I was hurt at work and a dear friend of mine who happens to be an attorney recommended Rosenberg & Rosenberg. My attorney there was Frank Angione JR. and his assistant Maria could not have been any more helpful and caring than they were. They believed in me and my case when no one else did, including some big name law firms. My uncle was a widow with no children, I was his niece and watched over him. The ALF he was in was beautiful but didn't give him the care he needed nor what he was paying for.

They give you this great intake speech and actually mine was more than just a simple matter and that these five star ratings that they got you should not have to be a lawyer to figure out that this attorney eventually that called me and after two intake interviews completely with all the accidents and injuries recorded he would give me five minutes from my phone number that I didn't even recognize didn't even mention senior justice and he just simply said you're not you're not talking fast enough first thing in the morning when I've just been released from rehab three days ago and whether these reviews of them are honest and accurate and not family members That remains to be seen but there is no reason to talk to someone 74 years of age and after they've gone through two intake interviews and and ask you to repeat it in five minutes or less and not have any ethical or oath or anything resembling senior justice And yes I am not quite at the age of where death or body cast was incurred but there was a substantial case and Alana Del Mar was a very professional person but knowing all the while who and I still don't know who called me and was going to decide whether or not They would have a case worth millions versus what happened to me and again the most unethical attorney that did not even leave his name and nor will I probably hear back from Senior justice unless it's through the ethics department of The Florida bar so God bless any of you that have lost someone or That the stage was so bad that yes they could land a settlement with the least amount of effort but there is no ethics in involves so far as senior justice that is a complete fraud

I have worked in the personal injury legal field for decades. I have been employed or subcontracted with the large firms that you see on television. I had the pleasure of being referred to this firm via a friend (a doctor) that's also in the business. Let me just say despite the ads that saturate all of us; bigger isn't necessarily better!! From the initial meeting with Leslie and her numerous updates on my case as it progressed with Margie Swope the pre-litigation handling attorney to the seamless transition to litigation attorney Scott Swope and his paralegal Julie; I couldn't have been more pleased! This part (litigation) is a key factor as there are firms out there that don't/won't litigate and big insurance knows which ones do and don't! This firm has that reputation and rightfully so! They won't back down and will fight for you! They exceeded my expectations and should I ever need experts in this field again; I will definitely utilize their superb services again!

I would like to start by saying I have not dealt with Cam Justice and his firm on a professional level (yet), but I know Cam personally. He is a very nice guy. Being in the accident was stressful, but they made everything after easier. Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time. I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences regarding being a client at Glassman and Zissimopulos with John Kelly as my attorney. This time in my life was easily the most traumatic and terrifying experience in my life. I was arrested and falsely accused in an effort to take my freedom and my baby away from me for good. I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.
