Well I have been dealing with rory since june 2016 had to consult with him first and hired him and he took my case because he has a dog also. The trustees have been fining me 25 a day and it is against the federal law Milo is the emotional support dog for my tenent who has depression which is a disability I would recommend him to clients who have dogs also

I met with Attorney Atlas last August after my father passed away with a substantial estate and a will that had it gone to probate without her intervention would still be there. Right from the start she went to work always making it clear that we did not want this to be adversarial but for the good of either 22 or 23 beneficiaries - I lost count. She got it accomplished working with the estates attorney to draw up complaint for instruction from the court,a side agreement between beneficiaries,a trust and also corporate bylaws. I believe this was through probate March or April of this year. I also had her do my personal estate planning in addition to establishing joint custody for my son of his son. Susan is not only a very skilled attorney but just a real person who makes you feel at ease and I truly believe when she takes you on as a client she truly has your back.

We recently hired Bolio & Company to assist us in an Emergency Custody Order. We were nervous, anxious and rushed as this was all happening very quickly. Atty. Tim Fallon was our rock. He was calm, concise and knew exactly what to do. We will forever be grateful for all he did. He talked us through the process and made us feel secure. When it came time for my decision to get a divorce I interviewed several lawyers and felt very comfortable with Tim and his Firm, which is especially important considering your about to go over every private detail of your married life. Tim has an incredible ability to absorb every detail that I reviewed with him to create a full understanding of the situation. As things progressed, the pressure increased with my ex attempting to attack our family business that I run and several other angles. Tim was able to take them all in stride, keep me calm and mount the necessary defense on my behalf. With out getting into to many details, my ex spent more than twice what I did and in the end was forced to settle without going to trial. Moving forward Tim has become my company's council in legal matters and collections law firm. I would recommend him to anyone, and feel confident doing so.

Timothy Fallon, Esq. of Bolio & Company in Dedham, MA recently represented me in a complicated civil lawsuit against an unlicensed contractor who did work for me that was of of substandard quality and was ultimately deemed to be dangerous and illegal by the inspectors who I asked to examine it. This was a classic example of a man who presented himself as a licensed, bonded contractor who in fact has no license, no bond, no insurance, does not pull building permits, uses illegal workers and substandard building materials. And, this list represents just some but not all of the never-ending problems I experienced until finally I demanded my money back and that the work be undone. Since the contractor ignored my demand, I sought legal counsel and was referred to Tim Fallon and Jason Bolio by an attorney I know who recommended them to me. From my first meeting with Tim and Jay, I knew I was in very good and talented legal hands. It was clear that they were interested in my situation and in knowing all the facts related to it, were eager to utilize my documentation to support the case they were building, and were patient and diligent throughout the process of preparing the case for presentation to the Court. The result was that Tim and Jay worked as a team both in and outside of the courtroom and complimented each other in every way. It was very clear to me that they were determined to put on the case in an organized, thorough and complete way for both my benefit and that of the various judges who presided over the hearings as well as the final judge who heard the case and determined the punitive damages he believed I was due as a result of the acts and activities, illegal and otherwise, that the contractor caused during the course of the work he did (and never finished) and the ultimate messes (legal and otherwise) that he left behind for me to address after he walked off the job. Tim Fallon is a very smart, well organized and thoughtful attorney who has one goal in mind - representing his client to the very best of his abilities. He more than succeeded on my behalf. He was always fully prepared for whatever the opposing counsel presented and without fail, could present evidence to correct the record and refute their claims. Tim was very respectful of the judges and was able to maintain his focus and the organized presentation of the facts despite the attempts made by opposing counsel to distort them and to denigrate the truth. Like Jay Bolio, Tim was confident of their strategic thinking and their combined abilities to present the case in a meaningful way thus enabling the presiding judges to follow it step by step and to ultimately determine punitive damages commensurate with the problems caused to me by an unscrupulous and unlicensed man. I enjoyed working with both Tim Fallon and Jay Bolio throughout the planning and the presentations of the case and felt very confident that they knew exactly what the case required, how to present it and how to prove the serious wrongs that were done. Thus, a complex case was organized and simplified for the many judges who had to hear it and the ultimate outcome was a very successful one indeed. I very highly recommend both of these attorneys and will turn to them for advice and representation at any time in the future when I feel I need the expertise of two very talented and smart attorneys. I have complete and absolute confidence in both of them.

