I can't say enough about Joe Landy and his staff. I was in a car accident and was hit from behind. Thanks to Joe, I won my case. No one wants to be in an accident, let alone get attorneys involved. But, when the bills start flooding in and insurance companies, along with hospitals keep calling it can be overwhelming. 10 minutes into my consultation with Angela Zervos and I felt the weight lift off my shoulders. Zervos & Calta isn’t a giant law firm that requires you to correspond online because they don’t have time for you. I could call at any time and have answers within seconds. Stephanie, (Super paralegal), kept me apprised of my situation on a timely basis, so I was always in the loop. Bottom line, this firm treated me like a family member and not a case number. I would highly recommend Zervos & Calta if you’re ever in need of an equalizer!

I was in a lawsuit for over 2 years with a prior attorney and referred to Angela by a mutual friend. She was immediately there & ready to help me. Scott and his team were excellent to work with. I was involved in a head on collision at a very busy intersection by a woman going 45-50 mph. She failed to stop at the red light and ran right through this intersection on a sunny dry morning at 9:30 am. As a pre-existing condition (potential) client I was unsure how my health condition would result in a positive settlement outcome. In speaking with a colleague, I was referred to Scott and went in for a consult. Scott felt that pending new imaging and comparing it to my most recent (less than 1 year old) imaging that I potentially had a case as an "eggshell" plaintiff. Long story short and multiple therapies later (2+) years I was able to avoid multiple adverse life altering surgeries at the present time-pending further neurological damage. Throughout this entire process, Scott and MG worked diligently on my behalf. Their patience and professionalism was steadfast and there was never any pressure on myself-only my best health and physical interests were at the forefront. Lauren represented us after my husband was involved in a motorcycle accident. When I tell you that she knows her $#!+ she really knows her $#!+! She was in constant contact with us and let us know exactly what was going on the entire time she was working on our case. She checked in on my husband during his hospitalizations, surgeries and recovery. She truly cares about him and what he is going through. David Mitchell is a total Class Act!
He has integrity, is extremely adept in this field, very detailed and trustworthy. When he says he's going to call back he actually calls back and in a reasonable amount of time.
He always had my file pulled up to discuss details and prior notes.
Sounds simple but no one else did it. Others kept me on the phone while guessing answers to my questions... in other words attorneysplaning.
I had very bad experiences with other attorneys obviously.
Not with David, he is straight up honest and direct in a very professional manner that earned my respect from the very beginning and till the present.
He fought for the most we could get and was very efficient. His office staff and partner are equally praised.

Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Mr. J T Hagans was an absolute miracle in my life. I had gotten into a car accident not too long after my sister had passed away and then shortly after I was diagnosed with a heart condition. When a car hit me, I just went blank and I didn't know where or what to do. I just kept driving which was a wrongdoing on my part. However, not only was he emotionally supportive and understanding, but he was was professional and provided me with knowledge about the law and what I could possibly be facing in terms of fines and fees. Jeff and his staff helped me with my chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I initially attempted to do the process on my own and failed at it. After looking into getting legal counsel I came across the Badgley Law Firm. The reviews were great and very informative. Upon my first consultation via phone I was offered an in person interview with Jeff which was a nice change because other firms wanted to do virtual meetings. I met with Jeff and he explained how things worked and reviewed my case. He was upfront with the process and cost and then said he would be able to assist me with my case. The first 341 creditors meeting had to be rescheduled and the second one was successful. I was able to be in the office for the meeting with Jeff right there in case I didn’t understand what the trustee was asking me. That helped me so much because I tend to get confused when doing the virtual meetings.
