Mr. Casciano worked tiresly to fight for me during my malpractice case. He always kept me up to date on what was going on and was available whenever I had a question. He even gave me his personal cellphone number in case he wasn't in the office when I had a question. Mr. Casciano is extremely personable, professional and takes the time to understand his clients. No stone was left unturned regarding my case and I owe it all to his hard work, dedication and thoroughness. I would highly recommend Mr. Casciano.

After reviewing multiple criminal lawyers, and doing as much research on law I could handle, I finally took one of my friends recommendation and trusted Derek to fight my case. Due to my profession it was critical I had the right lawyer fighting for me. This is the best move I could have made as Derek provided me with an outstanding result. He also communicated with me in an understanding manner, Derek put the time into the case and was definitely skilled in his profession. Everyone seemed to know that he wasn’t the run of the mill guy when we walked into court, even the judge. The entire process was handled in a top shelf manner. Derek is an awesome lawyer and someone who I would consider a friend, not because because he takes your case personal, but he gets to know you just as much as you get to know him. Derek did a phenomenal job handling my case and I could talk to him anytime especially after business hours. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire time and was straight forward with my options and even made me feel comfortable if I didn't take a plea agreement. I truly feel that he was in it for my best interest and not his own gain. What a stand up guy.

Donald Arnold is the best lawyer I have ever talked with and received help that I needed. Donald Arnold and his office are very caring people. Mr. Arnold has helped me with a couple different cases and also helped with writing of family Will’s and Power of Attorney Documents. He is very kind and explains everything. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr.Arnold after dealing with a prior attorney who just wasn't working out for me. I researched lawyers and felt that after reviews, Mr.Arnold was an attorney that I was looking for to help me with my parent's Will. I must say, the decision was right! From the first visit in his office to the last, I was treated most professionally and had things explained with much knowledge in a way I could understand. Communication was open the entire time! There were a few bumpy roads along the way within the Will, but Mr.Arnold and his staff were right on top of things. I could have never accomplished an end to these issues without them. There were a few times when the longer office hours were also much appreciated. I can't say thank you enough to him for taking on this case. It was a little hard to find trust after dealing with the first attorney, however the office of Donald Arnold brought back that trust I needed in an attorney. I highly recommend his office and will be using him for personal reasons of my own in the near future.

Attorney D'Erra Jackson and her Paralegal Sarah did a great job at helping me put the last piece of my divorce to rest. I was able to pay by the service instead of hourly. I had a lot of questions/concerns. They took all the details from me, took care of all the paperwork/legalities and kept me informed every step of the way. I am beyond happy with the expert services provided by Mrs. Jackson. She informed me of my options in obtaining the quickest consensual divorce possible, and she worked extremely hard to make it happen. At our initial meeting I informed Mrs Jackson that I did not want this process to be hostile or labored. We went in with a game plan and no matter how nasty and hostile the opposing counsel became, Mrs Jackson kept her composure and displayed that she was a knowledgeable professional. I first met Anne when she provided an informative presentation about wills and estate planning as part of a pre-retirement program organized by my place of employment. I was impressed by her low key, knowledgeable, and quietly self-assured manner. Subsequently, my wife and I hired her to counsel us regarding and to prepare wills, durable powers of attorney, advanced medical directives, and to establish revokable living trusts for both of us. Anne was always patient, courteous, efficient and clear in her advice. Her work was thorough and continues to meet our needs. She was very open to follow-up questions and also gave us help with our move out of state. I recommend her unreservedly.

