Roger's father took care of my divorce, and many years later, one of the aspects of that ruling came into effect. My ex wasn't cooperating, so Roger took on his father's case and worked the issue despite delaying tactics and attempts to skirt the law by the opposing party. Through his perseverence, he was finally able to bring the divorce to an end. I can't thank him enough.

Having interviewed many lawyers both in person and over the phone, none stood out to me as Roger Keithly did. Some of the lawyers that were interviewed were considered among the hardly affordable "San Diego Super Lawyers" and were asking ridiculous retainers that would have me getting a second mortgage on my house. All but one, Roger Keithly III, appeared to want to settle through mediation. For me, mediation was not an option. Every lawyer besides Roger seemed to want the case to settle in mediation. I, on the other hand, did not want to settle as it would infringe upon my rights as the parent to be able to decide who my child saw and for how long.
Roger stood out within the first five minutes as he demonstrated confidence and poise. He demonstrated that he truly cares about both the client and the child that is regarded in the case. Most importantly, he was willing to to bring such a contest to the opposing party that it would almost appear that weren't on the defensive side at all.
As a father with sole legal and physical custody, I found myself on the defensive end of a grandparent who was seeking visitation while her daughter, my ex-wife, is incarcerated. In the short period leading up to the case, He reviewed the laws thoroughly and came prepared and with confidence.
He took on my case with short notice, only a week after mediation with Family Court Services and three weeks prior to my hearing in front of the judge . In the courtroom, Roger was a true artsison, capable of defending my case in such a manner that the court would have no other options but to see an outcome in my favor. His courtroom ediquette and mannnerisms are second to none as he demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in the court room.
Roger retains my strongest recommendation for anyone with any Family Law matters at hand!

Attorney Keithly was great. He was always available to answer my questions and did not give my case to some associate attorney, he handled it himself personally. He was focused on helping get my case resolved, unlike other attorneys who are just about running up the bills. I would recommend Attorney Keithly to any of my friends and family that have to go through a divorce.

I was investigated by the Bureau of Real Estate, which ultimately made an Accusation against me. I was referred to Attorney Earll Pott for legal representation in the matter, and I am so glad to have met Earll. Claudia was very lawyer to work with, from the beginning she explain how she works and how she charges. That made me feel very trustworthy with Mrs. Garcia. She always kept me informed of everything was going on and the most important thing is that she has passion for what she represent and she very knowledgeable as a lawyer. Any calls I made or email I wrote to her was always answer the same day or next day, she was always responsive. In the end of my divorce she took care of everything and everything went as was plan, she was always punctual for her appointments with me and always showed to court with me on time which was very important to me since I had attorneys that I had in the pass that did even showed up to court. At just 21 years old, my entire life changed, I was facing multiple false accusations resulting in multiple felony charges and facing a possible lengthy prison sentence. I do not come from money, I’ve never been in any legal trouble, I’ve never even had a speeding ticket, and all of the sudden all of my money was exhausted fighting this and it was looking as if I would be serving time for a crime I didn’t do. Let me start off by saying I can't thank Logan enough for all his hard work. He took on a family member's case, which was very intense. Logan took the case head on and helped us remain calm through out the entire case, which felt like a roller coaster as we hoped we wouldn't hear the worst during each court. Logan was reassuring the whole time and responsive. He was in constant communication with all of us, and there were many of us constantly seeking updates. There was no question that was too dumb, nor did it phase him when I asked the same questions rephrased, as I wanted to make sure I understood. He was always very professional and checked in with us before walking into each court to give us a run down of what to expect, and gave us a summary as we walked out of court and told us what the next steps were. This case was a big deal because we were looking at a 10-15 year minimum sentence, and he got us the best deal possible. Jail time came out to 270 days. 270 DAYS! How Logan did it, I don't know, but he truly worked him magic and fought hard for us. I could not thank you Logan enough times, he got us out of a life altering jam. Highly recommend him!!

