I do not live in Live Oak anymore 90% of the time and I needed a criminal defense attorney to help me with something that had occurred. He actually answered the phone when I called, we discussed the case he told me he would get back with me the next day, which he did. At that point, kyle informed me as to what he thought he could get done from his preliminary investigation. He told me what the cost would be, and we agreed that he would handle it for me. Over the course of the next 60 days Kyle and I I spoke possibly two times he called me to give me an update on my case and today he called letting me know. He had exceeded my expectations and had the case dismissed and we were done and over with he charged me exactly what he told me he would. He did exactly as he told me he would. He was always available he took my .calls then call me if there was something he needed or he won’t need to give me an update on my case. Summing this review up Kyle did an awesome job for me. He did exactly what he said and received results which I didn’t think he could would be able to get but he did.and I appreciate it. Thanks so much

Like anything else, you get what you pay for. If you hire Mr. McLeod, you're getting a no nonsense pit bull that will fight for you. If you are looking for an attorney who is honest, straightforward knowledgeable and is genuinely concerned about his clients and the outcome of their case, then you have definitely found it in Kyle McLeod. He does exactly what he says he will do and goes above and beyond to get you the best possible results. My youngest son, Jordan was charged with 4 counts of vehicular homicide back in January. My family and I were very worried and afraid of what could happen to him. In the state of Florida, the maximum sentence for this charge is 15 years; per person for a total of 60 years. Jordan had no prior criminal record and no drugs or alcohol in his system at the time of the accident. Kyle took our case and told us he felt he could get the case dismissed. By God’s grace, he did exactly that!! The case was dismissed!! He was a life saver to me and my family. I cannot thank him enough. I thank God for leading me to him. When I researched him, I could tell he was a man of Faith and I knew I had made the right choice. His years of experience speaks volumes as well and he’s also reasonably priced. Going through a divorce process with relocation to Germany is hard. But changing attorneys and hiring Mr. Windel and his team, was the best thing I could have done. I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

After my name change was approved without using a lawyer, I found out I needed to get it amended to include my birth name. The court order listed only my married name so I was unable to change my birth certificate. I started the amendment process on my own, but contacted Adam after I moved. He was able to change it to virtual court hearings. My amended name change was approved immediately once we had the court hearing with the judge. Ultimately, I wish I had contacted him sooner, before starting the name change. It is not as easy as it seems on your own. I would have saved on time, money, and stress.

After many inquiries & dead end calls we were referred to Tammi.. we were told that she gets the job done right the first time so there are no loop holes in the future that could cause us any issues. In early 2021, I made one of my best decisions ever in retaining Barbara Thornell Ginn's law firm to represent me in the adoption of my stepson, whose life I entered in 2015 and whom I had raised since he was 18 months old.
Barbara was assigned to my case at the time and guided my wife and I through all of our available options from day one. Mine was a very complicated case as there was pending litigation involving my wife, the child's mother, outside of Florida that had yet to be resolved.
Barbara was able to confer with our out-of-state lawyer who had been retained three years prior to represent my wife in that matter. She never missed a beat. She and our out-of-state lawyer colloborated and conferred regularly, developing a very effective approach in the best interests of the child.
One of the many issues in dispute involved jurisdiction over the child and the two, semi-conflicting cases. Ultimately, the two involved judges conferred and agreed with Barbara's approach.
After two years of due diligence, coordination, hard work, and extraordinary legal acumen by Barbara and her firm, I was awarded the adoption of MY son (who is now nine years old) in late February.
As mentioned, the hiring of Barbara was an excellent decision, and I could not be more pleased with her and her firm's representation throughout the entire process.

Joseph and his team are incredible. I was dealing with a long distance divorce/custody case, with homeschooled children. I'd had a couple of attorneys, only one of whom actually helped, but then things seemed to fall apart. I needed to make some changes because my children were not doing well.
Our plan hadn't been finalized yet, so time was of the essence.
A few other mommas, in a similar situation, recommended Joe. I consulted with a few attorneys, but none of them were willing to really listen. All of them left me feeling hopeless and very triggered. After years of psychological and emotional abuse, I wasn't in a place to be able to handle those types of attorneys.
Joe was different. He was careful, calm, kind, and compassionate, but still straightforward with no b.s. I felt safe. I think that's what all of us want, really. Joe stayed in communication with me. If not for Jeremy Piggott, I am sure I would still have squatters living in my home. After two months of excuses why rent was not paid and yet they could not move out, my property manager suggested I call Piggott, Piggott & Kearce. From my first phone call, I knew this practice was professional, serious, efficient, and would get the job done. In fact, Jeremy was on vacation, but he called me within an hour. In 30 minutes, we had a plan. He sent the first document right after we hung up. Jeremy checked in with me several more times during his vacation. I knew exactly what was supposed to happen at every stage, and it did, exactly when it said it would. The delivery and follow-up of several documents resulted in the tenants vacating in less than three weeks after my first phone call to Piggott, Piggott & Kearce. I hope I never have to do this again, but if do, or if anyone I know has an issue with tenants, this is only firm I would use or recommend.
