Diego was very calm when handling a case for one of my family members. He was very upfront on what to expect in terms of outcomes and provided the right advice based on his many years of experience that helped my family member get a dismissal with the DA by positioning the case properly and showing evidence that showed my family member was remorseful by submitting evidence of a voluntary class participation, and a letter from the psychologist.

Mr. Diego Macwilliam for me was the right lawyer, at the right time, for my particular situation. He contacted both a government agency and a private company regarding a potential fraud inditement involving me and my families estate concerning overpayment of funds. Without his experience and guidance I personally would have not been able to come to a solution for the two outside parties involved and myself. He made contacts with the two different entities and got them to provide physical representatives to conclude the transactions.
Mr. Diego Macwilliam explained each step of the way clearly and provided me with a time table. He made it possible for me to finalize the entire issue and he brought it to a defused equitable solution.

I have been with Ms. Hubbell as my family attorney since November 2003 up to present. Ms. Hubbell is an ethical attorney who responds to my concerns and needs very promptly and effectively, especially during crises. My case consisted of complicated asset division and long, bitter custodial battle. During one court date, Ms. Hubbell was very compelling in every stage. Because of her effectiveness, I had a favorable outcome for the case, which included having the other party pay for my attorney fee. Karen Hubbell provided my husband and I with excellent legal support in finalizing some lingering issues from his previous marriage. I wish he had gone to Karen from the beginning, instead of using a mediator. So many people wanting an amicable divorce shy away from hiring a lawyer, fearing that it will lead to a court battle or cost a ton of money. However, when you have financial entanglements and children involved, it is imperative to seek help from a lawyer who knows the ins and outs of the legal system and can get it done right - the first time around. We found Karen to be very straightforward and understanding of the approach we wanted to take in getting matters resolved. With her help, we were able to finally lay to rest the custody schedule and financial issues that had been dragging on unresolved for three years after his divorce. I only wish we had gone to her sooner. If we ever have any future issues, Karen Hubbell will be the first person we call.

I had an issue with a real estate property that went sour. I called Jason based on recommendations and he was very understanding, and responsive to my needs. It was a pleasure working with Cameron. Before hiring him, I called around to 10 different attorneys and got the run around. Most didn't answer their phone or have time to talk with me since it was a Friday afternoon, others told me "Please bring in a $5,000 retainer and then we'll talk." Finally, I came across Cameron Day. He actually answered his phone (the only attorney out of 10) and made time to talk with me and answer my questions right then and there. He also scheduled for us to meet on the following Monday, and after meeting with Cameron I was sure he is the person that I want on my side as I go through this financially and emotionally stressful phase of my life i.e. child support and child custody. My friend referred me to Arthur as I was struggling in my case. After my first phone call with Arthur, I decided to choose him as my second attorney immediately. My first attorney did not do good job that make me suffering and dragging my case. Instead, Arthur has very good knowledge that helped me a lot. I hired Arthur for an uncontested divorce. His fees were much lower than another attorney I interviewed. He is friendly and easy to talk to and at times would remind me that he would have to charge me for certain tasks that I could do myself and for other time spent not covered under the original quote. He is very responsive and checked up on me when things were stalled (with my spouse). I communicated with him via phone and mostly email which was very convenient. His advice was practical and realistic, not trying to get more money from my spouse for little things which would've costed me more in fees. I would definitely recommend him for an uncontested divorce.

I was arrested for concealed carry charges and Don did a wonderful job to help me get the best deal. I was going to be convicted of felony in Santa Clara county. Don spoke with the DA and I recieved a deal on my first court date. I was originally going to get a felony but it was reduced to a misdemeanor with court probation for two years and no weapons for 5. He still helps me to this day with anything and everything pertaining to my case. I am in the process of getting my record cleared. If your having trouble with any gun related offenses I would give his office a call. He's just an all around great lawyer.

I filed a lawsuit against my neighbors for riding motorcycles next to my horse boarding facility and blocking the access to my facility with large farm vehicles. The goal was to obtain a prescribed easement and an injunction prohibiting motorbike riding next to my property. The case lasted 3 years and included mediation, several settlement conferences, depositions, 4 separate trial preps and a 2 week jury trial. I had the opportunity of working with Laurel throughout my case and at all times I felt that I was in the presence of a respectful professional that knew the law and how to present it. During the trial I witnessed Laurel putting her heart and soul into her efforts to help me prevail. We did get the easement and injunction. Laurel represented us in a recent real estate disclosure case and overall was wonderful to work with--thoughtful, very well-prepared, and most importantly, calm and confident. Her outstanding preparation was evident throughout the process and especially noticeable in the depositions and arbitration when it counted most.
Her brief summarizing the entire case was superbly written.
After just 2 days of arbitration, the plaintiff asked to settle and pay our attorney fees, in large part because of the strength of her defense strategy.
All in all, Laurel is an outstanding attorney and I'd work with her again in the future--she listens well, is a great writer, and has an understanding of the legal issues that far exceeds her years.

