Tim was the hired attorney who represented me during a very contentious time with my son's mother over the details of our child support and time sharing agreement which had to be amended during a career transition 10 years ago. He represented me strongly and I felt that my best interests were always being looked out for. Recently, I consulted Tim again as my son has decided to reside with me for the remainder of his time in high school. I was in an accident where I was rear ended in May of 2018 I knew I was hurt because of the impact to my body. I wanted to talk to someone who was aggressive in handling accident cases. I called Winters & Yonker and got connected to Christopher Smith we set an appointment for him to come and meet with me, we discuss the matter without judgement. After explaining the legalities of the matter we were quite honest with each other he took the case and set me up with referrals to see Therapist and Chiropractor. When they weren't working out for me he changed them in my best interest. I later met his staff Susie Mattos, that girl is Amazon Fierce! she took the bull by the horn and made things happen, where there was delays in getting my vehicle fixed Susie with her no-nonsense approached got my vehicle fixed with a Rental in hand (speedily) then when the Insurance Company wanted me to furnished all kinds of extra paperwork she would say don't worry I'll take care of that. Then when I thought the case would take a long time I got a call one Monday morning from my Lawyer Chris, he asked me how I was doing then he said, you don't have to look for anymore paperwork your case is settled that was the best news!
I went to the office about a week later and I asked Susie what happened? how did you get them to change their minds so quickly she said it was no brained I told them your client hit my client. You pay. Everything was handled so professionally from the Meds to the Feds that girl rock!

The story started two years ago on December 2016 when I was doing a red light and a careless driver hit me in the back give me a whiplash and more injuries I didn’t know I had at the moment, this accident cost me cost me headaches and migraines constantly, for the following two years .

This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results.

Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well.
