When i first met with Lori, she encouraged me to get consults from other attorney's before i made my decision. I respect that because I did not feel forced into making a life changing decision. Lori was very knowledgeable and honest about my case. She was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. There were times when I let my emotions get the best of me and Lori handled them professionally. At the end, Lori turned out to be the perfect choice, helping me walk away with a fair settlement. I think the best thing about Lori, was that she was the only attorney. You do not have to worry about someone else handling your case. There is no doubt in my mind that Lori will be my first choice for now on.

I engaged Ms Hoddy to represent me in an uncontested divorce. Even though it was uncontested there were a lot of details to consider due to it being a 20 year marriage with a minor child and a business. I found her to be both extremely personable and highly professional with a significant amount of related experience. She was able to clearly and concisely cover the legal aspects but also pointed out some very important personal considerations I would not have thought about. When going through a divorce I feel it is very important to receive solid legal advice from a highly experienced professional but at the same time have this discussed in a friendly and comfortable manner. I was referred to Lori by another attorney who stated that Lori is the right attorney for my case. My case was regarding alimony for a CA considered long term marriage that I failed to obtain any relief in past court appearances. At our first consultation, Lori was very realistic and explained to me possible outcomes, obviously not miracles. I really was impressed with her professionalism and straight forward opinion based on her experience. After her putting the case together, my long awaited court day finally came, and Lori presented the case. in my view the case totally went in my favor with a court decision that was fair with an end date for my alimony support. Mr. Singer was an appointed lawyer for my son, a mentally ill prison inmate. He pulled out all stops to help my son get transferred to a prison closer to me and my wife so that we can visit him more. Mr. Singer is now a judge and he still returns my calls, though he is no longer able to represent our son. I pray for my son's early release so that he can receive better mental treatment than that available through the corrections system.

Mr SInger helped me resolve a battle I was having for many years with my neighbor. This was a real estate issue where my trees had grown and were encroaching on the neighbor's side and dropping stuff into their pool. We went to mediation and Singer worked out a good settlement for me and the trees were allowed to stay ant not be cut down!

I had never been in any legal trouble before so finding out I had not one but two serious and violent felony strike offenses filed against me was beyond scary, especially when I knew I was the real victim. Mr. Kline showed true dedication and determination to not only prove my innocence but also managed to have both charges dismissed during the readiness process without my case ever having to move into preliminaries for trial. He was amazing and It was such a comfort to me knowing I had an attorney, such as Mr. Kline, in my corner fighting for true justice. Antony has represented me for the past two years in several matters including: employment matters, regaining my license after losing my license from too many tickets and he was able to get my full (non-restricted) driving privileges back. I was told it was impossible by everyone, but he found a way to get me an emergency meeting and we wrote out a declaration and went fully prepared and the DMV liaison was impressed that he gave me my full unrestricted driving privileges back!
He went above and beyond and helped me lock in an interview at my dream job which ended up hiring me. He has taken on several roles and not the typical attorney I have dealt with in the past. I also referred an acquaintance I knew for a 2nd DUI and he explained everything to her in detail every step of the way and took all the stress off her back.
Antony has become invaluable to me. His specialized area of practice is employment and civil matters and he is extremely down-to-earth and a natural at what he does. Matthew helped me draw up contracts for my music business. I understood very basic levels of what I needed and he took my basic needs and created amazing templates for me to use for all future bookings and music that we obtain. I never needed a lawyer until I was rear ended and it was so clear cut who was at fault I thought I was able to handle it myself but after about a year I decided it was too much stress work and hassle so I shopped around and I was looking for the lowest price attorney which I think was Brett and I'm glad I found him so down to earth humble and a great office environment because it's just basically him and the secretary you will deal with which is very comforting well he handled everything made all the Timely calls and appointments even offering us rides when we needed it. He's such a nice guy but knows the law even the other side likes him. Lots of experience I would use him again and recommend him highly. He's the type of lawyer that you would want to be friends with afterwards. We ended up settling in mediation so I didn't get a chance to see him go to trial which would be a good idea to do if you can before you hire him. Has a very nice office location that's very reassuring and in a nice location. Be sure to go to Pho Xpress right around the corner for a good meal at a reasonable price. So if you ever need a lawyer don't handle it yourself it's a waste of time and one more thing about Brett is you get the feeling he is not a crooked lawyer which is a plus when you are in the right! And the top it all off and I'm not implying it may happen to you but maybe because I was such a good client and we did a lot of the paperwork to a degree he even gave me a percentage of his settlement probably because of the pain and suffering I had to go through and how tight the other side was which was Allstate Insurance. Another reason I was blessed to find him by happenstance was because I was looking for a lawyer who was near me and he was also he always return phone calls right away and emails and he communicated very thoroughly and patiently from the beginning to the end not like some lawyers who are so friendly in the beginning to get you to sign with them but then afterwards they are more colder but not Brett he was very professional and kind to the end. San Diego is blessed to have him living here helping us get a fair trial, Justice and compensation for our pain and suffering. And if I was to share some advice I would say don't use your own credit cards on different doctors like I did searching all over for a cure because the other side will not settle soon enough and you have so many fees and interest that my credit is ruined. I I would recommend just send one group of doctors and just have one bill and that based on contingency of a settlement that would have resulted in so much less stress and problems in my life. There is a really nice place in Hillcrest call fix body group and they handle everything there I went there and should have stayed there to my healing was complete which it never was but then again I had to do a bunch of injections and Kaiser really did me right but they couldn't feel the pain short of major surgery to replace my neck bones with screws and pieces of metal. But now I heard they have new treatment where they will take a cadavers bone and if it's a match can fix your neck which I may still do in the future. Anyways don't drink and drive or get distracted by the radio your cell phone or any other sightseeing please just look ahead all the time and do not tailgate and be prepared for for a car to stop at anytime even on the freeway in the middle of the day in perfect weather. There's no need to speed or tailgate if you do you risk much pain and suffering for yourself or others and in the end it only saves you a few minutes better to be safe than sorry and an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure. You will get there when you get there life is too short to have to go through it with pain for the rest of your life!

