MR. CLARKE A NAME I WILL REMEMBER. IN DEALING WITH ATTORNEYS PERIOD KIND OF CAN GET A BAD RAP, BECAUSE THEY WERE PRETTY MUCH ALL THE SAME TO A DEGREE. VERY HELPFUL AND PROMISING IN THE BEGINNING UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN U FEEL LIKE A AFTER THOUGHT AND THAT I WAS BOTHERING THEM. BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH MR. CLARK WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT HE WAS BLOUNT AND TO THE POINT AND I CAN APPRECIATE PEOPLE LIKE THAT TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IM WORKING WITH AND THE POSSIBILITIES. Mark is a great lawyer. He met with me a day before my court date to take pictures of where I was pulled over for a dui by supposedly failing to stop at a stop LINE but I did stop at the stop sign 3ft in front of the stop line that was not clearly marked. Mark showed me he was more then worth the money I paid him. Mark did everything he could to get me a not guilty and he was very successful. My dui charges were dropped and Mark even emailed me after court to help me with getting the dui expunged from my records. I would HIGHLY recommend Mark to anyone that needs a lawyer he is the best Lawyer I ever dealt with.

After my three children were in an auto accident we needed a lawyer. When we hired Mike Feldman we got so much more. Two of the children suffered head injuries, one of those injuries severe. One of these children also suffered a major collar bone fracture that ruined here high school sports year. The third child suffered major contusions and a fractured vertebrae. Not only did Mike guide us through the legal and medical web of the things that we needed to do he and his team reached out to us with guidance caring and compassion to help us to get back on the road to recovery. There were many things that we needed to worry about during this recovery period. The medical bills and legal aspects were not among those things. It took over four years to settle the cases for the children. At each turn Mike gave us reassurance, advice and guidance on how to make it through the next step. Also at each step he listened to our cares and concerns and in several cases modified the course of action to accommodate these concerns. When it came time for negotiations with the other side for what we determined to be a fair settlement he showed the tough side of being a lawyer. The children received very fair settlements for the hardships that they suffered. I could go on and on about how well Mike Feldman represented us but I'll suffice it to say that in him we found not just an excellent lawyer but a caring friend.

My wife underwent multiple surgeries and procedures between April and November of 2000 resulting from infections caused by contaminated hip implants. At years end we began to see television ads regarding a specific product. We decided to look for a competent attorney we were comfortable with. We interviewed no less than than four attorneys/groups. When I first talked to Mr. Feldman, my instincts told me there is something special about this guy. I was right. He and his entire team was always up to date on case progress and strategies. I don't believe I ever had to wait more than 30 minutes for a call-back. This was a complex case which eventually ended up in class action due to the number of litigants. There were literally hundreds, if not thousands of forms and documents to submit with strict deadlines. They did it all. We were more than pleased with the results of Mr. Feldman's diligence and professionalism. In the final analysis, we paid the mortgage and put in a pool with enough left over to provide a cushion in our retirement years

I can’t say enough good about Brian. Brian helped us with a petition to sell in lieu of partition case. Usually trust and lawyer aren’t used in the same sentence but in this case it is. We trust this lawyer. He’s honest, reliable and on top of his game. He an expert in estate law, knows the players and his advice is sound. He’s aims to solve issue quickly rather than drag them out unnecessarily like other lawyers do. Every time we’ve needed him, he is ALWAYS been there. He responds quickly to phone calls or email. His experience and wisdom have saved us a ton of money. On top of that he’s just a really nice guy and easy to talk to.

Dealing with a sensitive elder-care issue before meeting Brian was scary, frustrating, and ineffective. Once I engaged Brian to assist things became a lot better. His expertise with the law and recommendations on viable-options really helped us develop a course of action that worked for everyone. I was working on merely getting an expert opinion from a lawyer with regards to a tax exempt status application I was working on so I made a couple of calls one fine day in September. Charles Dillon Esq was one of the lawyers I called. He got back to me later that day and after explaining what I was after he cut to the chase and told me that "an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure". He then promised to take a look at my case and go from there if I was interested in getting the work done right. I went to see him in his office and since then I have been amazed at his humility, professionalism, attention to detail, sense of humor among other qualities. He is also willing to work with your budget, though the quality of his work is such that he can charge any sum he wants. I am a happy customer with the work he did on my foundation. I highly recommend him and I intend to work with him on other projects in the not too distant future.

