filed as of yet and this is 2024 which will be 3 years since he became a representative for my husband, hasn't done anything he told us and has not even tried to reach out to myself or my family about my husband this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a attorney it's been a money game from day one I would not recommend his services to anyone! This man is a horrible lawyer, as far as I’m concerned he is a criminal, and a bully - he billed my family over $80,000 and didn’t fight to present crucial evidence when it came down to the wire..
He is a liar, a megalomaniac, a horrible person, and I would absolutely NOT recommend him unless your willing to waste tens of thousands of dollars to listen to him lecture and insult you while telling you crucial evidence is worthless. He abandoned me twice during hearings he promised to appear for, as he said he would not leave me out to dry - yet abandoned me day of the trials/hearings and I lost horribly due to his malpractice and misrepresentation of his skill set
I went in on my own for trial and was ten times more effective than he was in all three years of his representation combined!
I will gladly share more information with anyone considering hiring Wallace. Unlike him, I’m not scared to present it. He has threatened to sue me for defamation when he knows he’s failed me as an attorney - the only thing he did well was a deposition - which Yorker a ton of evidence he never presented.
This man is a joke and a hot head - do not waste your money or energy depending on him to do the honest Abe ethical thing.

I hired Dusek Law to represent my son with his Felony and Misdemeanor charges. David Dusek was his attorney, and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in letting my son know how he can help him work through his terrible decisions. I was upset with my son but still wanted a good outcome, ifany was possible. Yes, it cost money and in the end was worth hiring Dusek Law. My sons outcome was the best it could be and we understood that and why. We were happy hiring Dusek Law. Paid a $15k retainer fee for a class C felony only to very shotty communications due to him being on vacation constantly. I was looking at 10 years with the first plea agreement this piece of trash got me. I Fired him and and got a new lawyer who got me down 1 year and 3 years probation. Firing thisguy was the best decision I ever made.

I really liked Leslie on a personal level. We hiredanother lawyer for a criminal case and he brought her in to consult as he was not experienced enough to handle it. She really knew her stuff and showed much compassion. We were supposed to have another hearing within a month of going to court and it was never scheduled. I repeatedly asked her what the status was and if I got a response at all she would say "I'll see what I can do to speed up a date." and nearly a year later we finally got her to have the court schedule it after going back to our original lawyer who had to contact her twice. I would not have hired her again for custody due to this but she was very good. I also looked up the docket sheet myself and saw that the court had scheduled this hearing for 2015, 2 years after it was supposed to be scheduled. I assumed this is what took so long and that it was not her not doing the job. I figured she was having trouble with the courts bc the hearing was scheduled and no one could find it. So, my husband and I hired her agin to handle child custody. I asked her she would be able to file papers the first week in Dece,bet and she said yes. The case took an unsurprising turn and so we waited 3 weeks to make a decision on what to do. We needed to add a lot more detail to our filing and decide if we wanted to go that route. We did and she was to file the papers the week of Christmas. Never happened. I did not hear from her from the day we returned the papers to her that week u til January 23. The response Ito was that she had some health problems and was down for a little while and she would see what she could do about a date. I knew then and there that she never filed the papers because if she had we would have gotten a letter in the mail from the court with the date. I have contacted her weekly since that day in January and gotten no response. NONE. I finally asked for a refund for the deposit we gave her and haven't heard back on that either. Surprise, surprise. She really messed up this case for my husband bc we needed to act on something his daughter's mother was doing immediately. She totally dropped the ball. If you can get her to respond to you though, kudos bc she really does know her stuff. What good is that though if she doesn't do the work you hire her to do?

When I first hired her she did great, very attentive and responsive on the first case but then later on other charges she avoided calls never returned them or any of my text. When I did talk to her by calling her from a number she didn't know I got a lot of excuses. She starts of good but as far as my experience, I wouldn't recommend her for long time attorney maybe once but after that she's not good .

I can state that Mr. Mosko helped me tremendously in my particular case. He was referred to me by a co-worker. I found him easy to talk with, very available, and he guided me through the maze of the criminal justice system. He was always early, and met with me as often as I needed to help me through paperwork and court preparations. I was naturally fearful at the beginning of my situation, but Mr. Mosko guided and advised me well. I cannot imagine the turns my case would have taken had I not found this attorney. The lawyer was appointed to me in a cps case. The first time i met with him i was sitting in a court room chair. He came through that door and lied. He never sent me one piece of paper from court or tried to contact me about any, including court orders that Tim Meadows told me existed. I ask him on 3 different occasions to meet with me. I wouldve ask more. He never responded to anymore of my phone calls. He informed me to text him. That didnt work either. Now my children are living in filth, i hope your happy with yourself joe mosko. You name doesn't even deserve capital letters. Let alone the title of attorney.

