I was going out of town and had a court-hearing for a reckless ticket. Was only 14+ and he advised an online driving school I could go to out of state and represented me in court. Charge was dropped to a speeding for 9pmh over and just had $169 in court fines afterwards. Saved my license and my job!

Like many others, traveling through Virginia I received a ticket. Upon a couple of weeks, I received several letters from traffic attorneys. Mr. Parrish's letter stood out the most as it was professional, informative and straight to the point. Upon getting in contact and speaking with him directly, he was very knowledgable about Virginia traffic and confident . He was able to get my violation reduced to no points! This man is awesome at what he does! Somehow he was able to get me out of a reckless driving ticket that was 30 over the speed limit. Got me out of having to take driving school and just a very small fine. Love him! He's well worth it.

I have the pinnacle of a deadbeat ex-husband. Many think they have it, but mine can take the cake against anything you have faced. He's talented that way. One day he seems to have woken up and decided to sue me for full custody. I had a lawyer previously who was too nice. He felt I was being unreasonable, and I think Mary did too before she met him. He had not paid child support in, well... ever. He had not seen our child in years, and lost his legal rights about 3 years before this case. Mary and I only had a few brief conversations before the court date, and as I said I think she thought I was being unreasonable before she met my ex. The reason we only talked briefly was because I fired my former lawyer and their was a short amount of time we has once we were in touch with each other, and it was what I wanted. I am sure she would have made time if we had it to talk before the court appearance. Mary met with him before the case, and he agreed to pay more than he owed in back child support! I was thrilled, they amended the support to a higher amount than he was previously ordered to pay, and he agreed to garnishment. This was nothing short of a miracle. Mary again asked me if I was willing to give him some visitation, or allow my child to travel to his place. I told Mary I would not let my ex have visitation, and I wanted it legally removed so that he did not think he had any rights. She told me she was not sure that would happen, but she would do what I asked. In the end he lost his physical custody too, but they allowed for a very limited visitation; to make it so he still had to pay child support! I had been asking for years to remove his rights, and the court felt sorry for him and my old council did not fight for me. I love this woman, and have sent LOTS of people her way! I referrer to her as "Sick Em". Ex acting like a butt get Sick Em! Oh and on top of the fact she did in one court appearance what I tried to accomplish with my past lawyer for years and $56K+, the retainer I paid was not even half used! So I got a refund! That has never happened to me with a lawyer before! (I use lawyers ALL the time)

I was falsely accused of committing a crime by an angry ex who I was not in contact with for at least 6 months. He was convicted of a misdemeanor against me and I was trying to leave the area and start fresh, until I was wrongly arrested. The police were understanding and took my evidence but I still faced pretty serious charges. Greg managed to simplify this very strange case to the courts and streamlined the process for me to get my charges dropped and expunged. I am very grateful for his time and passion he put into the case. Now my record is clear and I can start rebuilding my life again.

Dr Hollowell is the patent attorney for our firm, and has done an outstanding job. She is always on top of whatever document needs to be filed, and never lets a deadline slip up on us. She extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the aspects of patent law, and she can explain it to where it is easily understood. She is someone you can talk to and know that she not only will be the best attorney, and she will always be a step ahead. We filed a patent and it was approves by the USPO, and then she laid out a plan for widening the impact of our patent and protecting our intellectual property. She works diligently today to strengthen our patents so we won't have unforeseen issues in the future with someone trying to go around them. We have another very technical patent that has just been filed where she enlisted other professionals to build the application from scratch so to speak and made it a viable presentation to the USPO that we feel confident it will be approved. She went the second mile for us on this one especially...getting detailed drawings done and verbiage etc. for a tight presentation of the material and the idea to the USPO. When we first walked into the offices of the firm for which Ms. Antle is an attorney, we thought we were two weeks away from closing the doors to our company. Debt was beyond overdue, we couldn't make the required minimum payments to vendors, and our financial institution had recently called our notes. Hope for a successful future in our family business was gone with no apparent alternatives in sight. After a several hour consultation with Ms. Antle and her colleague, our thoughts changed dramatically. We began to see options rather than demands. Our vendors were suddenly willing to work with us. Many of our most crucial vendors began to set up plans that were agreed upon at mutually advantageous rates. Finally, a thorough and well orchestrated plan was constructed as to how we would navigate through a Chapter XI reorganization. After almost two years of working together, our plan for reorganization was approved. The year that we were in a protected status was the most profitable we have had to date. We are taking in new orders from companies that we have never worked with before and are able to fund jobs with the creative ideas shared with us by their firm. This is all due to the assistance, hard work, and dedication that Ms. Antle and Joseph Liberatore put forth to ensure a successful outcome to our case. Countless hours were spent in negotiations prior to filing as well as during the reorg status. They worked out interest rates that were far lower than anything we could have accomplished as well as developed terms that would allow us to continue our success post bankruptcy. In addition to working with the creditors, vendors and financial institutions, Ms. Antle did a fabulous job managing us. Many deadlines exist in these types of cases and she was always there to help us meet those time constraints. She helped us through the litany of paperwork, filings, and related activities. To summarize, the work that Ms. Antle did for us was and continues to be immeasurable. We couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend Ms. Antle and her firm to anyone in need of this type of legal work. As I wrote this review, an event, though seemingly small, was absolutely gigantic into the mindset we took through this long and arduous process. Our initial meeting took place on a Thursday afternoon. Their compassion and caring for us as people, not clients or customers, was something that I took through the past two years. We may have lost a battle but we won the war, with that being said, Ms. Nace was very straight forward. She provided with her team, a family feeling from the team. She went above and beyond for my case with listening to everything I had to say. Every time I would call or send an email I would get a fast response and a honest one. The reason I choose this law firm was due to me speaking to someone a few years back at the firm and based on the phone conversation was the reasoning in reaching out again because I felt good vibes through a phone call that made me know they weren't here for anything other then the best for me. We went before the judge and presenting our case and reasons and even though the outcome wasn't what we expect, she didn't give up. When I received a reckless on the Dulles Access Road, I was pretty freaked out being an out-of-state driver. I met with several attorneys in Fairfax but none of them really struck a chord with me. I ended up going with Andrew Elders, the only one whom I didn't meet in person, because he was highly knowledgeable and clearly laid out his goals according to my needs. I appreciated his honesty and responsiveness to my questions. Andy appeared in Fairfax traffic court on my behalf and substantially mitigated my fine. His fees are also reasonable and I never felt like he was solely out to make a buck off of me. I highly recommend Andy for reckless speeding ticket situations but in other legal areas as well.

