I contacted Ms. Jordan when my husband and I found ourselves in some financial difficulties. Upon our first consultation she was extremely knowledgeable and even comforting. The last thing anyone wants to do is to have to contemplate filing bankruptcy. There has been a stigma that it will ruin you. When we left her office that evening we knew we were in good hands. Everything was always handled professionally and in a timely manner. Ms. Jordan always made herself available even after hours to meet or discuss my case even if to just put my mind at ease. The day my case was finally done I literally felt lighter. I can't thank Ms. Jordan enough for everything she has done for me. I have and will recommend her to anyone in need of a bankruptcy attorney.

When I needed to file bankruptcy, I was very nervous and didn’t understand the process. Mary walked me through each step with ease. Todd work diligently to get the manufacture and it's dealer to extend their representations and warranties for 3 years after one year of owning our vessel. He skillfully reworked our purchase agreement and in doing so help build a stronger and effective relationship with the Manufacturer and the Dealer, they have lived up to everything they agreed too and more.

From the very moment we contacted Todd, he and his team took control of our concerns, and they never let us down or kept us in the dark. Todd and his team gathered the facts in our case, reviewed with us our options, and put us at ease that we were in good hands. Todd was extremely careful in the actions he took on our behalf, we never had a questionable charge against our account, and the outcome of our case was better than we could have dreamed given the circumstances. I worked with Melissa on a complex and thorny employment discrimination matter that was wrought with hostility and an assumption of guilt despite evidence to the contrary. Melissa provided constant and reliable legal and business guidance; leadership to insure we never lost site of the end goal; and the occasional "grin & tonic" when the challenges seemed almost unbearable. I highly recommend Melissa (especially if the stakes are high) and would hire her again without hesitation.

I retained Melissa for several employment litigation matters and employment counsel matters when I was in-house counsel for an international corporation. She provided timely advice to me and to members of management. She also prepared for and managed an arbitration proceeding, on which we received a defense ruling. Melissa is knowledgeable on all employment matters (and has a special expertise in the areas where ADA and FMLA overlap). She had an excellent way of dealing with corporate managers, and provided real-life solutions to employment issues. Because of her common-sense approach, I would often suggest that HR Managers call her directly with difficult problems. Child custody is never easy, especially when involving complicating circumstances. When I approached Mr.Cohn I was scared and a rattled mess. Doug helped guide me through a very complicated custody battle against one of the big family law firms (Delaney McKinney) with both honesty and knowledge, and did it with the utmost efficiency and organization. My custody fight was much longer than I had anticipated but Doug explained each step of the process to me and allowed me to present the type of case that both fit my personality, my parenting style and my income. I wanted to both thoughtfully and firmly defend my rights as a parent, while making sure that during our year long trial, we always respected my spouse, and most importantly didn't do anything which could ever adversely effect my children. After a lot of trial preparation as well as a long trial, I felt good about the representation that was provided and about Dougs emotional support throughout the process. It's clear that his vast experience in, and knowledge of, the Family Court System, is one of the factors that makes him such an effective advocate and helped him win my case. I could not have gotten through it without him. While I know these factors would have been true even if we had lost our case, thankfully my custody case was yet another one which he won!

I was blindsided by the separation paperwork. Obviously my Ex had put time and effort into getting a head start on the divorce and had hired a very good & aggressive divorce lawyer. I contacted equally rated lawyers but most were too ready to start spending $$$ rather than see if an amicable solution could be worked out. But my initial consultation/call with Kari was different. She (and Ann-Marie) were just as interested in me as the case. They worked with me and tried to do things my way - but - were very clear to point out that I was allowing myself to be bullied by my Ex and her lawyer. Wanting to minimize impact on our young adult children, my wife and myself I let myself be pressured into several bad decisions. Kari informed me why the decisions were bad and was willing to bring in other lawyers from her office for their opinions. Fortunately she slowed the process long enough for me to realize the mistakes I was making. Number 1 lesson learned: Listen to your lawyer. The next year and a half was total insanity. While I was a wreck, Kari was able to handle all the nonsense from my Ex's lawyer. Case went to court and the trial lasted three days. While Kari was very competent with managing the process and deflecting the crap from my Ex and her lawyer - She was on an entirely different level in court. Her questioning of my wife left no doubt to the judge who was primarily responsible for the failure of the family. Kari's closing statement caught me by surprise - hearing the cold hard facts reiterated and the emotion in her voice as she detailed the hell me and the kids endured. The judgment was definitely in my favor.

