We hired Lauren after a fall that resulted in a broken leg for my daughter (who played soccer in school) and surgery to repair it. While this was a stressful time for us Lauren was compassionate and thorough every step of the way. She asked the right questions and even went to take pictures of the scene herself. She kept us up to speed every step of the way and called and visited to check in on us and our daughter. Dealing with insurance companies is not pleasant and she fought for us. She wouldn’t take their offers that barely covered the medical bills and wasn’t afraid to go after them. Lauren got us a proper settlement and we couldn’t have been happier.

If you need a personal injury lawyer I can highly recommend Charles “Chuck” Philips. He just won a case for me and I was very impressed with his legal skills and his caring personality. He doesn’t advertise because he relies on satisfied clients, like me, to personally recommend him to others. My personal recommend is sincere. Brett and his team did a phenomenal job handling our case. From the very moment we called, Brett and his team were there for us, answered all of our questions, provided us with a detailed plan of how things would work, and most importantly, gave us the confidence that everything would be OK.
The communication with Brett and his firm was as expected, and then some. We could call them any time and know that they would answer the phone, answer our questions and provide us with all the information that we needed. We never felt like we were bothering them, or could not call or talk to anyone there if we needed them or had a question. There were times that we would discuss our case and how things were going, and we always were informed with detailed information on the progress and where things stood. Additionally, they constantly checked on us to see how we were doing through it all. It was that personal touch that just reaffirmed that we had made the right decision in contacting Brett and his firm after the accident. We were treated like a part of their family.
The thing that also stands out is how hard he worked for us in getting our claim settled for the amount he said he was going to get. Where do I begin? I have NOTHING but IMMENSE GRATITUDE to this law firm. Culpepper Kurland is absolutely phenomenal. The attorney I used was Brett Kurland and he and his whole staff are just simply incredible. From the second, I made the phone call to the office to inquire about using their services. I spoke to a woman named Shea and she was sweet, knowledgeable and super helpful. The next step was a gentleman named Wayne, who came to my house to go over the whole scenario of what happened. This guy came to my home vs. me going into the office and made it so easy and comfortable for me. . When I tell you, they are so quick and thorough. I can’t express how important that is when you make a phone call and they call you back in two seconds. Throughout the whole process, I dealt with Berneese and Angie are the case managers, who take care of all the research information. The two of them are the sweetest, nicest, kindest people and so personable that each time I had to call I felt like I was speaking to my sister. They work with Brett Kurland closely and I am sure he is forever thankful for these two because they are amazing!!!!!! The whole process was made to be so easy. Brad was wonderful to work with through my case. I was in such a difficult place after my issue with previous homeowners and I felt like I didn't know where to turn or what to do next. He called me the following day and after explaining my situation he provided all the information I needed to begin my process for my license reinstatement. I was hurt at work and a dear friend of mine who happens to be an attorney recommended Rosenberg & Rosenberg. Watch out!!! Brad Kelsky took my money to file a summary judgment order in my civil case. He completed the summary judgment order and did not hold a hearing on it with the judge. Instead, he withdrew from the case. I paid him over $80,000 in legal fees over two years and he withdrew on a dime. Brad is only interested in billing you, not in your case.

It was impressive to have the opportunity to actually speak with Ms Lopez at the beginning. She was wonderful. As time went by, Staff stayed in touch with me and kept me informed. If I called, they either took the call or returned it quickly. Everyone involved along the way was patient, kind, understanding and explained all details, sometimes 2 or 3 times if I needed it! I only wanted my hospital bills and PT covered and only minimum insurance was available. Imagine my surprise when Suzanne called and said I would be receiving a check! That will help greatly with treatment going forward!

They believed in me and my case when no one else did, including some big name law firms. My uncle was a widow with no children, I was his niece and watched over him. The ALF he was in was beautiful but didn't give him the care he needed nor what he was paying for.

