My family and I needed a probate attorney. We needed to settle my mother’s estate after she passed away. I looked for a probate attorney and they never got back with me after leaving several messages and I had to keep calling. When I did received a call back they did not explain the process just told me what their fee was and I had to pay it upfront. Needless to say I seek help from someone else. I called Mr. Lorenzo on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and explained the process of what to be expected. He sounded very knowledgeable and also caring. I felt so relieved after speaking to him and I knew I had found the right attorney. Mr. Lorenzo was there for my family and I through a difficult time and case. When Robert Johnson wrote and recorded Crossroads in 1936, he would have been well served to do a deep dive on the devil he was about to meet before selling his soul. Nowadays, Crossroads Investigations can do that for you, by locating anyone, anywhere and give you the information you need before making a deal with them, lending them money, having them watch your kids, investing in one of their their projects, or for any other myriad reasons you need to pull back the curtain to reveal the true man or woman behind the curtain. CI is beyond great; they are terrific. Fast, efficient, detail oriented, and courteous. I give them 5 stars and my highest recommendation.

I hired this firm to take on a security negligence case. We’re I suffered a severe TBI back in December 2021 .. About a year later I questioned whether or not this attorney and this firm was capable of handling this type of case because I had doubts. I let Mr. Studer convince me to keep him as my attorney , so I did. When I finally had enough and I reached out to him to fire him, Seth Studer told me you don’t have to fire me because I’m stepping down from practicing Law. I said that might be best. Mr. Studer never called me one time over the 2+ years he had my case and asked me how I was doing , I’m not exaggerating. I have phone records to prove it phone records to prove how many times he ignored. My calls ignored my text messages and how many times he did call me the phone Records don’t lie. This wasn’t a simple car accident. This is a traumatic brain injury case , I’m not the same person I used to be. I feel like this attorney should have checked on me periodically return those text messages and those calls. I notified this attorney six or seven times throughout the course of two years telling him that I was feeling suicidal.. And that I wanted to know why I was having these thoughts that started every since I endured this horrific night and downtown Orlando it’s not that I want to kill myself, but I can’t control the thoughts. Good thing I didn’t kill myself. I wouldn’t be able to create this post right now. Thank God .. This firm should have gotten me some psychological treatment he should have sent me to a psychiatrist , he should have done a lot of things, but he didn’t. I will be filling out the Florida Bar Complaint and it’s going to start there. I can’t post all the screenshots of all the text messages that he didn’t reply to, but I can provide them to the Flordia Bar and I plan on it. I’ve retained two other law firms to take over the case, and they immediately put me in treatment for depression psychiatric reasons to find out why I’m having suicidal thoughts Tbi Treatment centers. I’m now getting the help and seeing the doctors that I should’ve been seen since Mr. Studer took my case, but he wasn’t sending me to any doctors and I trusted him is sad to say the different brain doctor that I’m seeing today have All told me why are you starting treatment three years after the injury you should’ve been receiving treatment when it happened so hopefully at that point in time I had a better chance at potential recovery but because I waited so long the doctors don’t think seeking treatment now is going to do any good and this is sad very emotional. I wouldn’t recommend this Law Firm to anybody out there all these Law Firm say they have the clients best interest the interest they have is the money going in their pocket And this is a prime example it said to say again this was the worst day of my life. It changed my life forever and I wish that I never hired this Seth stutter or firm in general because it wasn’t just Seth Studer. It was the Firm and that’s exactly what Studer told me . Make sure when hiring a lawyer, just because there websites say “ auto accident, slip n fall, security neglect “ doesn’t mean they have actually tried one of those types of cases before, just means there Liscence to take on that particular type of case. So please I give y’all some advice, attorneys are quick to send out electronic signatures needed for the victim to sign, So you don’t call around anywhere else. When We all should do are homework and find out more about the attorney of your choice before signing that email.

