Mr. Adair was able to work out an favorable plea deal for me. The prison term was shortened by 3 years. He assisted in my defense in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. For every court appearance he informed me of the proceedings making me feel comfortable and less stressed. MOST importantly he defended me vigorously allowing me to accept a shorter prison term than the DA wanted. I would recommend Mr. Adair and have recommended him with a doubt.

My wife left me unilaterally and unexpectedly, and took our 2 year old son with her. She also retained an attorney in San Diego, who supposedly has raving reviews, and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against me.
I had to act quickly and entered my name into a link on the internet while looking for attorney's to defend myself, and voila, I received a call from Ross Veta. I was skeptical at first, but after an initial consultation, it was clear he was the right person for the task at hand due to his ‘calming effect’ on the situation I was facing. Ross and I worked together like a team, which is what people really need to do if they intend on prevailing in their case.
My estranged wife’s declaration was not only full of lies, distortions, and half-truths, but errors, including the wrong date we were married, with many other absurd allegations. I don’t know if these errors were hers, from her attorney, or his staff, but her declaration was poorly written, and her attorney should have ensured that these absurd allegations were not part of her declaration; they clearly made her out to be foolish and petty.
Ross took full advantage of the opposing party’s errors, omissions, and lies, yet focused on those things that truly mattered to the judge in our case, someone he is familiar with here in North County.
Divorce is a very emotional experience, and it has been for me since my estranged wife tried to drag me through the mud. Yet Ross Veta saw right through all the smoke and mirrors, and came up with a game plan to deal with each allegation. Needless to say, I wasn’t as impressed my estranged wife’s attorney nearly as much as I was with Ross Veta.
Ross has a demeanor that can’t be matched; he’s focused, but is also a very likable person, something that’s rare in the legal profession.
The outcome? I won the case and the Domestic Violence case was dropped, even before Ross had the opportunity to cross-examine my estranged wife. And I even have joint custody, and almost 50% visitation of my 2 year old son. Thanks for everything Ross.

I recently closed a complicated and rushed real estate transaction in Mexico and retained Antonio Maldonado. I also have used Antonio in the past. I cannot say enough positive things about this guy. He is extremely bright, professional, reliable, prompt, and has loads of integrity. I would not hesitate for a moment to use him again and while I do not do this often I strongly encourage others to use him. Antonio was available to me 24/7 as were other in his firm, he was patient and a clear and concise communicator. He also listened very well and always repeated back to me what he felt I was saying. Lastly, there were times that he needed to be "tough" in my transaction both with me and others and he did not hesitate to do so which I respect. She carefully reviewed the documents and gave me a lengthy opinion without even discussing money. When my partner and I decided to formalize our estate planning and establish a trust we contacted several lawyers and found a wide range in prices. Gary was recommended by a good friend and his rate was very reasonable. He offered all of the same services as lawyers charging twice as much.
We met with him and found him to be knowledgeable, answering all of our questions in language we could understand. He clearly outlined the steps needed to create the trust and was always available when we had questions about the drafts. Nick is awesome. I was referred to him by a family friend during a difficult time and he did an excellent job making me feel like I had nothing to worry about and was honest and forthcoming about what exactly to expect and how to prepare. Ronza was my 3rd lawyer after my own first two supposedly "good" lawyers sucked me dry of money in my divorce case.
Despite all the skepticism towards lawyers I regained trust, thanks to Ronza, at least in some lawyers out there.
Ronza rightly says in her profile that she will guide you in the right direction early on, wherever she thinks someone else may be in a better position to help her clients. That is the biggest thing a client can hope from a lawyer.
Apart from her sincerity, she is aggressiveve and gives full attention to her clients case, is very clear on where it would cost how much.
Works with you in helping to cut cost where possible.
Gives a clear picture, grim or solid, whatever it maybe. No sugar coating or unnecessary fear mongering which some corrupt lawyers use to milk their clients.
Would have givenher 5.5 stars if that was an option :)

Before Ronza I had very little direction from all 3 of my previous divorce lawyers. They all wanted me to settle for their best interest but Ronza made me feel like she really cared and did not let me settle for anything less than i deserved. I was involved in a serious car accident and called Kerry. I was in a panicked state of mind when I called his firm; his Secratery forwarded me directly to Kerry. Kerry spoke to me in a calm demeanor and asked about the accident, which I fully explained to him. He informed me that, based off of what I told him, I wasn't at fault. But he offered to send his investigator to the scene of the accident if it would make me feel better.
Kerry was sincere and really cared about my physical condition from the accident and was more than willing to assist me, even though, as he suggested, I wasn't at fault. I would recommend Kerry to anyone and everyone. His impeccable knowledge and sincerity helped me through the accident.

luckily I was the only one hurt in the accident. If it wasn't for Kerry Steigerwalt handling my case I was facing some serious jail time.

If you are in need of a lawyer chances are you have serious problems that you need help with so you need to make sure you find the right lawyer. My long term disability benefits were cut off when my neurosurgeon signed a statement prepared by the insurance company stating that I was able to return to work. After receiving my 2nd DUI I got in touch with Amy. She was very straight forward and honest with me about my case, which meant I was always aware of every possibility. During my pending 2nd DUI I made the stupid choice to drive again and I ended up receiving my 3rd DUI. Amy showed me no judgment and openly accepted both cases at a increadable rate.