Lee Ruslander is an EXTREMELY GREAT lawyer. The way he presents himself in the courtroom is great and his cross examination skills are top notch. He intimidates law enforcement officers on the stand testifying and the District Attorney will completely hesitate to put a witness on the stand with Lee Ruslander in the courtroom. Lee gets the entire courtroom quiet and confused and the District Attorney won't even know what he's even doing. Great lawyer. He's your man if you need a good lawyer. If your in some deep trouble call Lee.

Cappy has now TWICE not shown up to court after being paid. In addition, he has cancelled meeting abruptly and has shown a general disregard for all professionalism and care for the case. I am truly shocked that there can be someone out there who is this bad at simply showing up for court as a lawyer. While many people can simply make a bad claim about a lawyer without backing that claim up with facts, I can back my claims up with facts. Walk in and sit down in Cappy's office and you will immediately witness that he is an extremely unorganized man. Where being unorganized is not a necessarily a bad quality in itself, when it hinders a person in the function and effectiveness of their duty, THEN it becomes a bad quality.
While representing me (or should I say misrepresenting me) Cappy once allowed the opposing party to write up the compromise that was agreed upon in court between my ex husband and I concerning the details of the custody of our daughter. The agreement was completely bastardized by the opposing attorney and sat on Cappy's desk for weeks; because it was neither read nor challenged, the time limit for the challenge ran out and the bastardization thus became a court order. This one catastrophic stroke of incompetency on Cappy's part devastated our case and my child's future and rendered the $14,000 dollars that I had paid up until that point WASTED!
When confronted with this complete failure on his part, not only was he not sorry but he responded with an almost frightening look of outrage! We were forced to release him as as our lawyer and not pay him the measly $1,000 that he insisted we owed him, Cappy even had the audacity to threaten us with action if we did not pay him. The losses that our family suffered because of the incompetency of Cappy Weiner never were recovered, and I don't just mean the financial losses, I mean the loss of a healthy childhood for my daughter. BEWARE, Cappy Wiener.

Bryan was able to assist me in getting full custody of my daughter and an emergency hearing the day after christmas. As a father it is hard to get custody of your child in Arkansas but Bryan can get the job done if it is at all possible for you to get custody. He has been very helpful in many other instances where I needed quick legal advice and very reasonable with his cost compared to his competition in the area. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM – GROSS NEGLIGENCE AND EXTREME OVERBILLING
If I could give Aldi Law Firm zero stars, I would. As a small business owner, I trusted them to defend me in a case, but it turned into a nightmare. They extremely overbilled me for work they clearly never did, fabricating tasks to inflate their invoices. They even had the audacity to threaten to stop working on my case if I didn’t pay their outrageous bills within 10 days.
The worst part? After months of paying their exorbitant fees, I hired a new lawyer and discovered that the Plaintiff’s attorney had no idea I even had representation—Aldi Law Firm never contacted them. This is gross negligence and an insult to any client who expects their lawyer to actually do their job.
Their actions caused me months of extreme emotional distress and financial strain, as they took advantage of me during an already difficult time. This firm is unethical, unprofessional, and, frankly, a disgrace to the legal profession. When I advised them the plaintiffs attorney didn’t even know I had representation they ignored my email. Like most emails sent to them. They never update you and send you to a portal that rarely works for updates. My new attorney was completely shocked at the gross negligence of Adli Law.
Aldi Law Firm should be disbarred for their conduct. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy being overcharged for absolutely nothing!

Do Not Do Business with this firm!!! No knowledge of construction or contract law!!!
I hired this firm on September 18th to represent me in a case of a dispute between me and my contractor who didn't finish building my pool and disappeared. Pretty straight forward case for anyone who have done any construction / contract law. This firm charged me $5,000 retainer and started communication with me explaining how complicated my case is. They kept sending me bills and kept explaining that the case is complicated. By November, Nothing was filed and I've been charged almost $3,000 out of my retainer. Frustrated I called Dr. Adli and left him a message expressing my feelings. They were doing the research on my dime. I asked to stop the representation and return the rest of my retainer. They replied with a copy of the complaint ready to be filed with the court and charged me additional $1500 for it. The complain they prepared and charged me for was absolutely useless as the contract had an arbitration clause and all they needed to do to start the process was initiating the arbitration.

Despicable acts,bias against color defendants especially if the victim is white! And I am white! Folks,be careful with them and hire good attorneys.
