After thirty five years with the company, only missing time out due to two pregnancies, I got hurt at work. One would think after all these years with the company one would know what to do. To my surprise, people were saying you can't file a workers’ comp claim, the company will fire you or make your life miserable. I called many different law firms and they would not take my case. It was looking very gloomy until someone recommended Will Inman to me. He is very knowledgeable, straight forward, patient and very clear with every step of the way. All one has to do is follow his instructions. He gives you top priority which makes you feel like you are his only client. His office is very busy and the staff is very competent. With his "know-how" and both of you working with his competent office staff, you'll quickly recognize that you're going to get the best results possible. He acts swiftly when necessary and knows when to ride out the process. This professional behavior is the result of a man who understands how to deal with the minutia of law. As someone who is struggling, this is very important because I feel anxious about how long everything takes and whether or not I'll be able to provide for my future because my original plans no longer matter since having a life-changing accident. I hired Mr. McCarthy for my divorce. He is very clear in explaining all legal issues, documents, ramifications, and best practices. He is incredibly personable, but is also fierce in protecting his client's interests. In a very emotional conflict I am glad I hired him, as he guided me to reasonable solutions and ultimately my goal. He is very clear in monetary expenses, and has told me when something is just not worth paying him for, when there are no positive outcomes or benefits. He is concise and thorough in documentation, which again saves time and money, and can make a difficult time over much more quickly.

Several years ago, my mother hired Mr. Gatesman to do a Medicaid plan for my father who was entering a nursing home. When my father’s condition suddenly got worse, Mr. Gatesman quickly changed gears, and through his fast action, all of my parents’ assets ended up in a trust under my father’s will. When she needed to move into a retirement community, he came up with a way to secure a mortgage using trust assets to secure a loan on her residence, then converting it into a rental unit that provided my mother both income and secure support through trust assets. The trust allowed my mother to continue living as she always had been living, but when she too needed nursing home care, none of the assets in the trust had to be used to pay for her care. Mr. Gatesman then guided me through the baffling process of obtaining Medicaid benefits to pay my mother’s nursing home costs. This was a daunting journey, but his attention and direction to the actions that needed to be taken made the journey successful. With Mr. Gatesman’s guidance, my parents were able to preserve all of their assets, including their home. I am very pleased with Mr. Gatesman’s representation and I highly recommend his services to others.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding handling of my son's case by Dr. Manley and his team. Five plus years ago I began an effort to seek justice for my injured son in hope (in addition to financial compensation for Christopher and his siblings) that the physicians responsible for my son's injuries would be more aware of the relevant medical issues when responsible for care involving pregnancies like Christopher's. I believe Dr. Manley and his team accomplished this goal. Searching for an appropriate attorney/firm to handle Chris' case was challenging. I encountered a variety of issues. I had prominent New Hampshire based firms state that Defendants in Christopher's case "never settle cases". It is my experience as a Corporate Attorney that firms with reputations for not wanting to litigate are seldom offered attractive settlements. My perception was that many of the New Hampshire based firms appeared to have conflicts of interest having had the Defendants provide medical care to their colleagues/employees, although these firms were not always forthcoming when addressing this issue. I had a "high-powered" Massachusetts firm opine that our case was "not win-able" I eventually realized I needed to search outside New Hampshire for a firm with a reputation, financial resources, and attorneys willing to litigate every case in which it was necessary. As the old English metaphorical idiom goes, I realized I needed an "Elephant in the room" and/or "an eight-hundred-pound gorilla in the room". As I understand it, Defendants tried to bring in their own out-of-state, high-powered litigator (their "Elephant in the room") and when he was unavailable for our trial date, and the Judge had had enough of Defendants' typical delaying tactics, Defendants decided to acknowledge they were no match for our "Elephant in the room", Dr. Manley and your firm. So the reputation for Defendants in Christopher's case being unwilling to settle cases was overcome in Christopher's case. I am of the opinion that Dr. Manley's many years of experience as an actively practicing OB/GYN physician when utilized in questioning Defendants and Defendants' expert witnesses during depositions contributed significantly to Defendants' decision to make a "last minute" settlement offer. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Manley's and your firm's efforts on our children's behalf. Thank you Dr. Manley

Giles handled our wrongful death lawsuit involving our infant son. His medical expertise was a huge advantage in our case since the evidence and witnesses involved were incredibly specialized. Amazing services! From my experience he went out of his way to get things handled and as quickly as possible. A weekend trip out of town turned into a two month stay In central booking with no bail and considered a flight risk. By our second court date I was on my way home! This man got up and educated the judge and the da on the law to the point they had to go over it in court, and realized at that point they no longer had a case due to an error on their side. When my case was dismissed and charges dropped the DA was not happy and said they would still be pursuing other route’s. When I made it back home the Da had already reopened new charges. I was states and states away and he put it to rest yet again. I was never charged everything was dismissed. He is definitely someone you want in your corner during a tough situation.

Mike worked on our very complex lawsuit against a local contractor. Mike assisted in thoroughly researching case law for the trial. Jamie was able move my divorce case forward and to bring the process to a close in a very reasonable period of time after my previous attorneys were unable to get resolution over a several year period. The end result was much better than I expected. She was able to navigate all the issues in a firm, polite and reasonable manner that allowed all parties involved to come to a satisfactory agreement. In my opinion, it was her focus, determination, legal knowledge, reputation and experience in family law that made the difference. Jamie also showed that she could handle all the necessary QDRO’s involved with my case, including working with additional council to provide acceptable documents for Railroad Retirement, pension plans, IRAs and 401k plans. She followed up on all the necessary components and made sure they were prepared and submitted for execution appropriately. As far as working with me as a client, she was patient, empathetic, nonjudgmental and was able to carefully explain all the components of the process in a plain, easy to understand language. She identified the road blocks, explained my options and carried out my preferences. Her fees were reasonable and her invoices were clear, accurate and precise. Although my general divorce experience wasn’t pleasant, Jamie made the process much less stressful. I highly recommend her for any family related legal matter, especially those involving children or with complex financial concerns. The service she provided was worth every penny paid.

If your are experiencing problems with debt or facing a difficult time in your life you must contact Mr. Gilman immediately. Our house is worth far less than the amount we owe on it and we must relocate. For the past eight years I've dealt with Mr. Brown and his associate on several different matters. While we were on opposite sides of the cases, I always enjoyed working with Dan. Here is a fact: My family lost our loved one far too early because of a contracted illness. Another fact is that before our loved one left us, he asked Dan to tell his story so others wouldn't have to suffer in vain. Dan Brown took on this tremendous responsibility and has done so admirably. Dan has been an advocate for my loved one as well as our family. So how did he do it? The first thing that resonates with Dan is that he is experienced. What comes with that is a network of litigants, practitioners and experts that understand Dan's methodology of presentation. Secondly, Dan maintains balance through what can be an adversarial legal process. That proves invaluable when the legal system becomes arduous. Lastly, to accomplish what we asked of Dan, he had to become a part of our family. Dan's obligation to us required that he understand the value of my loved one's presence in our family. In doing so, there were countless after hour phone calls, as well as impromptu out of state visits. So before we lost our patriarch, we gained a brother. You'll find lawyers far and wide who will claim to have subject matter expertise. That very well may or may not be the case.
