I was worried about filing for divorce form my husband. I was worried that because he had studied as a paralegal, he would be able to manipulate the situation. He tried to convince me that if he contested the divorce that we could be ordered to couples counseling. Elizabeth put me at ease though. She walked me through the process, and was there to answer my questions and quell my fears. She never held back or sugarcoated anything. Kathleen and her staff took excellent and timely care of both of our adoptions. We always felt like they were looking out for us. They made us feel like we were the only clients they had, although we knew we were far from that! Kathleen was even there taking photos the day we took our son home from the hospital (even though he was born in Orlando, and her office is in St. Pete). Robert Todd is the best mediator and negotiator I've ever come across. I've been through mediation numerous times before. Robert knows how to handle people. I hired Ms. Rodgriguez to deal with a complex legal issue and was impressed with both her candor and work ethic. Ms. Rodriguez was upfront as to the range of possible outcomes (some of which would have been adverse to me) and the cost(s) associated with the legal actions being considered. Once we determined how to best proceed in the matter, she was tireless in legal research, case preparation and kept me "in the loop" throughout the process. I was most impressed by the way she handled herself throughout the course of the hearing and fielded some pretty tough questions from the judge regarding the case. I hired Katie after a year of litigation with another attorney. Katie took on my adoption case even though it was extremely complicated and fell into grey areas of the law in many places. We were victims of hurricane Ian. Our property insurance was with Slide Insurance. Their initial field adjuster was terrific and agreed that the roof needed replacement and the lanai screens repaired. Slide then sent 2 other field adjusters out to refute original adjuster claims and said damage was caused by poor maintenance by us. Well, enter Mike who guided us to a successful claim allowing us to replace the roof and other needed repairs. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable about how insurance companies operate. People rely on lawyers and attorneys, usually, at points in their life that they'd rather not talk about. But, that's how it goes. Mr. Fuste was that attoney that for me at the point I needed him he went through every single step of the way with me when I had lost hope and thought I had lost my career in law enforcement. Mr. Fuste gave me the motivation and showed me that there was a light at the end of every dark tunnel. Mr. Fuste even checked on my well being do to the stress and traumatic experience I was passing. They had released me of my duties and told me I was no longer going to be receiving any payment. Mr. Fuste worked extremely diligently on my case and for the five months I had been released sitting at home he was able to still get me my payments. Mr. Fuste finalized and won the case after just 5 months. I returned back to work thanks to him I am where I am today and continue doing what I love most.
