I am an Army Combat Vet who suffers from multiple traumas and drug addiction. I got myself in a huge jam. Multiple bail on bail crimes. 5 felony cases all over San Diego to Orange County to be exact. I did the crimes and I did the time. All she asks for is honesty and she will fight for you. I swear she is on your side and worth every penny. My cases were so complicated and to top it off, I have priors. She managed to continue the case a year long to have me in front of the right judge. Tirelessly worked on my case that another lawyer had really messed up. I was facing a lawsuit. He gave me the personal attention that I needed to feel confident about the dismal prospects facing me. Joel was so helpful in my husbands case. We went to Joel not knowing anything about Residency, and when we came out of our first consultation with him, we felt so much better about what was to come. He answered all of our questions, and prepared us for either a good or a bad outcome. If we had any questions, he would respond within 24 hours, even on the weekend sometimes!! It was great and he is very personable, making jokes (at appropriate times). In the end, my husband was granted the Temporary Residency, and we have one more year before we can apply for permanent residence for him. We are still happily married, celebrating our 2 year anniversary this year (4 years total). I would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking for help in Immigration Law. As far as prices go, he was very reasonably priced.

If you are looking for an immigration lawyer please don't go anywhere else!!! Honestly. Stop looking, you found him. I don't know how long Joel has been in practice but it seems like maybe from the beginning of time? He knows everything. If Gandolf was an immigration lawyer.. Joel would be Gandolf.
All jokes aside, I researched many lawyers and made many contact attempts, had a few consultations, and I was always left disappointed and not feeling confident in paying for their laughable services. From my first conversation with Joel I knew he was different, and was on top of things. He made what can be an extremely stressful experience seem easy. Honestly, EASY. He's organized, RELIABLE, and he knows immigration. My husband is now a permanent resident thanks to Joel and his expertise.
I wish I could personally speak to anyone considering using him, so I could tell you what he did for my husband and I. I want to shout it from the rooftops. He is the best in the business and has never lost a case.

My wife left me unilaterally and unexpectedly, and took our 2 year old son with her. She also retained an attorney in San Diego, who supposedly has raving reviews, and filed a Domestic Violence Restraining Order against me.
I had to act quickly and entered my name into a link on the internet while looking for attorney's to defend myself, and voila, I received a call from Ross Veta. I was skeptical at first, but after an initial consultation, it was clear he was the right person for the task at hand due to his ‘calming effect’ on the situation I was facing. Ross and I worked together like a team, which is what people really need to do if they intend on prevailing in their case.
My estranged wife’s declaration was not only full of lies, distortions, and half-truths, but errors, including the wrong date we were married, with many other absurd allegations. I don’t know if these errors were hers, from her attorney, or his staff, but her declaration was poorly written, and her attorney should have ensured that these absurd allegations were not part of her declaration; they clearly made her out to be foolish and petty.
Ross took full advantage of the opposing party’s errors, omissions, and lies, yet focused on those things that truly mattered to the judge in our case, someone he is familiar with here in North County.
Divorce is a very emotional experience, and it has been for me since my estranged wife tried to drag me through the mud. Yet Ross Veta saw right through all the smoke and mirrors, and came up with a game plan to deal with each allegation. Needless to say, I wasn’t as impressed my estranged wife’s attorney nearly as much as I was with Ross Veta.
Ross has a demeanor that can’t be matched; he’s focused, but is also a very likable person, something that’s rare in the legal profession.
The outcome? I won the case and the Domestic Violence case was dropped, even before Ross had the opportunity to cross-examine my estranged wife. And I even have joint custody, and almost 50% visitation of my 2 year old son. Thanks for everything Ross.

Rosemary, is great I spoke with her on the phone for a while and sent her my fathers estate information. She carefully reviewed the documents and gave me a lengthy opinion without even discussing money. Nick is awesome. I was referred to him by a family friend during a difficult time and he did an excellent job making me feel like I had nothing to worry about and was honest and forthcoming about what exactly to expect and how to prepare. Ronza was my 3rd lawyer after my own first two supposedly "good" lawyers sucked me dry of money in my divorce case.
Despite all the skepticism towards lawyers I regained trust, thanks to Ronza, at least in some lawyers out there.
Ronza rightly says in her profile that she will guide you in the right direction early on, wherever she thinks someone else may be in a better position to help her clients. That is the biggest thing a client can hope from a lawyer.
Apart from her sincerity, she is aggressiveve and gives full attention to her clients case, is very clear on where it would cost how much.
Works with you in helping to cut cost where possible.
Gives a clear picture, grim or solid, whatever it maybe. No sugar coating or unnecessary fear mongering which some corrupt lawyers use to milk their clients.

Before Ronza I had very little direction from all 3 of my previous divorce lawyers. They all wanted me to settle for their best interest but Ronza made me feel like she really cared and did not let me settle for anything less than i deserved. If you are in need of a lawyer chances are you have serious problems that you need help with so you need to make sure you find the right lawyer. If you suddenly find yourself in a situation where your credit card debts have been sold off to third party companies who are trying to intimidate you into paying them, take a moment and give Ehud Gersten a call before you cut any checks. One of my old debts had been sold to a third party company and they tried to sued me for the balance of the account plus interest. I will try and keep it short and say, if you are in a situation like I was, dealing with a LTD Disability case and are looking for someone who will work hard, care, fight and never leave you hanging, not knowing what is going on at anytime in your case. Then look no further, stop right here and call this Attorney! Jack (John) Stennett. He won my case, which was not easy against M of O. He fought hard for me and won! There is one thing that meant the most to me about this man. Well a few things but I have to say, when ever I called upset, nervous, or anything. If he was there he took my call. If he wasn't there, he would always call me back right away.
