Robby Robinson is a very capable, stand-up attorney. He represented me in a long, contentious employee arbitration suit, in which we prevailed. He was thorough, diligent in his research, patient, calm in his demeanor but steadfast in his determination to win the case. His very fair, straightforward and low-key style earned him credibility with the arbitration judge as well as even his adversaries. These cases can be emotional for the claimant, and Robby maintained a positive, confident, professional and calming approach throughout the process. He took the time to make sure that I understood what to expect up front, and explained all the proceedings as we went along. He maintains a lean, but capable team and held up extremely well even when faced with a much larger firm on the other side who always showed up with a few more lawyers than we did. I was so beaten down and depressed from the complex wrongful termination from my work, that it was difficult for me to explain to James what happened to me.
But I knew strongly in my heart that it was wrong the way that I was treated by my place of work.
So with James kindness and patience, experience, and being knowledgeable and an expert in his field, I felt like I could relax, and that I was safe and protected because I was in good hands, and I could trust him explicitly.
My case was very complex and James and his Team were experts with gathering and organizing my information. James explained things clearly to me and I was well prepared for my depositions. He was always available.
In his depositions of the defendants, he was able to uncover the discriminating information that helped us favorably.
It was awesome and reassuring to see how well respected James is in his field.
Seeing how well respected he is helped me realize I had definitely made the right choice. But it is just one of the ways. James is so smart and perceptive and is really the Best at what he does!!

5-stars is simply not enough. I had the pleasure of working with Robert and Richard with a very complicated unemployment case. I have an extreme amount of gratitude and respect for both attorneys. Both were extremely honest, open, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. When they did not have a good answer they communicated that and did the research to find it. It took 2 appeals to get my claim to be processed and I do not feel I would have won without their assistance. Mr. Gross is a very knowledgeable attorney. I'd say his best qualities are being very honest and ethical, which are unfortunately in rare supply these days. You'll understand when you speak to him. There is straight talk with no hidden agendas, fees and surprises later. My primary needs have been for matters concerning general business and employment issues such as those concerning contract breaches, corporate formation and general agreements and contract review. On the employment side it's everything you'd expect from running a business. Mr. Gross is very timely in getting back to me, another skill which is in rare supply among attorneys (unless they really need something from you.) If you have the opportunity to meet, I would suggest you see for yourself. I'm confident you'll be convinced of the same as myself and felt like saying so here without reservation.

My case is not yet completed, and I wanted to write this before then...because for me, it is about more than a dollar amount. Working with John Winer has helped me realize what it is that happened to me; that brought me into his office. He has reminded me time and again that the injuries and batteries I endured were not my fault. I went to him at such a low and wounded point, and he met me there. Inch by painful inch he has brought me to a place of realization - that my attacker preyed on me, used me, and had the training and know-how to manipulate me. It was not my fault. Walking into John's office, I had lost the ability to trust anyone, least of all myself. A person I'd placed so much faith in, had completely destroyed me physically and verbally. John seemed to understand where I was, how I'd gotten there, and most importantly, how to put me back together and give me some power in making decisions about my case, and understanding how this horrible thing could have happened without my permission. There is much pain in growth sometimes. Its nice to have a person beside you who seems to really understand the feelings that go with these experiences. I had a problem with a credit card company taking a debt settlement agreement that was made, but they took my money and sold my account to another company who then attempted to collect the remainder. I was lied to and needed justice. I talked to almost every civil lawyer in town and none would take my case. One told me that there just was not any money in it. I was more worried about my record being set straight rather than getting monetary damages. Monetary damages would just be a bonus. It turns out all those other lawyers just didn't have the knowledge or experience. They had no idea what to do. Mr. Roper took my case and he knew exactly what to do. I handed him all of my documentation and paid his retainer. He was kind enough to call me and give me status updates every few weeks even though I chose to not call him and let him concentrate on his work. A couple months later he won me a check for a couple thousand dollars. All I can say is that he was amazing. When no other lawyer had the time or experience to handle my case, he turned it into a chunk of money. When we split the money, his office manager noticed at the last minute that I was "overcharged" a couple hundred and re-did the paperwork. I would never have noticed (out of a couple thousand), but Mr. Roper was such a good partner that I sometimes feel like I should've let them keep the math error as a good tip for being a stand up guy. This guy has a lot of experience and is an honorable person to work with. If you choose to hire him as your partner and attorney on your case, I am glad to say that you have one of the best people on your team.