I'd like to start this reviewing by stating that this was my first time ever finding myself in legal trouble and it was for a false accusation that threatened to destroy my business and career, and, as the sole provider for my family, it put us all at extreme risk. Needless to say, this situation was horrifying and highly traumatic. I found myself in a place where I desperately needed someone to fight for me, hear me, and protect my business and my family. Unfortunately, the first place I turned to was a different firm unassociated with Logan Noblin. That firm was my first experience with a legal team, and the moment after I fired them and hired Logan it was plain to see how exceptional Logan is, and lightyears beyond the team I was working with originally. Logan was everything I thought I needed and more in an attorney. He was professional, strategic, compassionate, and, most importantly, someone who fought for me from our first moment to our last. Michelle is amazing,
Having to deal with my legal issues was stressful. I don’t know what to expect. Mr. Provenzale has been attentive, persistent, nimble, and classy throughout this ugly & nerve-wracking divorce process. I was arrested for a DUI back in 2003. I was totally at fault and suffered the consequences however Robert totally had the charges minimized for me as the DA tried me for 2 counts. Robert was able to get it reduced to the one count and was the most professional lawyer who could have handled my case. I really appreciate him as a friend and as my attorney!

Robert handled a case for me when I was arrested in Hillcrest by the cops for falling asleep in my car on the side of the road. The police accused me of being under the influence of drugs, and took me to jail. Robert was very fast acting and kept me informed on my case the entire time. He was successful with his negotiations in court and no bad marks were put on my record. I would highly recommend Robert.

I was very impressed with Jason Feldman. I spoke with several other immigration attorneys, and am very glad that I hired Jason. I had a difficult EB-1 extraordinary green card case. He walked me through the process and put together a very strong case. I felt like I always understood what was going on. All of my phone calls and emails were returned right away. Many of my friends would tell me how their lawyers wont' return their calls, and they wouldn't know what was going on. Even worse some of them had their cases denied. For the level of service and expertise, I felt like their firm was a good deal financially. I highly recommend them and do so to anyone that needs immigration services.

I was trying to obtain an L-1 visa to work in the U.S. intermittently. Having previously dealt with a law firm that recommended against applying for the visa, and this after only one e-mail contact, I tried Feldman Feldman & Associates. They felt quite the opposite. They told me what I needed to submit, helped me compile the necessary information and submitted the application the day after I sent in the required information. I am a new entrepreneur. I started my business in September of 2014. In the past year, I have been guided by Jake's expertise. I reached out to Jacob regarding a contract in the entertainment industry. While I consider myself very meticulous and curious about legal jargon, I know when some things are out of my hands, and heard of Jacob through a friend. It was my first time asking an attorney to review a contract, for my benefit. Jacob reached out to me via phone, and asked I was looking for (in terms of protection, expectations, rights, etc) before he got to work. I voiced my concerns and thoughts, and he went to work. The same day he called me back saying the contract had to revised as it contained clauses and language clearly supporting the other party, and he made the appropriate revisions. He also said he'd revise the contract as required based on negotiations.
Being in the entertainment industry, we artists tend to not have enough capital to think about our future interests, and we sign contracts blindly. This is wrong. Because we are financially vulnerable, it's even more important to protect what asset we do have, any will have coming to us. Bigger companies have well-paid attorneys drafting contracts in clear favor of their clients. Jacob helped me by working with my budget and providing prompt service so I, too, feel like I have a vested interest in this transactional relationship with the other party.

