Jason Anderson is perhaps the smartest and most ethical lawyer I have ever had work for me, and unfortunately I've had too many instances where I've needed legal assistance. I worked with Ms. Thomas through difficult employment related contract negotiations, and felt she provided excellent counsel. She made herself as available as possible, in person, by email, or by phone. She was able to provide informed guidance on the "big picture," and timely, targeted responses on individual points in contract negotiations. She allowed me as a client significant leeway as to whether I took the lead in negotiations, or she did, which was very useful for keeping costs contained. I felt she helped me attain the best agreement possible under the specific circumstances. After this matter was resolved, I elected to seek her help again, for review of an employment agreement at a new employer.

I’ve used Mr. Scruggs services several times over the last few years. He is extremely competent, very knowledgeable and hard-working. He has managed to get a favorable result for me each and every time. I know he has a number of large clients and despite the fact that my cases have been of a smaller to mid-sized nature, he always makes me feel I’m as important to him as his major clients. I was most impressed with how ethical he is. This was an LLC agreement with my siblings and me. Mr. Scruggs was very clear about trying to come up with something that would be best for the group and yet making it clear throughout that he represented me and that my siblings should have the agreement reviewed by their own counsel. He seemed very fair and logical. He is also extremely knowledgeable, competent and efficient. I will go back to him if I have the need.
My only criticism is that he is very busy and didn't always return my calls immediately. He always got back to me, but sometimes it wasn't right away.

I was in a hit and run accident. My insurance company is known for paying out very little and most times having to be sued instead of settling.
I did not have "PIP" but did have uninsured motorist. I was informed by the insurance company when I signed up that I really did not need PIP because I had medical included in my coverage. Turned out after my accident it really was not much due to the fact that I have permanent damage and will be on medication for the rest of my life and require more treatments. Mike Jacobs fought for me. My payout was the "MAXIMUM" amount of coverage I had for my medical and in addition a payout of almost $14,000.00 to fix my automobile "without totaling my car". This was all settled out of court.
I'm so grateful Mike took my case.
He was always so respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

I worked with Craig as a VC and, out of all the possible attorney's in WA, I selected him when I decided to become an entrepreneur and startup a company. I had some concern about working with Wilson Sonsini from a cost perspective, but you get what you pay for - it does not get any better than Craig and the team at Wilson Sonsini if you are in Seattle. He has been incredibly responsive, with quick responses to my emails late in the evening or on holidays. If you need introductings to potential investors, Craig and WIlson Sonsini have relationships with everyone. Well I have to say that I met Mike more than forty years ago as I was filing for a divorce. He met me at a restaurant in Federal Way, Wa. He was in a cast as he had broken his leg. I was very young and quite frightened but he made sure that I got what I was entitled to. Mike is exceptional he communicates well and has an incredible knowledge of Case Law that allows you to formulate a plan and approach without spending lot of time and money figuring out what case law might apply to your situation. We have not found a situation that is new to Mike and he has a great feel for negotiating an amiable settlement. If anyone needs legal counsel, Jon Winemiller and Vanessa Gullufsen are the people to see. We live a fair distance from Seattle, and it was worth the long drive in sleet and snow to see them. Mike was the second lawyer we hired for an adverse possession claim we had against the commercial neighbors next door after our first counsel was....disappointing... in his advocacy. Mike has been both a thorough and very knowledgeable advocate as well as an incredibly nice guy throughout the whole (very long but now over) legal process and I can't recommend him highly enough. My husband and I are both lawyers ourselves so I understand all too well the heavy caseload and many pressures lawyers in fact feel every day.