I have been working the phone the past few days in a attempt to get legal advise and hire a lawyer. The last several offices I called either did not answer their calls or had a receptionist take a message only to never hear from them again. The one or two who did answer my call either had no interest or did not practice in the area I required. Neither offered any advise or a referral. Then I got lucky and gave Brett Peterson a call. Brett did not practice in the area I needed however he spent the last 15 minutes, giving me referrals and advice on how to proceed forward. I appreciate and value Bretts honesty and advise. I will absolutely keep him in mind should I have a need in the future!

We hired Ron Stormoen to help in a lawsuit in which my previous employers of 30 years were essentially trying to seize our retirement by reneging on the ownership they promised us early in the relationship. It was extremely important to us to receive justice and this money we had earned over our careers. Ron had faith in us and took our case. He smartly and successfully litigated our case and the jury found 12-0 verdicts in our favor on almost all questions. We won both the breach of contract cause of action as well as the intentional misrepresentation fraud case. I wish this had never turned into a lawsuit, but in the end I was extremely satisfied with the results. In addition, all throughout the case, Ron showed integrity and a commitment to the truth – he never was deceitful and played by the rules. While it is extremely satisfying to win, it is even better to do so without compromising ones’ ethics. I would hire Ron again (although I hope I never have to.) Good luck in your pursuit for justice!

I was facing serious federal charges and was my first time being in any kind of trouble with the law. I was introduced to Mr. Spears through a retainer with Seyb Law Group in Tustin, CA. He was able to work with the U.S. Attorney on a plea agreement. I was facing 7 years, but Mr. Spears got the most serious charges dropped and I was only facing a possession-only charge. I was in the market for a lawyer to help me clear my arrest record for a DUI that the D.A never filled charges, but the arrest was still on my record. I was all set to meet with another lawyer the day after I gave Brian a call, but I was referred to Brian from another lawyer contact that I picked up from my job. Called his office, got him on the phone, explained my situation, he told me exactly what he would do and how much it would cost. I wanted to set up a face to face meeting or we could have just corresponded via snail mail. I chose the face to face option.
I went to the previously scheduled meeting with the other lawyer. The other lawyer said what Brian proposed to do could not be done and was going to charge me 85 percent more then what Brian quoted. I thanked him for his time and went to my meeting with Brian.
When I met with Brian it was painless, I peppered him with questions about wether I was legally entitled to the remedy he was seeking. He said that I was, a direct contradiction of the previous lawyer that I talked to. After signing things that allowed Brian to represent me I again asked him when I could expect a result of the remedy he was seeking with SDPD. He gave me a one month turnaround. I walked out of his office reassured. And only spending a tiny fraction of what the other lawyer was quoting me.
The month came and I got a letter from Brian with what he had promised from SDPD. He also requested that my arrest be sealed and destroyed. This was the same process that the other lawyer was going to charge me an arm and a leg for. I called Brian and got him on the phone right away, asked how much the extra motion was going to cost. He told me not to worry and will discuss any extra fees dependent on how SDPD responded to the request to seal and destroy. Again this was a request that the first lawyer said that SDPD usually never grants. Brian on the other hand told me to wait it out for their response. He again gave me a one month deadline for them to respond.
Before the one month deadline I got another letter from Brian indicating that SDPD had agreed to seal and destroy the record of the arrest. I can not thank Brian enough, I can legally and honestly answer any question about wether I have ever been arrested with a resounding NO. Do your research first and talk to Brian and see what he says. I trust him 100 percent.

Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Hairgrove over a phone consultation about a problem concerning my son. Many attorneys come off as being pretentious and impersonable, acting as if they're doing you a favor and making it obvious that their payday is most important. How refreshing it was to speak Mr Hairgrove. I spoke with him for approximately 30 minutes and not once did I feel hurried. Mr Hairgrove never spoke about retaining his services or related costs. He just talked to me about the issue and offered good sound advice. I was the one who offered to pay his fees for a conference call representation in which he could have easily accepted and made some easy cash. Instead, he told me that he would make himself available if needed but offered me enough sound advice that would help me settle the matter without an attorney.
I worked for over 30 years in Law Enforcement and met some good attorneys but many that I didn't care for because of lack of ethics and integrity. Mr. Hairgrove seems like one of good lawyers that still believes in integrity over profits. I would not hesitate to retain his service if needed! Thank you again!

I was referred to Jared A Roark from a friend. I was in dire need of an estate planning attorney to help me with the sale of my mother's house, which was documentation in her trust but the correct paperwork was never filed to transfer the deed into the trust. The day I called Mr. Roark, he was on it and told me exactly what needed to be done and what he needed from me. My case was not easy. Before I hired Thompson Wedeking, a recovery seemed nearly impossible. To be more specific, I knew I had right on my side and I knew a court would rule in my favor, but whether I would ever see any money was the real issue. Long story short, thanks to Attorney Chavez and her legal assistant Mayra Barrera, my case got recently approved. An attorney who is not specialized in immigration let me know their firm and I had been interested to work with Attorney Chavez in particular among multiple attorneys in the firm due to her speciality and thankfully she took my case in the end of the same year. Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.