I recently used Kari Fawcett for a custody case. She and her assist were an amazing team. Kari always contacted me promptly and if she was unable her assist would. She worked above and beyond my expectations. She was very informative every step of the way and did not make false promises. She works very well under pressure and gets the job done. She always made me feel very secure and comfortable during such a stressful time. I would definitely recommend this lawyer to anyone who is needing an honest and tenacious attorney. I also must add that she obviously does this for a career but she was not out to only take money. She was worth every penny. Very honest and knows Maryland law very well. I was very pleased to work with Kari and her assistant. They are a dynamic team.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Kari Fawcett in a divorce case is that she is super intelligent when it comes to law (she has been an attorney for many years), she is super nice and down to earth plus she is not playing around and has 0 tolerance for any bullshit or lies from the opposing side. She is a very aggressive attorney and she knows what she is doing and she will fully have your back on everything. Ms. Fawcett's partner, Ann-Marie Dunn is also super nice, sweet, extremely competent with the law and is a very hard worker. They both worked on my case together, and I call them "The Dynamic Duo." I truly believe, as in my case, that if you retain "The Dynamic Duo," you will have double the power of one attorney, you will have access to talking over the phone with one of them at any given time if the other one is in court, and you will have the superb chance of winning your case. They are definitely aggressive, which is why I retained Kari Fawcett in the first place. My case is over now and we won, but I feel so close to these lovely ladies, that I will be staying in touch with them on a monthly basis just to keep them in my life. I love these 2 attorneys. God forbid if I ever have another divorce, I would definitely, no hesitation, retain Kari Fawcett again and again. Kari and Ann-Marie are definitely a strong force and I would not want to be the opposing attorney nor the opposing client in the case.

I worked with Marc for months and I couldn’t have had a better lawyer. I was fighting for custody of my kid and his mother hired a really sleazy lawyer that tried to manipulate her and the facts of the case to take my visitation away. I really felt like Marc cared about me and my rights as a father and it showed in court. It was a horrible process to go through but Marc was easy to talk to and I always felt more comfortable going into court. He also worked with me on a payment plan which was a huge factor in taking the pressure off during the case. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a family law case.

I got a consultation to get information for my brother regarding custody of his son as well as a restraining order against my nephew’s mother. Mr. Isaacs gave me a lot of helpful information even though he knew I wouldnt be hiring him myself. To me that just showed how dedicated he is to helping people, not just being a lawyer. I witnessed Ms. Rakityanskaya in court where she won a completely hopeless case (not mine). I then went back to her years later for my own needs. She knows my case to the letter, even better that I know it myself. She makes preparation for document submissions and other things look effortless. I don't feel swamped and I always know that she has it under control. Definitely a fighter. Doesn't give up. An aggressive, but smart litigator. If you hire her, you will be in good hands.

Kraig Kibble is an incredibly knowledgable, honest, hardworking, diligent, and professional family law attorney. I interviewed/consulted two other attorneys/law offices, prior to hiring Kraig, and from the moment I sat down in the conference room with him, I knew I had found my attorney. Over the past seven months, Kraig has advised and helped me through one of the most challenging situations of my life - a move away, custody case with my daughter. This custody case was so emotional and stressful and I am beyond grateful and appreciative of Kraig's legal expertise and guidance during this challenging time. Kraig was readily available to speak via phone or to meet face to face. He filed all paperwork in a timely manner and met and conferred with the opposing party, when necessary. Kraig responded to all emails immediately and with clear, concise responses. I met with Kraig seeking full custody of my daughter and a restraining order. He helped me win my domestic violence restraining order which included sole child custody orders. I have been dealing with this for so many years that I was overjoyed to finally find a lawyer who was able to help me not only win, but also get the maximum number of years protection. In the past I tried to obtain a restraining order with another lawyer and the judge did not grant all of my requests. Kraig advised me to hold off on the restraining order until I had strong evidence. When I did have enough strong evidence he put together a solid case and all my evidence was admitted and I won the hearing. Kraig spent countless hours working with me going back and forth with phone calls and emails because there were so many incidents involving my ex. When I was at a complete loss I had Kraig to call and get me through. He was able to go to an emergency ex parte hearing that we found out about that day. I didn't have to leave work for another court hearing. It was such a blessing to find the legal support I desperately needed from Kraig at the Law office of Makupson and Howard.

