I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?

Armen got involved in my case--which seemed very complicated, in the summer of 2015, when our judge started getting a little peculiar and guided the litigation--as well as the senior partner in his firm, through to the default judgment phase. And although there are some interesting technical points over the next six months that must be traveled, the outcome could NOT have been better. It goes without saying that I am NOT the easiest of clients to work with, and the manner in which Armen was able to diffuse my 'all-over-the-place' personality, while still dealing with an absolutely crazy judge to get the outcome we got was absolutely AMAZING and deeply appreciated. I will say that I will rest extremely easier once we are truly done with the judgment being satisfied, BUT to have gotten to this point, with the judgment that Armen obtained is truly one of the greatest things that has ever been done for me, as well as my family.

I was referred to Clark through a mutual friend when I needed help negotiating and completing a complicated Real Estate purchase. My everyday attorney was more of a loan documents preparer and I needed some expert advice since the selling party was unwilling to waiver. It was a refreshing experience working with a Lawyer as dedicated and knowledgeable as Clark Braunstein. He was able to quickly understand what I needed to accomplish, and was able to help close the deal that worked for all parties involved, and in record time! His ability to move quickly, and drill down to the core of the negotiations and move the process along was truly a deal saver.
Since this experience, I have gone back to Clark on a number of issues, and have since made him my legal counsel of choice (even for something as simple as reviewing loan documents). I trust Clark to review all of my legal matters, and translate them into lemans terms so I can more easily understand the pro’s and con’s of each transaction I am going into.

This was my First time working with Clark Braunstein and he was able to save me! A friend referred me and I was initially skeptical because I have been treated really poorly by attorneys in the past. Although the accusations against me were false, I knew we had an uphill battle and was considering giving up. My business partners are crooks and Clark was able to meticulously show in court that the property belonged to me and that my partners had no claim to any past, present, or future earnings. I have since recommended Clark Braunstein to a number of my associates. The reason being is I trust him and he is a straight shooter and he gets the job done.

Jonathan Yaghoubzadeh worked very hard to get me and my husband a fair settlement. We were kept informed at all stages and were told what to expect at every juncture. I was really nervous about the status of my case considering that I am an F-1 student going to an H1-B. Like what I had anticipated, my case went bad and there is only little time left for me to qualify for Green Card Status. Fortunately, I was then referred by a colleague to Atty. Hasson who happened to help her family emigrate in the U.S. I arrange to have a consultation. It was free and it was done in a timely manner. I did not feel being rushed and all my questions were answered directly. He laid out the reasonable legal fees. As he took over, he provided consistent information regarding my status till the end. I am so thankful for Attorney Darrick! I had been out of status for over 20 years and had a deportation order entered against me in immigration court. Other law often uncomfortable .they were doing you a favor. Not so at Vaziri
I was completely surprised when Mr. Vaziri called to tell me the outcome of my case. It was much more than I expected! I've never experienced that before. He, was celebrating with me!.Usually law firms are happy to see you leave.
In particular, I want to praised Ruth Marin! I don't think I couldn't have survived with her!! You'll love her also. Although, im not certain or her position. I'm hoping she is the closest thing to being a case manager. I'm thinking, she should be a partner!
Mr. Vaziri and Ruth Marin, are extraordinary representatives legal firms. firms should. Sad others don't function in that manner!

I contacted me.canter about my case and he instantly replied and made me confident he knew and dealt with my works insurance company plenty of times. And I was not deceived. Due to him having many cases, I did have to keep calling and check on status parts of the case, but me.canter and hisbteam were all very sympathetic, and informative as well as helpful. Because of his professional experience I was able to only suffer four months (instead of years and was all works insurance fault) and he was able to speed up the process of my settlement and the check because the insurance company taking forever caused my family and I to become homeless.
I received my check a week in a half maybe close to two weeks after it was signed.
I highly recommend Mr. Canter and his staff. They try very hard to be as responsive and quick as possible and you can tell they actually care about you, not in it for his (small) percentage of the money.

Mr Canter was a very helpful advocate when I was dealing with an injury which made it hard to get back to work. Because of defendants that simply wouldn't take my case seriously, my lawsuit lasted longer than I expected and there were many times I wanted to simply give up, not thinking it would be worth it. Not only was Alon encouraging about keeping on with the case, he would check in now and again as to the emotional turmoil that the lawsuit was causing me. Luckily I took his advice and saw it through to trial, as that day in court that we WON I was so overwhelmed I was almost in tears: it was like a huge weight had been lifted. I was involved in a car accident in Modesto, California. It was a very scary accident for me because I was seven months pregnant at the time and was taken by ambulance to the local hospital. A few years ago, I suffered a broken arm from a slip and fall accident. At first, I tried to work with the insurance company myself to get my medical bills covered. I consigned a vintage car in an action. It sold. The auction house delayed paying me the hammer price. When I enquired about the delay they told me the buyer was disputing the provenance of the car.
At that point I hired Cheryl Ruggerio to negotiate on my behalf.