Michelle did an excellent job handling my case! She was dealing with a Federal agency for a disability/benefit claim. Mr Stengel (my attorney) and Ms. Jennifer Manning (his paralegal) provided me with the highest level of legal representation after being involved in an unfortunate automobile accident just prior to Christmas (2021). Ms. Manning and Mr Stengal put my families best interest at the top of their priority list throughout the case. When Ms. Manning asks you "how are you doing ?", you can feel and hear sincerity in her voice, it isn't simply an extension of a salutation. I hired Tom after I was in a serious car accident. The other side was denying it was their fault and refusing to pay for my injuries. Tom represented me against the other driver through a long trial before a jury. He gave me information at every step and made the process understandable and less scary. When in need, everyone should be so fortunate as to have an attorney like James McCollum. Mr. McCollum helped me to pursue a work-related grievance. Right from the start it was clear that he was sharing a wealth of experience and knowledge. When I sent over my info, he and his team got right to work on checking the viability of my case. Over about a week or two, Mr. McCollum gave me regular updates on their research into relevant case law, statutes, limitations, and the challenges with each. They reviewed well-known and recent laws, as well as older and more obscure. He broke all of this down in terms I could understand, and explained how each option may or may not succeed. Mr. McCollum was upfront about challenges, possible outcomes, and realistic goals. As such, not everything was what I hoped to learn about my case. But, he helped me to make better, more informed decisions. He looked out for my best interests (where some lawyers would probably prioritize their own) and gave his time generously for my small case. Our conversations always put me at greater ease, and I got a sense of him as an honest and good man. In the end, Mr. McCollum guided me through a hard and drawn-out process. He walked me through possible motivators of the other side, costs and risks they might run into at different stages – things I think you can only learn from experience. His insight allowed me to hold ground with confidence. With his guidance, I was able to secure a workable end, and move on.

Maria is in a class by herself as far as we are concerned! We contacted close to twenty lawyers who were listed or recommended to us for help in an Education law issue for my child, and Maria by far was the best. She responded to our initial request for help on the same day I sent out requests, and was willing to speak on the phone first about our situation to tell us if we had a case. Our situation involved a homeschooling issue and the local Board of Education, and Maria was one of less than 5 attorneys who would even speak to us about our case. She responded usually within hours, and always within a day, to any communication we sent to her, and was happy to accept the research we had already done into the case in order to lower our legal costs. She worked on our time-sensitive case with as much speed as possible to reach a resolution, and was very kind and sensitive to my daughter as well. We are very pleased with the timeliness and outcome of our case, thanks to Maria. I would recommend her to anyone with an Education law issue, and I am sure she is equally skilled in the other areas of law in which she practices. An absolute A+ for Maria in our book!

We were in need of an attorney to prepare our wills, power of attorney (medical and financial) and health care advance directives. I expected it to be a difficult discussion as my spouse and I are not always on the same page on certain topics but Maria made it easy. There were some tears, some laughter, but she made it happen. She explained things in layman's terms so that everything was understandable, instructed us in what would be subject to probate and how to do things properly in order to have the least amount subject to probate. She guided and counseled us in a gentle but professional way. This experience ended up being pleasant, easy and much less expensive than i had anticipated. I would highly recommend Maria as an attorney - highly competent and very personable. She gets an "A" from us!

I had retained Optima Tax Relief to handle my IRS problem , but did not receive the customer service or timely response needed in an IRS situation. I searched the internet "high and low". My wife and I retained the services of John Burns after an issue arose in our bankruptcy case that our original attorney was unable to resolve. From the onset, Mr. Burns knew the correct action to take to bring an acceptable resolution to the matter. Once a resolution was achieved, we thought our issues were over. Unfortunately, the creditor in the prior matter failed to take the proper action on their side which led us to retaining the services of John Burns again. Mr. Burns and his firm worked diligently to ensure our rights as debtors were protected and that the creditor would be held responsible for their neglectful actions. Though it was a long process, we are happy with the results and can now put this behind us and get on with our lives. His experience and the experience of his associate (Melissa) was invaluable to us and we thank them. Although stressful, Mr. Burns was able to get a positive outcome for us in this matter.