Attorney Freiman represented me in my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in February of this year. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable. Anytime I called or emailed he answered immediately. I would recommend him and I do recommend him to anyone who is contemplating filing Chapter 7 or 13. He maintains a flexible schedule and was always there to ease my stress of the process. I approached Monica Hall as the inevitability of my divorce became evident. Monica is a seriously Good Egg. Divorce is a lousy thing no matter how you slice it. She made it a little less lousy and ultimately achieved the necessary outcome without dragging things out. Monica has been an attorney in the Annapolis area for something like 35 years. I have known her for 10. When we decided to get to work she took a rational, practical, No BS approach as she walked me through the process. We even had a few laughs. It became quickly clear to me that she knows what works based on Law and her wisdom in the Annapolis judicial system. I came to rely on her judgement as she knew how to temper my comments in order to stay focused on a reasonable outcome. She was professional, brutally candid, and (when needed) tough as nails. You can't ask for more than that. I would recommend Monica to anyone in snap.

Monica Hall worked very hard on my case. She was ready to do the things that she needed to do to help me win my case. Also was there for me the whole time through out my case, trying to keep my daughter in the state of maryland. After hearing Mr. Rosenfeld speak to a group of company owners, I retained him to help with contractual issues my company, Alpine Services, Inc., was having on a job in April of 2007. He worked with us on this issue until it was resolved in our favor. Since then he has worked with us on contractual issues as well as collections issues. In each case he has helped us come out on top of the problem. He has helped us collect money that seemed uncollectable by directing us in what actions to take. Mr. Rosenfeld is very knowledgeable, and savy. He has always been available even in emergencies during non-office hours. He is low-key, conservative in his action recommendations, and very effective and result oriented. We at Alpine think he is a rare and wonderful advocate. From the first day we started working with Mark he was completely honest and candid about what he could or couldn't do. He also had an air about him that showed he was confident in his ability and presented his record of success but also failures. You have to be confident to be able to do this. He gave us an overview of the process to have our child placed in a private academic site. This was great because before working with Mark we had no idea of what to expect. Setting expectations was something that he does extremely well. I went to several meetings with Mark and he was always listening and asking questions which shows he was trying to get a command of his facts before speaking. There was no grandstanding involved in his approach. When he spoke it was for a purpose. When it was time for him to speak he held the room and he was direct. And when he needed to he was AGGRESSIVE, precise and fought for my son in a way that I never could have. Mark also has relationships that extended beyond our case that actually helped him to understand all parties involved and strengthen our argument. I never felt like he didn't have control of the situation. He also worked very well with the all of the therapists that were to be involved with our case. All of our therapists said they had heard of Mark and that he was good. If we had any questions, he made time to call, text, email or use any other method just to keep me calm. This made a difference. He also helped me understand there are certain things I should and shouldn't say about our son when asked by the opposing attorney. I should also point out Mark was never late and he always stayed afterwards to have frank discussions with me. In the end my son got everything he needed and more. Mark made sure everything was in writing and properly managed. He even set up a meeting that I couldn't get with the private school. I would have to rate mark as being outstanding.

My family hired Mr. Martin to represent our son in a case against the Baltimore County School system. Our son recently moved from a public school to a private school because of his learning disabilities. Although BCPS was aware of his issues, they denied him services for 2 years which resulted in our son falling two years behind in his education. After consulting with Mark about our case, we were more than confident that we had found the right attorney for this type of law suit. Mark came highly recommended to us and his past work on cases like ours only made us feel that we were definitely going in the right direction. Mark and his staff were extremely professional and efficient. Within months we were on our way to Mediation. Because of Mark, we settled at mediation and were reimbursed by Baltimore County Schools for our sons tuition. I don't think we would have had the outcome we did unless we had Mr. Martin and his office on our side. We could not ask for a better outcome or a better attorney.