One of the most knowledgable immigration attorneys in the US. I have done contract work for her for 20+ years., and I have watched how honest and helpful she is with her clients. Having just had my first experience as a plaintiff in a courtroom trial, I found it incredibly gut-wrenching and stressful to say the least. At no other point in my life did I have so much at risk: my career, my reputation, a large sum of money and the integrity of our HOA were all on the line (the HOA is the mountain town of Lake Arrowhead which consists of nearly 10,000 properties). This was a huge event for any individual, and I could think of no other professional to have on my side than Greg Garrison.
I had interviewed several attorneys prior to Greg. Some said I didn’t have a case and others were off base on their analysis of the matter. Greg’s acumen for the law and his processing of the evidence is amazing. His ability to effectively communicate with others, whether it be a witness off the street or a judge on the bench, makes him second to none. Additionally, his passion for the profession and dedication to his clients will show the very first time you meet him. Finally, Greg’s trial preparation was efficient and methodical, and his grasp of technology allows him to maneuver much faster than other attorneys who are heavily dependent on staff and their schedules.
The final and most important consideration you must take into account is the irony of a judicial trial - having the truth on your side does not guarantee victory. We did have the facts on our side, but we were up against a formidable team of three pit bull attorneys that did a superb job of attempting to confuse the judge and obfuscate the facts. At the end of the first day of trial, the judge had been confused after hearing from both sides, as the main piece of evidence of our case was a set of complicated bylaws. However, on the second and final day of trial, Greg’s ability to convey the message in a simple and charismatic fashion to the judge secured our victory.
I believe no other attorney(s) could reproduce the victory that Greg accomplished. By saying this, I mean that even if another attorney could have won the case, the cost would have been far greater because of the voluminous amounts of material that had to be synthesized for the trial. Simply put – you can’t afford NOT to have him. I give Greg the highest recommendation possible and suggest that you retain him before your opposition does!

I was very fortunate to have been given Mike's business card the day before I flew to my home and business in Jamaica. Nearly a month to the day after flying out I found that I was in need of his service on a medical cannabis case. He gave me EXPERT advice and what he was able to do for me was what legends(and movies!) are made of.
In order to keep the identities of HIV/AIDS, Cancer and Leukemia patients private, I elected to to plead guilty on a RICO case involving 32 other individuals. To make a long story short, I was able to drive myself to and from the Courthouse! Although the Court knew that I flew in from Montego Bay 5 months after my warrant was issued, I was released on my own recognizance(OR'ed) without even confiscating my Passport.
The 32 others served 90 days in County. Mike was able to pove that I had a home and business in Jamaica(I am an American born white man!) Court documents show that I was sentenced to 3 years unsupervised probation and had to provide a "one-way ticket to Jamaica". A true miracle worker and THE right guy to have on your side when standing in front of the judge facing SB420/PROP 215 charges.

I owe Mike a lot. 3 years ago after the market crashed and I lost my job I got into the Medical Marijuana collective industry. Now in those 3 years I've had my share of troubles with the law. I'd used a few lawyers before Mike, but none of them really knew much about Medical Marijuana, they all treated my case like any other drug case. They didn't understand that I wasn't a drug dealer, that I was a business man afforded protection under CA law.
Mike was different, not only is Mike very connected in the Med Marijuana industry, but he's also very versed on the law for the subject. He knew how to show the court that I was simply following CA law and that I wasn't a criminal. I think it also helped a lot that Mike used to be a prosecutor in San Diego so he already knew all the DAs and most of the judges from working with them before. It definitely made a big difference when it came to negotiating a plea deal.
Plus Mike has always been a straight shooter with me about my situation, he's never tried to stretch the truth with me to get me to pay for something I didn't really need or wasn't worth trying and I can always get in touch with him when I need to.
I'm not in jail right now thanks to Mike and all the money/medicine the cops confiscated when they raided my shop is back in my hands because Mike fought to get it back.
The Med Marijuana business is tough from a legal perspective and I feel a lot more comfortable continuing now that I have a lawyer who really knows how to use the marijuana laws to help his clients.
I recommend anyone even thinking about getting involved in Medical Marijuana go talk to Mike first.

Stephanie Lord did an outstanding job handling our estate planning (and all of the related documents) both immediately before and following the birth of our son. I HIGHLY recommend her and her firm's legal staff. We were initially intimidated by what seemed like a complicated process to set up our will and trust and all of the healthcare directives, etc. before our son's birth. We wanted to make sure everything was in order in the event of an emergency during labor or an unforeseen event during our son's adolescence. Stephanie explained the complicated rules and documents in CLEAR terms and took care of everything for us. We had one brief meeting to sign documents before our son was born, and then another brief meeting to sign our will and trust documentation following his birth.