Andrew is the best criminal defense lawyer I have come across. In one of the toughest times of my life, Andrew was the light that kept me moving forward. I was referred to Andrew through a friend of mine who had hired him for a DUI case a few months prior. When I met with him to discuss my case Andrew spent over an hour asking me questions and explaining the different nuances of my case. From that moment on he kept me informed of what he was doing, what the prosecutors were doing, what I should expect, and the possible outcomes. He is extremely intelligent, personable, and receptive to his clients needs. His team is just as talented - the entire firm will meet every need you have. I am grateful for mister rasul. there are many remarkable things that set his firm apart from others. Firstly I’m thankful because he won my case of cancellation of removal (deportation) and worked really hard along with his team to present a very strong case. He also got my mom her US citizenship which many people had told me would be a waste of time to try because of her limitations speaking the English language. Him and his staff members take their time meeting with you plenty of times before you have to appear in court. I particularly appreciate his mindfulness when it comes to pricing as he is not a greedy lawyer by any means and understands many immigrants don’t always have the best paying jobs. he is there to assist you if needed (he went to the citizenship interview with my mom) He also offers monthly payment plans which is extremely helpful. I now have told my close friends about mister rasul and because of my case results they will be making an appointment with him. I think he is the ideal lawyer because he is focused on one thing and one outcome: winning your case.

Alan Dobson did a great job for my ESL student. She arrived in the US in May, 2013, at age 23 to join her mother, based on a request as a child of an asylee that originated in 2004, when she was 15. It took so long to get to the US because her government would not let her leave the country. When she applied for permanent residence status (the green card), the USCIS said that because of her age, she would have to granted asylum on her own. That is when Alan Dobson was hired. He knew exactly what needed to be done, that is, to request asylum, Nunc Pro Tunc. Mr Dobson filed for asylum for my student, represented her at the hearing and helped her refile the request for the green card, all for one very reasonable fixed fee. She was granted asylum and received her green card. Unfortunately for my student, this process took several years, first because of a mistake at the USCIS office in Texas and then the huge backlog of cases in immigration court. Through all this time, Mr. Dobson maintained contact with my student, helped her renew her work permit several times (at no additional charge) and was always professional, courteous and upbeat when she was most discouraged. She could not have had a better attorney or a better person handling her case.

Mary was referred to me by a family attorney in Northern VA and was highly recommended. Joanna and her staff filed my application, my appeals, and Joanna went to a hearing with me. Her staff is very knowledgable about all aspects of Social Security. If I couldn't talk to Joanna, I could talk to K and she would be able to answer most of my questions. They were upfront and honest with me the entire time and never let me lose hope with kind words and a good sense of humor. It was an experience that I don't want to repeat, but if I had to, I would not go any other way. Michael Huyoung was a godsend for us. At age 68 I found myself in a situation I never could have imagined and was being prosecuted by the federal government and was looking at a long sentence. Never ever in all my 68 years have I ever faced such a frightening possibility and had never, prior to that time, been involved in crime. I was informed by the FBI that I needed to get a good attorney. With no experience and things like that I was at a loss to even know where to begin so I asked our eldest son, who was a policeman at that time, who he would recommend and he immediately said Michael Huyoung. Over his many years as a policeman he had seen hundreds of attorneys at work and he said Michael was the best. He was absolutely correct. It was a complicated case and Michael invested the time and effort both to understand what was the nature of what I was accused of and communicate honestly with me regarding what might be my outcome. Even though I my wife and I were terrified he never offered false hope but was forthright and objective. Even the US attorney told us that I had a very good attorney. I was permenantly disabled during routine knee surgery at a VA hospital. With my sisters help we contacted a local law firm and met Jonathan. I was truelly blessed many years ago to have acquired Mr. Petty as my attorney. Jonathan defies in my book the general consensus of lawyers today. He takes on a case that I believe he first and for most believes in, and takes full charge in doing the most and best for his client! To everyone who is looking for the best lawyer out there, in my opinion, Mr. Jonathan M. Petty is one of the best lawyers that I have worked with.