Mike is a sharp lawyer that took on my child's contested name change case. He quickly researched the legal issue and Mike said we'd use this law to set our case. The judge provided her decision based on exactly that same statute. He efficiently communicated with me and I was able avoid a costly case. We won the case and I appreciated his opinion in the courtroom and I took his counsel when having to address the court immediately in the trial. I highly recommend him!

I wish there was a way to put in words how great Mike is. I had a case where someone owed me money and he helped me do everything, from what to expect to settling in court to making sure the judgement was entered into the courts and in front of a judge. He also went as far as to make sure that I am not the one who is responsible for late payments. He calmed me down when I was panicking and remained cool and collective throughout the entire process. Usually responds right away even if I email him on a Sunday or late at night. Cannot say enough great things about him. You will not be disappointed with him!

I haven't needed a lawyer in the past but found myself in a difficult and prolonged real estate purchase with protracted title issues. The sellers then said they were canceling my contract. After two weeks of worry and trying to build a case to support my position, my realtor suggested I contact Mike. When I went to see him Mike had already looked over my documents. He listened carefully, asked questions to be sure he understood the situation and the outcome I was looking for, and suggested a path forward. He wrote one letter over the weekend to the seller's attorney. The letter was short, succinct, and unequivocal. Two days later the seller's attorney said they would honor the original contract. The process to purchase the property excellerated noticeably and was resolved within the next few months. I can't say enough good things about Mike, his abilities to listen, narrow the information to its critical components, clarify the concerns and needs of his clients, and take decisive action. I hope I don't need an attorney in the future, but if I do, it will be Mike Bramnick

If you’re looking at reviews trying to find the right representation then your search should end here. I too looked at many reviews from many different lawyers and found his reviews from not only his clients but from his peers to be highly impressive. I gathered from my research that Mr. Putzi is a highly respected criminal defense attorney and now I definitely know why. I can only try and do the same and add my experience so others may benefit from his expertise. I can not recommend Mr. Putzi enough. I called his office on a holiday not knowing if they would even be open. Not only were they open but he answered the phone himself and scheduled be an appointment for consultation that same day. I met with him and what I found was a hardworking, highly competent caring individual that I knew I could not only trust but would do the best that they could do for me. He was upfront on what I should expect but he told me I was in good hands and boy was he ever right. At court he told me what he we should do and I completely trusted him. He not only delivered but got me more than I ever expected or even probably deserved. Do yourself a favor and stop looking because you have truly found the person to represent you.

Mr. Putzi was prepared for the trial and knew the statutes of the law better than the advocate attorneys. The Judge did not order a final protective order because the legal counsel could not prove any harassment or any other violation. I would recommend this attorney to anyone. My spouse had told my kids that I would be going to jail soon and that obviously did not happen. Mr. Putzi kept me calm and collected at the hearing as I felt confident with him on my side

Mr Putzi was not the first attorney I hired but I wish he was!! I went through two others and after explaining the situation and they did some due diligence both told me to settle. I refused as I had done nothing wrong. I felt like these guys just wanted the retainer. I reached out to Mr Putzi after I read about him. I thought I would give it one more try. He met with me immediately and listened to everything I had told the others. I was lured in by a "friend" who was accused of stealing a considerable amount of money. Mr Putzi sat with me, called the other attorneys to understand their position and then took my case. He was relentless and I felt like I finally had someone on my side. He was very polite and soft spoken, which I can see why some underestimate him however to watch him work was impressive. We never went to court because he was able to get the case thrown out and I firmly believe the State was afraid to face him. I carry his card in my wallet to this day. All I can say is he believed in me when others did not. He is of the highest integrity and I consider him a great friend as well.

