I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler. Kevin worked as hard as possible on my claim. He treated me like a “million dollar client.” He returned every phone call, settled the claim within an appropriate time frame, and made sure my medical bills were all covered. He then worked with my medical providers, so I had settlement money left over. I can not say enough good things about Kevin Butler. I recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

Although I haven't hired Mr. Stein, he has helped me with legal questions on Avvo. If I lived in south Florida, he would definately be my choice for representation. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Melvin "Mel" Wright and his whole team for all he has done for my son. At a very, very dismal time in our lives, when we literally felt all odds were against us because of very particular immunity laws surrounding our case, Mel fought long and hard and hung in there until he found a vein of hope to help my son in his recovery. Forget your preconceived notions about attorneys! I must admit going in, I thought they might be more concerned about getting a case and getting their fee than they were in making me whole again. This was the warning from so many others that had traveled this road before me. Wrong… I was a victim of an under insured motorist- damage to my car and injury to my back. From the first time I met Mark, he was understanding, empathetic, and thorough in explaining the process that we would need to go through to get compensation for the mounting expenses. He was straightforward and although I was reluctant to get surgery at first, trying all the other methods to get pain relief, Mark stayed with me asking if there was anything that he could do to help as a friend. Mark and Domenic were able to get me just compensation for the accident all without having to go to court! Having someone, who understands the process, knows what can be achieved and is willing to go to bat for you, not just settle, best describes Mark and Domenic. Although I hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate asking them to represent me or my family and friends.

After my car accident I went to one of the TV lawyers. I had trouble getting answers to my questions. I never really got to talk to my lawyer and they really didn't seem interested in helping me. It seemed like they were too busy and my case didn't seem to matter to them, like I was just one of their many files. I finally got frustrated enough that I wanted to get a new lawyer. A friend told me I should call Ken Howell, the lawyer who had helped him. so I did. Things were different with Ken. He seemed to really care about his clients, he explains everything and he really wants to help his clients. There was a big difference in the service he provided . Ken is not like the TV lawyers.

Unfortunately, I have had two car accidents in the past several years and neither one was my fault. Ken Howell was my lawyer for both accidents. Two reasons I came back to Ken Howell again for the second accident were because Ken really cares about helping you and Ken works really hard on your case. He is not like what you might expect a lawyer to be, he is actually very easy to talk to and very down to earth. I have recommended Ken several times to people who have had car accidents.

Truly blessed to have found this lawyer. Even though not a felony charge, enough to cause a major headache and 2 months of anxiety. In 2009, I went through a divorce after being married for 14 years to my high school sweetheart. I was devastated to find out that my husband was having an affair and that his mistress was moving from Boston to Jacksonville in less than 2 weeks.
