I believe that I went through the worst divorce on earth, and I thank god that I met Ms McDaniel. She is tough; she fights for what's right and fair. Sadly, I was married to a narcissist and a monster, who manipulated me throughout our marriage, while I struggled with Stage 4 cancer. Ms McDaniel worked hard to find a way to ensure my divorce was as easy as possible, in order to ensure it will not interrupt any of my Doctor Appointments and Chemotherapy sessions. Divorce is a very hard process to go through, and even though it is not over yet, I already know that I could not pick a better lawyer. The first minute I walked in the office, terrified and not knowing what to do, Mary listened me and knew right away what is the best for me and especially for my boys. I couldn't be happier with the representation we got from ms. Ondriezek's office. My family was in need of good legal advice and action, and we got it. I used Fausto for two real-estate investments properties, commercial lease negations and assistance with current commercial landlords for my businesses. Fausto has always been able to achieve the desired result with everything I have given him. Attorney Healey was a great help to me in having my adoption record unsealed. I learned about my adoption as an adult and spent many years trying to find my birth mother without success. After only a couple of months and two hearings the courts allowed my record to be unsealed. The presiding judge said she only allowed it because Ms. Healey was the attorney and trusted her to handle it with care and discretion. I am not only writing this as a review, but as an ENORMOUS THANKYOU to Mr. Marc Pelletier and his amazing paralegal, Brandy!
Everything about this law firm screams the best of the best from their detailed advertisement box, quick response time in consultations and communication, professionalism, and particular understanding to each individual clients’ emotional and monetary needs. The BEST legal counsel money could buy and they are AFFORDABLE and accommodating! Mr. Pelletier walked me through a horrible time in my life and helped me move past it in the best way possible for myself and all parties involved.
I found myself facing two felony charges after a questionable traffic stop I was a passenger of my own vehicle in, it was devastating. Marc made sure I understood absolutely every option I had through my case, walked me through reviewing evidence and excellently navigated me through ALL of my defense options. His knowledge of all sides of Florida law is outstanding and he answered every question I threw at him. He was experienced, fair, understanding, and I could not thank him enough for taking the time to see my truth and character as a person and how he fought tirelessly for the things that were so important to me in the outcome of my case! Take you time and money elsewhere. I can’t fathom how this business has any good reviews. I hired this firm to take care of a criminal misdemeanor charge for me. They answered my call and took my money so fast but the second I needed guidance or assistance regarding my case they were no where to be found. I woke up to a text from my attorney at 4:30 in the morning the day I was supposed to appear in court with a warning that I would have a bench warrant out for my arrest if I did not show. During my case I went through two attorneys because the first one quit the firm due to being overworked and not aligning with the morals of the firm. He made me aware of the fact that I was charged $500 for paralegal fees when the firm doesn’t employ any paralegals. This was confirmed to be true by my second attorney. Both attorneys were verbal about their dislike for John Musca because of his scammy business practices. When I called over the phone to speak with the man who took my money and my case I couldn’t get through. Once again STAY AWAY! There are plenty of lawyers willing to take your money, do yourself a favor and give it to anyone except John Musca.
