Laura took over my injury case after my previous attorney was unable to continue. She hit the ground running and didn't skip a beat. Staying on top of the other driver's insurance company and pushing my case along. Laura consulted with me when needed and had my best interest when advocating for me. Always telling it straight, the good and the bad. In the end a settlement was reached which was more than I was hoping for. Now that may not always be the case, but having Laura made me feel like it was always a possibility. I highly recommend Mrs. Lindsey if you value honest forthright communication like I do. I was recommended to Laura Lindsey and the Walton Law firm by a relative after I suffered injuries from an accident. From the start, I could tell I was in good hands. Laura is incredibly hard working and detail-oriented. Personal injury cases are often complex so you need someone who minds the details. She sat down with me and completely dissected my case from start to finish and laid out several scenarios for how the case would transpire. Over the following weeks, she kept me continually up to date and helped me through the complexities of my treatment and insurance issues. She was also very honest - when it became apparent that the case required an attorney with a different specialty than Walton Law she recommended a different lawyer whom I am now with and happy with. If she hadn't gone to the trouble of researching and finding an attorney with the required specialty I required, I would be out of luck. I highly doubt I would have received the same care from another attorney after they realized a lawyer with a different specialty was needed. I was the executor for my mother's trust when she passed away in 2006. After checking around with friends seeking a recommendation for a good Estate/Probate attorney, all I can say is "Wow!" what a great recommendation I was given. One meeting with Andrew and I could tell what a person of character and integrity he was, and he did not disappoint during the entire two years it took to resolve the estate. One of my brothers created some difficulty during the process by refusing to honor our mother's will. Andrew guided me step-by-step through the process, recommended other good attorneys that were needed to resolve issues outside his area of expertise, and was there for me like a friend while performing his professional responsibilities with great care and knowledgeable ability. Obviously the fact that I needed to use Frann Setzer means I was in an undesirable situation, and when it’s your child’s wellbeing at stake it is a scary time. Attn. Fran Setzer was recommended to me by a previous employer and I'm truly grateful they did.
She was friendly from day one and broke my case down into different scenarios/possibilites. She gave me all the options and definitely advised me as to which were most practical.
She always followed up with me within 24 hours of a call or e-mail and if she was travelling/ OOO she would let me know beforehand.
Obviously divorces aren't pleasant but in the unlikely circumstance that it happened again I already know who I would call!!!! I was always a couple steps ahead and there were no surprises.

Like many other people I had poor experiences with larger firms and attorneys who were more concerned with making money than getting to know the client and working toward positive results for the client. In my experience with Daniel, not only did he take the time to get to know me, my case and the results I was hoping for, he made valiant efforts to keep me updated and aware of what my options were at all times. I contacted Ray Lewis after my Mother died after a fall in rehabilitation center of which she was a patient. This was a very emotional time for me. Ray was very understanding and helpful. I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and suffered a separated shoulder. I called the Liljegren law group in Escondido to represent me. My case was really messed up before I was referred to K. Wick. I had years of neck pain, an undiagnosed neck fracture which resulted in cervical fusion. She took on a difficult medical case for me and settled in an impressive manner, very diligent in her work.
Karin Wick really listens to your problems; I know I can be very repetitive and would exasperate the best of them! But she showed no signs of being impatient, unlike other attorneys I know.

Gary has helped me get through a difficult BK. Not only is he a excellent attorney, he's a very nice person. He has taken time to listen and work diligently far beyond his fees. I would be far worse off without him. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a caring attorney. He knows his law and how to apply it. A friend told me to hire any BK attorney and that price should dictate that choice. I don't agree with that at all now. I would give 10 stars to Ms. Oxley if I could. I was on a nasty two and a half years divorce process. I was trying to take care of it on my own. After making a research on family lawyers, I found Mrs. Oxley, and was on the top of the list with 5 stars and great reviews. I did not disappoint making the top choice and higher stars selection. After the first visit, Mrs. Oxley review my profile and request, the same day she expressed that my concerns and request are valid and that we should proceed with together to achieve the rights as a father. I agreed, shortly after, Mrs. Oxley and Mrs. Yolanda to form a complete team to achieve all the goals set on the table. We started with mediation, opposition party denies all the rights at mediation, went to Los Angeles County court after mediation visits failed, and going with a strong character, well prepared lawyer it make a huge difference, It took just the first visit to start achieving all the custody rights and visitation rights. I was involved in a car accident on Friday the 13th. I was the typical case of a person who ignored the pain and wanted to move on. I made the mistake (now a blessing) of telling my brother what happened. He immediately demanded that I call his Attorney, Christine McCoy. He wouldn't let me say no.