They give you this great intake speech and actually mine was more than just a simple matter and that these five star ratings that they got you should not have to be a lawyer to figure out that this attorney eventually that called me and after two intake interviews completely with all the accidents and injuries recorded he would give me five minutes from my phone number that I didn't even recognize didn't even mention senior justice and he just simply said you're not you're not talking fast enough first thing in the morning when I've just been released from rehab three days ago and whether these reviews of them are honest and accurate and not family members That remains to be seen but there is no reason to talk to someone 74 years of age and after they've gone through two intake interviews and and ask you to repeat it in five minutes or less and not have any ethical or oath or anything resembling senior justice And yes I am not quite at the age of where death or body cast was incurred but there was a substantial case and Alana Del Mar was a very professional person but knowing all the while who and I still don't know who called me and was going to decide whether or not They would have a case worth millions versus what happened to me and again the most unethical attorney that did not even leave his name and nor will I probably hear back from Senior justice unless it's through the ethics department of The Florida bar so God bless any of you that have lost someone or That the stage was so bad that yes they could land a settlement with the least amount of effort but there is no ethics in involves so far as senior justice that is a complete fraud

If you only have a small amount of time to read this review, just know that Eric Sventek and his services are incredible and worth every penny!!!!!!!!
He truly fights for you and is extremely knowledgeable about how you need to best prepare your case to win. The Paralegal and Legal Assistant, Dorian, (who reviews and works the files so that they are ready for a hearing) is also a saint and has always responded in a timely manner.
By listening and working with them, I was able to win my rather complex case that I had been denied twice before by Social Security. I was awarded BOTH Social Security Disability AND SSI!
It is without a doubt that I owe them for this otherwise impossible victory.
I will be thanking them literally for the rest of my life.
But as for the full story of my very difficult case where it felt like the UNIVERSE ITSELF wanted this case to fail…
Initially, I applied for Social Security Disability on my own and waited around 8 Months before SSA actually assigned someone to START looking at my case (which, by the way, only happened after I had my Florida Representative contact SSA on my behalf).
The individual that SSA first assigned me was rude, abrasive, and literally hung up on me multiple times, so it wasn’t a surprise when I was denied even though I had multiple doctors who had written letters stating that I was permanently disabled and incapable of self-support.
Thus started the search for an attorney.
Initially, my Social Security Disability case was taken on by one of those large seemingly effective attorney firms whose billboard ads are all around town, but they didn’t return my calls or contact me after weeks (likely due to my rare illness making the case too complex on second glance).
I was then recommended to contact Eric P. Sventek at the Thomas Ueberschaer PA by a friend who had great success with them before.
Eric contacted us back within a few days and, after looking over my extensive medical files, was certain he could win my case even with how difficult it would be. I was really relieved since I’d heard from others that most attorneys wouldn’t touch my case due to my complex illness, young age, education level, and the fact that I hadn’t filed until many years after first becoming disabled in the army.
With every visit and conversation, it was clear that Eric and Dorian had remarkable preparation and reviewing skills, shocking me multiple times by how well they knew my medical records and the SSA system itself. They both kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me great peace of mind amidst this struggle.
But Eric also proved to be extremely adaptable in the face of unavoidable complications.
In my case, my SSA hearing was rescheduled TWICE. The 1st Time due to the judge needing to add more medical experts to the hearing and the 2nd Time due to one of the individuals in the hearing having a medical emergency.
There were also a few other speed bumps that really made me wonder if this truly wasn’t meant to be and if I was just wasting everyone’s time. I even told Eric multiple times that, win or lose, I was beyond thankful for the insane amount of work he had already done for me.
However, Eric remained committed and never once lost his unwavering support.
Then the day of the hearing finally arrived… and Eric was absolutely brilliant! He had an exceptional strategy, was succinct, persuasive, and dealt with all doubts against me in a masterful way!
(Which was doubly a relief for me since I have severe anxiety. If I hadn’t had his support, I probably wouldn’t have been able to say a single coherent word in my defense.)
As a result, because of him, I finally won BOTH Social Security Disability AND SSI!
It would have been impossible if not for Eric Sventek and his team.
Again, thank you so much to Eric and Dorian. Their empathy and extreme amount of hard work has changed the lives of my family and I.