Attorney Prisby had his hands full with this eviction against my old tenant. The tenant knew how to manipulate the system and delay the Summary Eviction Process. Attorney Prisby managed to work thru multiple unexpected court dates, Attorney Prisby managed to dismantle and discredit opposing counsel; Attorney Prisby was forced to operate to the Letter-of-the-Law while the Defense continuously attempted to be misleading and dishonest. I have used Dina for two separate RE transactions both very complicated in nature. The first was a commercial land lease with unique environmental, zoning, and planning restrictions and it also involved a business transaction/ contract between two close friends. Dina was able represent me and make a deal that was good for all parties involved. She listens, asks the right questions, understands the underlying issues, and advised me regarding risks for which only an experienced professional like her would foresee. She kept our legal fees to a minimum by working through the details of the agreement efficiently and procedurally; and we were left with a deal that was well written and well executed for all parties involved. Shortly thereafter I used Dinas services to close on the sale of my home and the concurrent purchase of a new home. This processes was much more involved than I would have anticipated. Dina was able to put me in touch with a fantastic network of RE professionals which offered further ROI, in short my deal would not have worked without Dina and the team we assembled. In a digital age where many attorneys are rubber stamping and boiler plating deals, Dina offers a breath of fresh air as she understands that every deal is different as are the needs of each client. She constantly over delivers and exceeds all expectation. If you are working a real-estate transaction having a high performance professional like Dina on your team is a must.

Dina Browne has represented us for 3 separate real estate transactions...flawlessly. Every purchase or sale seems to bring some nonsense, often emotional in nature. Dina has a unique ability to slice through the silliness and get the deal done. She does this with unusually good humor and is able to keep the testosterone levels...on both sides of the transaction...down. She works and responds quickly and efficiently, making you feel as though you're her most important client. Dina has repeatedly protected our interests, managing all the endless minutiae in a manner that seems effortless, even though it's not. Her fees are really quite modest for the level of service and performance she provides. We would not, under any circumstances, buy or sell real estate without Atty. Browne representing us..period.

Was very helpful and successful in evicting a "professional" tenant of mine which decided to stop paying rent immediately after moving in. At first I tried to represent myself in the Housing Court but soon realized I was in over my head when the tenant found himself a free lawyer to represent him who kept delaying the process. Anthony was successful in cutting through the red tape and getting the tenant out of my house sooner rather than later. He is my first call for all my landlord and tenant questions!

Was referred to Mr. Varoudakis by a friend who had used him before. He helped me get my money back from a contractor who did shoddy roof work on my house that was leaking everywhere. Very reasonable rates and doesn't hound you for money like every other lawyer I have used. Will call him first next time I need legal advice!!

Tim helped my wife and I as we started our family. As two women, there were many factors to consider, and Tim helped us understand the legal parameters for each type of donor, as well as outlined the steps we would take for second parent adoption. The paperwork could be a bit confusing, but Tim talked us through all of our questions and personally filed our case. Tim regularly checked in with the court on our application, and walked us through the adoption reading with the judge. I also watched a video that Ryan, the owner, posted to get a sense of his style and approach towards providing instruction and guidance. After watching the video and observing Ryan's ability to break down complex concepts into easy to understand language, I decided give him a call. From the beginning of the initial consultation, I found Ryan to be very well versed concerning tax law and his affable approach really providing an added sense of comfort as we discussed my situation. Based on the sage advice and experienced guidance that Ryan provided, I am much more optimally positioned to reach a positive outcome. This guy just knows his tax stuff. I hadn't filed in 6-7 years and he got all years done and figured out in a few short weeks, including multiple jobs in multiple states, self employment, unemployment, and just chaos on my side. Like me, when most people think of the word "attorney" they immediately think massive dollar signs and can I afford one, right? Well, thank you AVVO for giving upstanding attorney's like Ryan McFarland the forum to help people like me. This might sound cheesy but I got lucky and I swear, so will you when you hire Ryan. Until you meet him, you will not know what a compassionate - knowledgeable - FAIR - attorney is. Attorney Drennan has worked with me on multiple occasions for matters of Landlord/Tenant disputes, Real Estate purchases, and Wills.
