My family and I would like to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to my lawyer, Randall Page, and his partner, Lisa Wong, for the immediate resolution of my felony domestic violence case resulting in the outcome all in our favor. Upon identifying that my mental health issues played a significant role in the case, Randall immediately gathered all necessary psychiatric records and personally contacted my psychiatrist and requested her to prepare a report containing all pertinent details as required by the court in order to divert my case from criminal to mental health. The report was submitted and the petition for mental health diversion was granted at my next court hearing without any opposition from the DA.

Randall Page is the best criminal attorney ever! As a family man, he understands the value of family. I immediately felt a connection with him and attorney Lisa Wong. I unfortunately needed a criminal defense attorney and was pleased with Ms. Frerich's knowledge, professionalism and compassion. After receiving my 2nd DUI I got in touch with Amy. She was very straight forward and honest with me about my case, which meant I was always aware of every possibility. During my pending 2nd DUI I made the stupid choice to drive again and I ended up receiving my 3rd DUI. Amy showed me no judgment and openly accepted both cases at a increadable rate. Amy went to bat for me in front of both judges and I received only the minimum sentence of 10 days in work release for my second charge and almost the minimum for the 3rd. I could not be more happy with the outcome of my cases with the help from Amy. if there is any other services I need (which I won't). Amy will definitely be the first one I call hands down.

I contacted Nick to represent me with my former employer who was not honoring their commitment to pay on a performance-based bonus. Nick was great to deal with and very upfront about the entire process in terms of setting expectations regarding my situation. I was very impressed with his ability to quickly grasp and understand the situation after only a few conversations. Travis is very through in all aspects. From the initial visit knowing what questions to ask . All the down to a back and forth negotiation. He explained likely scenarios. He always kept in contact with me. I never had to wait long for a call to be retuned. Travia basically kept the situation in control making sure I was at ease with the situation. I filed for chapter 13 in 2019 and I haven't looked back since. Nona is a true professional who walked me through all of the steps and made it so easy. I was so stressed financially and felt like I could never get ahead so that is why I explored chapter 13. I was in an auto accident March of 2016 that was 100% the fault of the other driver. I had minor injuries but annoying pain that will be with me for the rest of my life. Tired of being jerked around by the other insurance company for over a year, I made a few calls to see what my options were. 2 lawyers would not take my case due to a gap in medical care because of work travel. They predicted the case would go to trial and they were not trial lawyers. One of them referred me to Mr Babbitt and he took my case. Luckily we settled months before trial and my settlement (in my pocket) was well over 4x the last offer I received from the other insurance company. I was unexpectedly served with an order preventing my son and I from moving across the country two days before our planned relocation. I was losing my mind and ended up through blind luck, with Mrs. McKeag as my attorney. From day one she calmed me down, always listened to me rant and rave, and was realistic with me as far as the possible outcomes. She never looked for a way to nickel and dime me and charge me for every possible thing she could have, and above all she made me feel like my son and I were her utmost priority, as opposed to being one of many cases on her plate.
She was realistic in what we should and should not do as far as filing motions. There were several times we could have taken a course of action that would have cost me thousands, yet had a very low chance of succeeding. We saw this when the opposing council took this route. When our court dates happened she was always prepared, always solid, and never once was caught unawares. She always took the high road, and always provided solid advice.
I honestly believe that if I had not her as my lawyer things could have turned out much differently no matter how in the right I was. She is the sole reason I won my move away case and was allowed to move across the country. She was able to read the judge and adjust her approach to the case on his rulings, and decisions in cases prior to ours being called. I would say this is one of her strongest qualities as opposed to a lawyer who just gets up and reads from a legal pad, or tries to stretch and twist circumstances to fit an altered version. I consider Mrs. McKeag a friend and will never be able to express my gratitude and what a phenomenal lawyer she is adequately enough through words. Her character is beyond reproach, and if I ever find myself in a position that I am in need of council, she will be my first call.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! San Diego Biz law was suggested to me via a random friend I car-pooled with. Me and my wife required the services of an immigration attorney and she recommended San Diego Biz Law. She gave me the personal number of the lead attorney/CEO Mr. Riznyk and asked me to call on a business day. Since we didn't have much time, I called him the next day which was a Sunday while he was having family time and we spoke for several minutes. He could have easily told me to call back on Monday but Mr. Riznyk gave me a free consultation and I immediately knew he was my man. I had spoken with other attorneys before then but none gave me the reassurance and confidence Mr. Riznyk exuded. I showed up at his office the next day and he handed me over to his awesome paralegal Emily Butler. Emily was fantastic! From the get go there was a very professional feel to their services and I could tell this was a great law firm with a reputation for always putting their best foot forward. Life meaning immigration process for me, application for a green card on a base of marriage, tons of official paper work and steps ... the process didn't even started and you are already overwhelmed.
You know that even one section or answer being missed or not right in the applications and procedures, and your case will go 6-8 months late and can get even more seriously complicated.
A friend of mine who had the same situation and process before me recommended to me a lawyer by name Andres.
