I used Mr. Fleck for my divorce and he was excellent in making sure I was protected. I recommended him to a friend for his divorce and his guidance was flawless. I was going through a drawn out divorce that would not end! Finally, I decided to switch attorneys. I am so glad I did! Alejandra is a professional, level-headed, and honest person. She listened to me and thought about my problems, coming up with creative approaches. At the final hearing, she was able to cross examine my ex, sifting through bank, credit card statements and other financial information in order to show how much money he really made. Divorce cases can be so stressful, and even more so during your search for lawyers. It is difficult to find a lawyer in which you feel confident in that they will try their best to fulfill your needs, as if it were their own. I had a few disappointing consultations with previous firms during my search. When I came across Ms. Ross, I felt comforted immediately as she received me with great patience and a caring ear. Ms. Ross very knowledgeable in the law, informed me about what could be done in my favor and the possibility of future settlements in the case. Ms. Ross and her firm continuously kept in touch, she is easy to contact, and even more open to availability depending on the severity of your concern (being that they are scheduled for hearings and meetings throughout the day) I was very happy with the outcome of the case in which Ms. Ross also helped avoid costs by preventing mediation if we could settle through alternative resolution.
If you wish to have someone knowledgable, caring and agressive if need be. I highly recommend Ms. Ross!!

We hired Ms. Everist of the Clarie Law Firm to represent us in our attempt to counter the State of Florida. The State filed a motion to change the custody of a year-old foster child who had been with us since birth. At no time did it appear that the State had the best interest of the child in mind. With less than a month to prepare, Ms. Everist and her co-counsel, Ms. Peggy Senentz, put the petal to the metal. Ms. Everist was exceptionally knowledgeable, and thoroughly put together an argument that easily prevailed in the 6th Circuit Court. The hearing itself was lengthy, requiring a day and a half of testimony and arguments. Ms. Everist demonstrated superb court presence and demeanor, even in the face of dire tactics by the opposing attorney. She then followed up for the next three months as we slogged through the obstacle course that concluded with our successful adoption of the child. I would heartily recommend her for similar cases.

Mr. Steele is a lion in the court room. He will go all the way to the end and doesn't back down. He just delivers. Many years of experience and it shows. My case was very difficult but his paralegal Miss Nadia, walked me through all the necessary paper work and answered all my questions, and I had a lot. I would highly recommend Angela if you're needing a hard working, knowledgeable lawyer who prides herself on honesty, integrity and high morals- She won't beat around the bush- she will give you her honest opinion along with being patient and understanding.

I highly recommend this attorney. When I sent out some questions to several of my attorneys, no one else responded to me except Brett, and it was when he was in EUROPE on VACATION. He has also stayed up late on a weekend working on my stuff, he even called me on a Sunday to see how I was doing. He is the only attorney that cared about 'how I was doing'. He has a wonderful family; He is honest, ethical, knowledgeable (or will find out), he acknowledges your emails or assigns someone to get back to you. A very good man. I can't say enough good about this attorney.

We retained Amy after our Adoption became Contested. Having no legal knowledge of how adoptions worked it was a relief to have Amy walk us through every painful step. She worked diligently at times I would of never expected, including conducting depositions on her own daughters birthday and through the grieving of the sudden loss of her Mother. Never once was there an excuse and she was always one step or more ahead of any opposition. To say she is an Expert in her field is an understatement! She would always make sure that we were "ok" Mentally with the horrific ordeal we were facing and that she never expected us to take time away from our Baby. Encouraging us to talk with our LCSW. She never laughed at any of my Husbands absurd questions which was a huge plus.
I am proud to say that we have made a Friend for Life by hiring Amy Hickman and would recommend her 100%. Our 16 month Journey would not have been as tolerable without her, it was fate she was brought to our family. I honestly can say I miss talking with her every single day.

Claude not only gave us critical and important information throughout the entire adoption process, he also went above and beyond for us. We felt we had a genuine man looking out for us every step of the way, and he had such a heart for adoption- both for the birthmother and for us as the adoptive parents.