Robert was awesome to work with. My case took years to resolve and i never felt out of the loop. I could always get ahold of him through text, calls, or emails. He took what we needed into account and always made sure we were able to get the treatment we needed for our injuries. In the long run we were able to settle right as the trial started and we are happy to have our future treatment and more secure. Such a weight is off our shoulders and we have Robert and everyone else at his firm that helped to thank for it. I would highly recommend having this firm fight for you because I've seen how they fought for me and my brother. Thank you guys again!

Mr. Pike is the one attorney I have ever been 100% happy I met and hope to have a fulfilling professional future with; ironically, I couldn’t even afford to retain this firm (or any for that matter)!
Before, during, and after confirming that I could not afford their services, I was treated as though I am a billionaire prospective client. Where all other lawyers relied heavily on “avoiding liability by not providing legal advice” to confirm whether there’s money in it for them then end the conversation if not, Mr. Pike consciously got as close to the line as he legally could by providing general insight, education, and resources out of the kindness of his heart.
I know without a doubt, based on receiving a 5 star treatment with nothing to offer him, that this firm treats all of its clients with the highest quality care.

Me and a few coworkers went fishing on our time off and being completely unaware and mistaking one species for another we got a list of charges from FWC. After speaking with another attorney we were in a bit of a panic, hearing misdemeanor, fines possible jail. I called Attorney Sando & explained the situation. He instantly explained how he’s not a lawyer that’s gonna scare us into hiring him and knowledgeably explained all of our options and his plan of attack he explained his fee & all of us agreed to hire him. None of us are residents of Florida & we were concerned about our jobs over a mistake. I have to say, Attorney Sando is the greatest. He kept in constant contact, always returning our calls & answering our questions. He handled all of our court dates, and in the end, charges were dismissed.
We may have been quick clients, but he has become a friend for life.

This past spring, my lease manager invited me to film him and his son turkey hunting for the opening day of youth season. Unbeknownst to me, he had placed his blind within the parameters of his "feed area" the night before. I met up with them before sunrise on the morning of the hunt and we entered his blind. As the sun came up, I realized where we were but did not feel comfortable stopping the hunt because he was my lease manager and I didn't want to get kicked off. FWC raided the hunting lease and arrested several hunters and one videographer (me) for being within 100 yards of bait while turkey hunting.
Drew took the time to understand my position and did an awesome job helping me get these charges dropped. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law and I am thankful that Drew was there to help me navigate through it.

My lawyer in the UK contacted a Florida lawyer he had confidence in and this renowned lawyer recommended Bill Ruffier as the lawyer to investigate and see if the Resort where I contracted legionella could be pursued for compensation.
There were many hurdles Bill, with the help of his PA, Amanda Angel, had to overcome to make a case for any deserved recompense.
I had been reasonably fit for my age before becoming ill and spending 27 nights on a ventilator in the Royal Sussex County National health Hospital in the UK. Miraculously they saved my life but I remembered almost nothing from the time when I left the resort in Florida.
It was in Covid times and I was transported unbelievably by my wife, Lynda, from Orlando to Miami to London Heathrow to Brighton and the by para medics into hospital.
Bill was engaged by my UK lawyer with the blessing of Lynda.
Once I became conscious again and my memory started coming back after 2 months I was able to help Lynda brief Bill.
A successful relationship was then built up between Bill and his PA Amanda and Lynda and myself which continued for over 4 years (2020 - 2024) until Bill using his experience and amazing legal skills overcame all the hurdles he was confronted with and a settlement was reached that was acceptable to us.
Nobody wants something like this to happen to them but should it happen it is marvellous when there is someone eg Bill to head a Team and win for you.

I hired Mr. Turner to assist me with a complicated claim due to a water leak from a unit above me due to negligence in the condo building I reside in. This matter became very contentious and lengthy involving HOA as well as owner of the unit that caused the damage. Throughout the entire process Mr. Turner remained professional, persistent, & was able to get the matter resolved with full policy limit payout from Insurance company.