I first met Mrs. Sullivan when she presented an estate planning seminar at the federal agency I work at. Since that time I have attended three of her seminars and came away more impressed each time. She has the ability to make the complexities of estate planning easily understandable to the non-attorney. I was so impressed that my wife and I elected to use her for our estate planning. Throughout the process Mrs. Sullivan was professional, personable and very patient with our countless questions. She prepared Revokable Living Trusts, POA, wills and heath directives (basically a complete estate plan). She also prepared all the required beneficiary forms and other miscellanous documents - her attention to detail, thoroughness and communication with us were spot on. I could not be happier with the services she provided at what I thought was a very fair price. I honestly can't put to words how wonderful Alex is. I have been getting totally screwed by State Farm Insurance for a claim they obviously should have covered 8 months ago. (a contractor I hired to do work totaled my property, contractors insurance company was blowing me off, and my insurance state farm did the same) I found his firm and after i left a message on the firms voicemail, I never expected to hear back from them. Alex personally calls me back, obviously having taken a personal interest in my case & wanted to know more details. He spent the time with me to fully understand the situation, which is pretty complex, lengthy, and has a lot of players. He was clearly listening, asking the right questions, and didn't rush me at all. He wanted to get to the bottom of what was going on. Not only did Alex NOT bull-dose me with legal jargon, half-finished unclear sentences, etc.. which is what other attorneys I originally tried to talk to did, Alex showed genuine compassion for the cause: making sure people don't get screwed by these mega-insurers, like I obviously was. He told me that he wouldn't get involved in taking my money if he didn't think it would be worth it for me. He really was in this not for the money, but to make things right. Alex then quickly formulated a few potential paths forward, described the associated costs with each and outlined what he thought the best and worst outcomes from each path could be. We worked together to build a plan to help me that made sense for my situation and my budget. And we got started. After months of being alone, and getting screwed by nearly everyone I encountered in this matter, Alex made it clear he was in my court and was going to use everything in his experience to set this situation right. Then I saw a totally different side of Alex. He and his team came out the gate swinging aggressively at all the parties that had thus far been trampling me with lies, deceit, and flagrantly illegal bath faith practices. Alex leveraged his experience in the field to set me up with a very strong case with the MIA and now I am waiting for the MIA to make their decision. Regardless of what happens, I believe that Alex Brown did everything anyone could have possibly done, as well or better than anyone could have done, in the messed up situation I found myself in. I will definitely be using Alex again in the future, and I have already recommended him to my friends and family. If I have only one regret with hiring Alex Brown it is that I didn't hire him sooner and that I don't have more money to give him. You can not go wrong with Alex Brown when you need legal help with insurance issues.

Bob Siems and his attorney associate Yosef Kuperman helped me with a very difficult stressful GEICo auto insurance claim that had dragged on for 7 months. I worked for Mr. Siems as a law clerk during law school. I had a legal issue that came out of nowhere that required a lawyer to help me avoid hefty fines. Within two days of him handling the matter, the issue was resolved without fines. Mine was a very complicated case. From 2006 USCIS denied our petition 3 times. Except first time all were USCIS errors. We couldn't submit a paper on time for the first time. On the first half hour appointment itself attorney gave me confidence. We did a second followup appointment for some more clarification. From that second appointment i was confident to proceed with attorney Aron. We were called in for interview. Attorney arranged a local attorney to cut our cost and transfer all the files to the local attorney and walk the local attorney through the case in an hour. Interview went well and within 2 months we got Green card. The whole process with attorney Aron took only 9 months to get the Green card. Do not waste time with local attorneys. One more last thing. Attorney will take only legitimate cases. So once he tell that he can take your case then from that time on wards you are on safe hands.

Where do I start? When I first got charged, my plan was to hire a lawyer that personally knows the judges and prosecutors. I retained Howard Cheris for a complex legal matter in Montgomery County, MD. Starting with the initial consultation Howard cleared his desk and was very attentive to both my needs and my case. In June 2014, my 18-year old grandson, attended the Annual High School Week in Ocean City...This was his first time away from home without parents/granparents. Yes, good kid, never been in trouble, active in church and a pillar in his community. Unfortunately, he exercised poor judgment and decided to hang out with the wrong "friends" and was caught with a $20 bag of marijuana. As a result, he received 3-charges! My son hired Mr. Parolski to represent my grandson. Mr. Parolski is "very seasoned" and has a clear understanding of the BEST approach to any and ALL criminal cases. Months later, Mr. Parolski went back to the Judge to ask if the charges could be expunged because my grandson had just turned 18---like most kids got caught up in the "craziness" of High School Week without parental guidance. The Judge listened and the charges were later expunged! Mr. Parolski you are the BEST!! Your years of expertise and counsel allowed my grandson a second chance. My family is extremely grateful! I got a little carried away in ocean city about a year ago and ended up being pulled over twice-let go (but later charged) the first time and arrested the second. It was awful and embarrassing, but after talking to a lot of locals, I came to the conclusion that most of them use Richard during unfortunate circumstances such as these. He was a little hard to pin down on the telephone (since I don't live close) the second time around, but over all he did awesome and was very affordable. Pbj on the first and dismissal on the second. I have a record from years ago and was really worried, but all for naught because Richard is definitely superior in his practice. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in his general proximity, since I frequent there often. Thanks Richard!

Mr. Becker helped us with setting up our business and making sure we structured our partnerships properly and advised us as to make sure we had all our bases covered. I received a mailing from Warth’s law firm as a form of ‘automated mail communication’. Unknown to me, I still had a outstanding judgement that I was under the impression had been satisfied. This was a petty offense and completely revenue driven by Ocean City. Upon contacting him, he educated me right away regarding my offense and suggested he’d look into ways to resolve it.
