I hired Richard to draft a contract for representation for my model and talent agency. He answered my emails in a prompt and timely manner no matter the day of the week or time of day! I was unfairly sued by Bank of America and hired Susan to fight back on the lawsuit. She really went to the mat for me, fighting Bank of America’s lawyers all the way. The outcome was that they finally conceded defeat after Susan was able to demand audio tapes from the bank of conversations with me. They fought it all the way, but finally gave in. They signed a dismissal “With Prejudice” (meaning they can never bring it up again) and filed it with the Superior Court. What a relief that was. Had she not been there, it could have threatened my home and future. I can recommend Susan wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a lawyer who will fight for you and win.

Reached out to Jennifer needing assistance with commission/monies owed and a potential Work Visa issue due to a contract not being honoured, very combative firm/management.
Jennifer proposed a strategy that was not aggressive, offered them options to avoid accruing legal fees with lots of back & forth. When they refused to come to the table she stepped in and in a matter of weeks I was paid the exact amount we discussed and legal separation was signed off on.

A friend of mine referred Jenny to me prior to my termination. When I was abruptly terminated, Jenny called my employer immediately to let them know I was already represented by council even though she had a deposition to go to that day. She made time for me when I needed her help most. This did not change through the ten-month process to come to a settlement. The other side all but ignored our communications and attempts at settlement hoping we would just go away. But Jenny does not go away, she stays and fights for her clients. She ultimately drafted a well-researched and very strategic complaint and gave them a short window of time to either respond or she would file the complaint in Superior Court. They immediately responded and the case was settled within a week. I ultimately received about 2.7 times my original severance offer which represented a very significant settlement. Jenny always worked with me on the fees which I felt were very fair. She is a dedicated, intelligent and experienced attorney who can keep things in perspective and reassure you when you have doubts. I don’t think I would have ever been able to get through this process and with this outcome with anyone other than Jenny.

My sister and I recently sold our company, Bodify. At the beginning of the process, we didn’t know how critical it was to have a savvy, experienced, hard-working, and genuine attorney at our side. We are beyond fortunate that we were introduced to Mark. From the get-go, it was obvious he was well-versed in this type of work and equipped with the skill to navigate the deal successfully. The process of selling a company is grueling, but Mark made it as enjoyable as possible and one we will remember and be grateful for forever. In particular, we were struck by Mark’s authenticity, charisma, integrity, and follow-up.
Initially, we had agreed to an LOI with a buyer. For a variety of reasons, we chose to terminate that deal. When we informed Mark, he was kind, patient, informative, and helped us exit the agreement with integrity. My previous lawyer worked on getting money from my debtor for years, but he continued to fail and my debtor started to threatened to file a bankruptcy. Then Mr. Ferris stepped in to be in charge and was able to garnish his wage and now I have been receiving money from the debtor. My case involved me working with a business partner with whom I had a verbal contract. I was to exchange work for a percentage of a company we would start together. As Founders, we made many sacrifices to get the company off the ground and make it successful. When I later demanded my shares in writing, my partner made excuses until finally severing the relationship and exploiting my failure to get a written contract in place.
Mr. Paschall took the time to fully understand my complicated position and presented several options that I did not know were available. In short, I didn't know my rights. For 2 years my x-partner tried to spend me out of court and get me to quit. Mr. Paschall handled their tact wisely and with authority. He kept on top of them every step of the way and applied pressure when it matter most.
After taking depositions, and with our court date closing in, the defendants knew they were outclassed. Mr. Paschall negotiated a complete buyout as a settlement. The company claimed they couldn't afford to buy me out, and their numbers showed it.
