Myself and my clients have worked with Mr. Winton on numerous occasions over the last 8 years. The most lengthy and time consuming case was a specific performance suit in a residential real estate transaction of $1,5 Million in which I was pursuing my commission, and my client, the purchase of the home. For well over a year Mr. Winton was readily available and always returned calls promptly. His knowledge of the process and relevant law was invaluable. The case ultimately settled in such a fashion that was pretty much exactly as desired by our side.

Alex Scheingross has been my father's and my attorney since 1998. He created a trust for my dad which was thorough and trouble-free when my dad passed last year. He and his assistant have always been there during the many years of my dad's illness: availability, kindness, and legalities (POAs, trust amendments, etc.). Mr. Scheingross also helped me every step of the way when my dad passed - from guiding me as the executor to recording properties to dealing with family issues.
Mr. Scheingross also created my trust in 1999 and has been patient with all the changes I have requested as a result of my sons reaching adulthood and my need to have everything in place for my sons.
Last but not least, Mr. Scheingross finalized my divorce in 1999 after numerous attorneys gave me the run around and cost me a fortune.

Annette and her team at USA Immigration did a fantastic job at helping us process all of the proper documentation to allow us to sponsor several of our employees through H1-B visas. They did an excellent job at managing the entire process and making it easy for our company. We felt very comfortable in turning the whole process over to them. They simply requested the required information and were precise about what was needed.
Even though they have an efficient process for making submissions they are VERY detailed and careful when writing about the specifics of each of our employees. In each submission, we felt confident that it was the best application to the government that our employees could have submitted.

My young family was in a car accident recently. Thankfully, our injuries were not severe. However, we had to deal with a severely damaged car, minor injuries to my wife and I and the stress of dealing with our two boys (both under the age of 4) who were certainly shaken by the experience. After some initial back and forth with the insurance company on my own, the insurance adjuster made its "final" offer of payment. I was not comfortable with the process and made an appointment with Ms. Holm. She took the time to understand my case (even though I am sure it was a very minor matter for her office). She put together a comprehensive demand letter to the insurance company....and lo and behold....the insurance company DOUBLED their payment offer!! We could not have been happier with the personal attention offered to us by Ms. Holm. We highly recommend her as a legal advisor.

Mr. Ritaccio is a higly skilled environmental lawyer. At first he was retained to only help with the permit process for one of our major development projects and to make sure we were in compliance with all NY and FED environmental regulations. His performance was timely and exact. As it turned out Mr. Ritaccio also has a talent with negotiating and we continue to use him for settlement conferences and hearings for several of our projects.

I can sincerely say that Adam Kent is one of a kind. The day I reached out to him to share some issues I was having with a previous employer and asked him when we could further discuss more in detail over the phone some of the issues....he helped me tremendously. He gave me 1 hour of his time over the phone and it was very transparent how he is not just about $$money but a true professional that knows money can come later but resolves what can be resolved now in the present. When you call and reach out to him, if he does not answer, I can assure you will receive a call by the end of the day. I think he responds immediately to phone calls more than he does with emails but your questions are answered and he gives very good advice. I hope to never have an issue in the future with an employer but I would send all my family members, friends, and acquintances to him should anyone need legal representation. If I could choose 10 stars.....I would. Adam is very sincere, caring, trustworthy, and a must go to Attorney. We were looking for insight into a new venture, and if we should do it as part of our corporation or set up a new company. Jan gave us more than the simple answer to the question. She helped us to understand the nature of the interactions between the companies involved, tax ramifications of structuring the deal, as well as the most effective and profitable strategy for how we classify associated cost of goods internally.
She helped us to understand issues within our accounting systems and how that information would help us to have a deeper and more genuine insight into each step of the process between sales, product fulfillment and billing.
The new venture is up and running (well) and we have a stronger insight into how our businesses are performing. We've also reduced our tax bill. If you're looking for someone who is simply going to tell you what you want to hear, this might not be your attorney. If you're looking for the right answer, and expertise that crosses many valuable business disciplines (like we were), then Jan is a perfect fit.