It has been a really hard past few years for my husband and I after a series of medical issues which were compounded by poor decisions made by doctors. Years of agonizing pain led my husband to a bad place where he unfortunately made some poor choices seeking an avenue to alleviate his suffering. Those decisions had some very serious legal ramifications which led us to retain Mr. Ashley. We are beyond grateful that he was there to represent my husband. He went above and beyond to really get a true understanding of what led my husband to this point and to get to know the man and the family behind the police report. He was so compassionate and truly empathized with our situation. He listened to our concerns and where most lawyers I believe would be closed minded to allowing their clients to be a part of building a defense or contributing their opinions, he was very open, responsive and even welcomed our contributions. He fought for us as if we were family. He came to our home, met us in our environment, met our children, and really truly went out of his way to see us for who we are. There is such a huge stigma when it comes to the charges that my husband faced. He's been looked down upon by almost every doctor etc., treated as less than. But Mr. Ashley never once made him feel like less of a person. He saw our situation for what it truly was, and I honestly believe cared/cares about us. The day of the trial when he got word that the states attorney was dropping the felony charge when he came to tell us the news we saw actual tears in his eyes. Happy tears. He knew that my husband wasn't going to taken away from his wife and children, that my husband didn't have to plea guilty to a charge that he was innocent of. (He was actually innocent of the felony charge but there was "case law" that would have been enough to get the conviction. That's a hard pill to swallow.) When leaving the court room, he asked that we stay in touch with him. And it seemed so genuine and sincere. God forbid that we would need to retain his services again, but if we ever do need a lawyer in the future we have found, without questions, our attorney for life. But not just a lawyer, we have found a truly great man, a friend that we hope to have for years to come. I never thought going into this that I would be writing a review about our lawyer and the friendship that we formed. Thank you Mr. Ashley. My husband's mistake was a big one, he knows that and he is grateful every day that it wasn't worse than it was and that no one got hurt. He understands the severity of his actions and has taken enormous steps to keep it from happening again. Because of you, he can continue to work on himself AND our children have their father, and I have my husband. Thank you for not just accepting the deal that the states attorney presented. Thank you for fighting for him, for us, for our family. We will be forever grateful to you. Anyone looking for a great lawyer, a lawyer that will look beyond the police report to see the person and the family, a lawyer that fights for you and works with you, that involves you in your own case and is willing to listen to your thoughts, I highly recommend that you retain Mr. Joseph Ashley. So, we went to joe after a judge in my workman’s comp case suggested we consult a bankruptcy attorney. Joe literally saved my family from a lifetime of crushing debt that we might never have been able to get out from under. I had a workplace accident a few years ago that left me partially disabled and fighting a lengthy legal battle with a less than helpful legal team from one of these big firms that advertise on TV. It was a mistake i would Never make again. When it came time To find a lawyer to help us navigate the debt consolidation/bankruptcy world we could not have made a better choice. Most of the attorneys I’ve encountered are not like joe, they do their jobs but seem more concerned with their bottom line and not wasting their time dealing with or Consulting clients on what to do. Joe is the opposite of that kind of lawyer and really I felt like most lawyers give guys like joe a bad name— he’s the shining exception to the rule. I never once needed to speak to him when I was unable to reach him, I never once felt like he was just trying to appease me or shut me up, I felt like we had an advocate and partner in a difficult and stressful process. Joe made that process quick and virtually painless. It’s nice to know that I will never need to look for a lawyer again because we’ve found the one that everyone should be looking for. Even if I need something that isn’t joes area of expertise he’s my very first call because I trust that he only has my families interest a heart and if he can’t help, he’ll find me someone that he trusts who can. That’s something you can’t buy and something the 4 name city law firms literally won’t do. To put it bluntly, I know and have known lots of lawyers but feel so lucky that the lawyer I hired and will always hire is the best of the bunch.

I had the fortunate opportunity to have retained Mr. Ashley as my representative in a domestic/child custody case. First and foremost, he was very polite, understanding and empathetic when consulting me during this very difficult time. He was easy to talk to and someone who provided the best options considering my future needs and the needs I would have to consider regarding any child custody arrangement. In court, Mr. Ashley was extremely professional and most of all he was on time for the hearings.
