I went through this firm for a case and it was great and everything it's needed to be until paying the retainer. Once the retainer was paid, it was a disaster. The lawyer i had was Derrick Smith. He communicated poorly, made sure i was(u uninformed, unaggressive and unargumenttative in court in all hearings, and seemed unprepared. People from my government job came to my hearing and told me he needed another profession and there was no way possible he was a lawyer, It was just that bad. When confronted about it he dropped from the case and didn't return any of the money without reaching trial which was the agreement signed. I called the company to seek another attorney as I was blown off as if my case didn't matter. I have proof. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM, YOU COULD BE NEXT.

My is Fritz D. And from my experience with Melissa Sherman i can tell you for a fact she's a beast in the court, she's not afraid to stand against the unjust and fight for you. Overall i would recommend her to anyone that's looking for an attorney that will fight for you and won't back down or fold once the state attorney try to bash your character. She stood up for me when hendry county sheriff falsely accused me for miss use of 911 knowingly he was wrong about the entire case, miss Sherman did not allow the state nor the officer to deface my character she believes in justice for all.

Al and Amanda at Pandl Law were simply amazing to work with. I was the executor of my mother’s will and had absolutely no idea how to even begin the process of dealing with an estate, etc. It can be very overwhelming. I have known Sheryl for almost 10 years. She took me on as a client while in the middle of a divorce battle. She was attentive to me from the start. She fixed all of the crazy mistakes my previous attorney made and turned around everything-getting me a great settlement.
Then when the ex acted badly again, she won the lawsuit.
Well, he gambled a second time and we ended up in another litigious situation. Needless to say, Sheryl was dynamic with her ideas and professional and direct with her delivery towards the OC and the judge.
What I love the most, is that she’s not one to be submissive. If any counsel tries to strong handle her, her classy yet “Pitbull” side comes out and the opposing side starts whimpering back to their corner. This isn’t just because of how she delivers her response but because of her legal expertise in Family Law! She will rattle off a bunch of legal statutes and case study law to support her argument that she leaves the OC looking like the wide-eye emoji-mic drop!!!
I love Sheryl! She cares about my family situation as if it were her own. She was always compassionate towards me and would check in just to see how I was handling the long journey we were on.
I don’t know what I’d do without her. She is truly a beautiful person inside and out….but don’t cross her!

The entire team of sosa law firm is efficient, accessible to clients and extremely detail oriented. They really help simplify the legal process of estate planning. I highly recommend! Glenn Law Group handled my divorce case very professionally and was extremely sensitive to the issues and questions I had throughout the process. She genuinely cared about my feelings and provided the necessary guidance to make sure I pursued the divorce supporting my best interest while upholding my legal rights and following all pertinent divorce law.
Sani Tolliver, the paralegal assigned to my case, was very patient with all my questions as we moved through document preparation, the various filings and follow-up. She was very responsive to my emails and calls, with most of her responses being within the hour, with me rarely having to wait more than a couple hours if she was busy with other cases or was waiting to obtain info to send to me. Sani was very friendly, easy to talk to, and quite personable. She is confident and well-versed in the divorce process and made me feel comfortable with every step.
Carrlina Mitchell, Legal Assistant, always answered the phone quickly when I called and was extremely helpful in directing me to Dani or Sani if they were available to talk, or suggesting to set up time to speak with them. Was very thrilled to read the outstanding reviews. Helping a friend of mine I began calling around & I reached out. I was shocked when they told me ( within the 1st 60 seconds) $500 for a consultation and a $20k retainer fee upfront before accepting any type of child custody or parental rights case. Such a shame the kids in moderate to low income situations will never have the benefit of representation from such a great law firm. One more thing money CAN buy; your child's rights.

While I understand the message of " you get what you pay for " that you are trying to convey, that message has no bearing on my original review or interaction with this firm. In fact, I feel like this response just confirms my original statement.
Once the well rehearsed statement of upfront fees was given ( the next statement after the greeting ) perhaps a mention of how to find affordable options, self help libraries or alternative resources available for families in need would have made me feel like that paragraph you wrote about giving back to the community ( for reasons outside of gain) would be true and this review wouldn't exist.
I would like to remind you I still give credit to the talent in this firm. I called here for a reason. Reviews are about experiences you have with the location or business & this was mine. I am not the only one who has experienced this. I hope sharing my experience may give us all a voice and, in a perfect world, make a small change for the better.

I meet up with the Trembly Law Firm several months ago to handle a back pay issue I had with a former employer.
I hired the firm immediately. They showed empathy for my case and at the same time exhibiting their knowledge in the particular legal area and providing me with crucial information needed to lessen any anxieties I may have.
The case took less time than expected. The communication time between the firm and I was immediate and the information clear cut and to the point.

Mack went above and beyond. He handled my case with grace ensured that I was not going to be railroaded, but took time to not only explain everything but provided different options and possibly outcomes to finish out my case. He was referred to me by another client and friend that had used him and he told me Mack was the truth and now I can whole heartedly say that statement was an understatement. Not only did he stay with me for the entirety of the case but he stayed on the opposing Council as they were dragging the case out longer than it needed to be. Mr. Washington was a great help in a process in which my children would have been exposed to drugs, alcohol, and a rough upbringing with their mother. I'm writing to say how grateful I am for Marc.
Once he got to know me better as a client, he gave me the feeling he truly cared about the outcome of my case.
I was arrested for a DUI charge, along with two felony charges. I scored out to twenty months in prison.
The two of us worked hard to change the outcome at sentencing.
My felonies were reduced to misdemeanors, which is huge. I did get the DUI, although that one was a given. I didn't get any prison time.
With that being said, this was the best outcome possible!
