Mr. Tonelli represented me in a personal injury case where I was hit by an under-insured motorist. From the moment he took my case until the successful conclusion, he had a solid game plan, excellent communications, and was always one step ahead of the insurance company. Most of all, I always trusted his judgement which proved to be flawless at the end of the day. You can hire one of the big name TV lawyers but but you probably won't get the same level of personal service. Highest recommendations.

On the 11th of April I had gotten in a car accident and after hearing how hard it can be finding a personal injury attorney I went off a recommendation. This decision turned out to be one of the best my husband and I could have ever made. I was hit by a Florida driver on my passenger side door during the later part of 2016. Thankfully, both parties survived the accident. My car was totaled, but fortunately I am still alive to write this review. I suffered a herniation in my lower back as a result of being hit by the other driver. During the shaken frenzy that typically follows being in a car accident, I called my financial manager and he referred me to the Dolman Law Group for assistance in filing a lawsuit.
On my first meeting with the firm, I met with Matthew Dolman and Alexander Knapp. I have never been through a personal injury case before, but Matt and Alex explained the process and put me at ease. Let me say here that the thing that stood out to me during this process was that I felt like this firm was committed to doing things the right way. The Dolman team handled all of the administrative functions of my case on thereby making things very easy for me in the process. Early in the process they provided recommendations for doctor visits, and even checked on me at times to see how I was doing physically. Additionally, I did receive information updates, and check-in calls from Zahira ('Z' for short) to keep me abreast of the situation surrounding the case. The visits to the Dolman office were made very pleasant by their staff, and working with Z and Brittney was awesome!
Over time, I was made aware that Julia Dolman (at the time her last name was McGrath) would be handling my case. I met with Julia for the first time to discuss some details of the case and to prepare for the deposition. Julia let me know that due to some prior pain history that I had from previously, that we should temper expected outcomes from the case going into the deposition. However, I felt that Julia had a command of my case, and a strategy of approach as we talked through the details. Julia was always ready to answer any questions I had whether in person or by phone. She was professional in her demeanor, very personable, and let me know that she cared about me and my outcome. A lot of the work that Julia did was behind the scenes prep work for the case, but she was always very informed about the details of the case. During the final mediation is where I had the opportunity to really see Julia perform as an attorney! Julia presented the case to the mediator in a way that was very succinct, engaging, and polite. Also, Julia and I had an awesome mediator that really took the process seriously, and looked at all of the details of the case very closely. Julia did an amazing job negotiating our position based on the costs associated with the case. At the end of mediation, Julia and I were very pleased with the outcome, even surprised! Having had prior history of pain on my part, what Julia was able to accomplish during the mediation process was simply outstanding! Furthermore, Julia also did an amazing job working with the doctors involved in my case as well.
The Dolman Team is so successful in their industry because they seem to operate with integrity in dealing with their clients. Also they have great relationships in their field which is very important and extremely beneficial for their clients. As their client, I would expect that others will benefit from their knowledge and years of experience in the personal injury field. My attorney, Julia was a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring person from start to finish. I hope that the entire Dolman Team continues to provide honest and integrity filled service to clients for many more years to come as that is the reason I would do business with this firm again if the need ever arises. Mr Dorsey and his team helped dig me out of the messy trench my last 2 lawyers had left me in. I can’t begin to explain how bad my first few lawyers had screwed up my case and made me look bad against an abusive drug addict narcissist who could charm the pant suit off Hilary Clinton. Unlike my last attorney who charged me an insane amount of money to screw me over, Mr Dorsey gave me a free consultation and always charged me honestly and fairly. He gave me his personal cell number for emergencies and him and his team were always very responsive to my calls and emails. He fought tooth and nail against one of the most dishonest and corrupt opposing councils I have ever seen! No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared. His cross examination skills, rebuttals, presentation, and delivery was superb.
As a result, I was grant 75% percent of time sharing. I have never felt better and once again I was stress free.

Mr Jenkins took my insurance case on a contingency with a highly successful conclusion. My insurance company initially rejected my claim because they attributed the damage to wear and tear and not to any claim related cause. But they were no match for my Mr Jenkins and his highly talented staff. Mr Jenkins had his own experts make examinations and knew he had the law on his side and how to counter the insurance rejection. Ultimately we settled giving me more than enough to complete the repairs.

I was Involved in a car accident in accident in May of 2018 in St. Petersburg FL where a car ran the stop sign and I ran into him. I injured my neck and back. I called Armando and his team.