Mr. Roper handled a car purchase that was fraudulently done by a car dealership for me. He went above and beyond what was expected to ensure that I got the deal I was supposed to get. I have never had to use an attorney prior. I am in southern Oregon and was unable to find an attorney that would take my case so I started venturing out of town and up north. Stevens and Legal had no hesitation in taking on my case. Yes it was a long process but it eventually paid off and if I didn't reach out, I would be in the same boat just without receiving any back wages. I dealt with Robert Wilson. He was informative and prompt to respond and kept me updated through the entire process. I had reviewed a few employment and labor attorneys/firms online and consulted a couple before being referred to his firm. Calling Jonathan Puth was the best move I could have made. Concerned that my boss might want to let me go, Jonathan prepared me for my meeting with the Managing Partner of my firm. He told me what to say, and more importantly, what not to say. I was able to go into, what was supposed to be, my performance review, feeling calm and ready to deal with whatever transpired. Jonathan continued to be wise, caring, patient, and willing to discuss any concerns or issues that I was trying to navigate. His counsel was incredibly effective. I was able to maintain my confidence and self-worth as I sat across the table from my employer who would have benefitted from me feeling vulnerable and unprepared. As Jonathan provided guidance that supported me through preparing a response to my employer and negotiating a severance package, I’m certain that his assistance put me in a position of being able to secure a generous severance package and I did not even need to argue with them. Without working with Jonathan I don’t think my employer would have come to the conclusion that they did which was that it would be better for them to be generous, than having to enter into a prolonged and difficult negotiation where they risked paying even more.

A few months ago, my job laid me off without notice. They handed me a 14 page document to read and sign full of legal jargon. Feeling uneasy about signing these papers a friend recommended Aimee to me. Not only did Aimee attend to my needs, but she took the time to go through the document page by page. She explained to be what the job was requesting and negotiated on my behalf for different terms. Not wanting to have any contact with the company Aimee did all communication on my behalf. By the end of the negotiation I received more money than what was originally offered to me.
I am not recommending Aimee because she got me more money. I am recommending her because it was clear that my needs were her first priority. She is detailed oriented, trustworthy and caring. Needless to say she is also a phenomenal lawyer. It is without doubt that I would 100% endorse her to anyone.

There are no words to truly express how wonderful Kristi is. She worked so hard on our case to make sure that we received the benefits that we were entitled to. She had to fight an international Fortune 500 company who have more money to throw at claims like ours and yet for a very, very reasonable fee was able to broker a settlement that was fair to everybody. After dealing with a previous attorney who left us disappointed and everything only partially taken care of regarding my father's estate I found Danielle. Danielle reassured me that she would take care of finalizing things to close the estate.
Danielle is absolutely professional and knowledgeable; she communicates all the details and provides updates quickly and thoroughly. She explained everything that was happening and answered all our questions very clearly. She went back and finished things the previous attorney left incomplete and guided us through the decisions we needed to make.

From the outset, Mr. Matthews and his Associate gave a realistic appraisal of the difficulty of this type of case. His whole firm was quite supportive. The Defendant and her Defense Attorneys tried many times and many ways to derail my lawsuit. Mr. Matthews was undeterred by all of their legal machinations. Craig T. Mathews and Associates has been filing mechanic's liens for our company to secure payments from contractors who have been building water and wastewater treatment plants for municipalities. We sell pumps for handling sludge and metering a variety of treatment chemicals in these plants. This is about $4 million in billings per annum for our company. We believe that this service has allowed us to reduce our accounts payable by close to $1 million. Before we started using these liens, contractors made numerous counterclaims and back-charges against us. Many were also slow in paying the performance "holdbacks" that are part of these contracts. The liens are a way that we can counter these claims. In fact, since we have started using this service all of the frivolous claims have essentially disappeared. This law firm can file in any state in the USA. Our firm is active in every state in the USA, as well as Canada, and most of Latin America.