I worked with Andrew on a case for a good 18 months. After working with him for extended period of time, I have a very clear idea about Andrew and here is a summary of what I found:
1) Extremely strong lawyer: his work including is simply unbelievable; to say the least. He is very knowledgably about everything has to do with law and legal matters. He never failed to impress me every time he drafts some paperwork and never failed to impress me on phone calls. The advice you get from Andrew are extremely valuable.
2) Very honest person: Andrew’s is extremely honest and he never ever tried to do work (like many other lawyers) that has little value to me even though he could benefit from it. He was always putting my interests before his interests, and this happened in dozens of scenarios.
3) Unbelievable writing skills: it is well-known that lawyers’ writings and choice of words are excellent, but Andrew is at a different level. I was employed for many companies in the last 10 years and I worked with many lawyers on various contracts. Andrew is way better than anyone I worked with by a massive margin.
4) Hardworking: he is always available, and always respond within a very short period of time. He replies to emails after hours, and even after midnight.
5) Very nice person: I met Andrew couple of times in person and I had a great time with him. This is a person you would live to spend time with, and you would definitely like to work with him on anything.
6) Very smart: he is very intelligent, and has a wide understanding of modern technologies. I have met lawyers that you need to explain to them terms from my industry. In Andrew’s case, he was so aware of our industry thoroughly and we did not need to spend time to educate him on anything. Furthermore, he has deep analytical skills that came handy in many situations. It is critical to work with a highly intelligent lawyer, and Andrew has that in him. It would have been so counterproductive to spend time explaining every detail to him, he knew everything.
I highly recommend working with Andrew, he is unbelievable lawyer. I think I was very lucky to work with him, and I recommend anyone to hire Andrew. He has it all given my experience.

Alex has been great to work with. Very knowledgeable in government tax processes. Tells you what to expect, provides honest feedback and is diligent in the way he approaches the situation. Is very responsive in keeping us updated. Mr. Gluzman did an amazing job rescuing us from the claws of the IRS. Due to an error on their part tthe IRS was wrongfully coming after my husband and I for over $17,000. I had tried working with the IRS for over six years but trying to straighten out the error. My only mistake was not calling a lawyer first. I first went to see Constance for a case where my juvenile child was requesting new guardianship. We reviewed the situation in full. She stated (basically) that she could represent me (and charge me accordingly); but that there was little difference I (or she) would be able to do in this situation. Now, she could have just taken thousands of my dollars, representing me; but instead she told me the truth and suggested that since I knew the case and was articulate - - that I could represent myself (which I did). I have known Steve Gorman for over 20 years and have used him for special appearances innumerable times over those 20+ years. Steve is not only one of the most pleasant attorneys you will ever meet, he is the consumate professional and always ready to help. He knows the intricacies of MSCs, TSCs, Ex Partes and Law and Motion for every civil department in Santa Clara County. He knows the rules of court exceptionally well and also knows the rules each particular judge has and the quirks of each, as well. He is fabulous at getting Ex Partes approved, arguing motions, and does an excellent job of explaining your position at MSCs, TSCs and all hearings. When you ask him to specially appear for you, he quickly responds by email or phone confirming he will do so. The same day as your hearing, after your hearing he provides you with an email with the result, AND what to do for the next hearing and what to look out for. On the occasions when I have forgotten to appear for a hearing, Steve has stepped in and informed the judge he needed to call me, and has called and/or emailed my office asking if I wanted him to make a special appearance for me. He has saved me several times. Steve looks out for you and truly has your back! I can not say enough good things about Steve and the very reasonably priced services he offers, other than to add that I don't know what I would do without him. Like all of us busy attorneys, I can not be two places at once and Steve ALWAYS rises to the occasion and fills in for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve Gorman as a special appearance attorney. I needed a new attorney to handle my estate planning. Although not ultra complex, I needed someone who could handle multiple trusts, carry out specific objectives, udate provisions, and correct some issues created by a former attorney.
I was referred to Victoria Horvatich and Copenbarger and Cooenbarger. After an initial consultation I felt confident that she would be able to handle our families estate planning needs.
Working with her was very easy. She was both responsive and attentive to detail. Setting up appointments and completing documents was easy. She took time to explain everything and helped develop a plan for the tasks I needed to do. Unfortunately, before we were able to complete all of the tasks, the COVID-19 shelter in place went into affect. Government offices were closed yet Victoria continued to work on my case.
Estate planning is never fun, but Victoria was able to make the process manageable and helped me complete a process that I had too long postponed.
